My dad was repiercing my moms ear with an earring cuz it closes over all the time. Me and my 6 year old sister witnessed their depravity. My dad first said "stop moving around or it'll go in the wrong hole" (my mom has 2 piercings in each ear). Anyways they both bust out laughing. Then like 2 minutes later my mom said "its too big". So I am 17 years old and I use to live with my mom but she's was constantly hurting me emotionally. I'm 20 yrs. old. I still live with my parents, they're really good to me too but they still get angry at me for the smallest things. So my dad hasnt really been very active in my life... i was raised by my grandaunt and her husband till they passed on , foster parents and then my aunt and my dad would buy me presents and stuff... but never raised me! He is 10 years old and the most annoying thing on this planet. Like he always comes into my room and starts touching things. He was broken so many of my things. I have even told him nicely and specifically to not do certain things but when I walk out and peek into my room he is doing EXACTLY what i told him not to do! He also won't ever shut up. Family Law Questions. I am a mom, noncusodial parent. My child's father filed for child support. My daughter stays with me on the weeknds from fri-sun. With him During the week because she has school. I only agreed to this because he will put up a fight if she isn't with him. I'm actually a parent that wants to be part of her life, school etc. But he doesn't allow it. He even has his new girlfriend for the emergency contact for the school instead of me. He even has my number BLOCKED, so everytime i pick up my daughter, I either have to call on a unknown number, my work phone or to his girlfriend, or pick up my daughter from daycare. He also receives benefits for her from medicaid, food stamps and claims her for his taxes while he gets paid under the table at his current job. I don't think it's fair. Why should I pay child support to him when I actually care for my daughter and pay for her expenses when she is in my car my days during the week as well? Many years ago my mom was in a car accident. When she got out of the hospital the doctors told her she had to have some one with her to take care of her for 5 days until she was able to take care of herself. It would have been very hard for me to get off work so my husband Jason took care of mom for the 5 days. Mom fully recovered thanks in part to the great care Jason gave her. Mom is going to have surgery soon and she wants Jason to take care of her again for a few days when she gets out of the hospital. The problem is Jason is now my ex husband and I have remarried. I told mom that even though we had a friendly divorce I didn't think I could ask Jason to do what she wants. She said I will ask him myself and she did and he readily agree to take care of her. I really have mixed feelings about this. I know Jason will give mom great care. It is almost impossible for me to take the time off to care for her and hiring a private nurse would cost way more money than I have. My current husband is upset that mom is asking my ex to help her but at the same time he does not want to do it. Should I just be grateful that mom will great care after her surgery and that Jason will do if for free because he really likes mom and she likes him and that is what really matters?

I can't stand my sister and I don't know why. I've done everything, I've even cried but I can't figure out why I hate her. She's my step-sister actually and we're 10 years apart. I got a call from my daughter's high school that they wanted to discuss a problem with me. That was really surprising as she had never been any trouble before. The principal told me that the school had a problem with my daughter tutoring math. The only had room for a fixed number of students where she was doing the tutoring. Each semester they would post a sign up sheet for the tutoring. It turns out that most of the people that signed up were guys who did not need any tutoring. While I get its expensive my parents told her no on the spot. Ok, So I am 20 years old, and my boyfriend is 34. His 8 year old daughter will be coming to live with him soon as her mother passed away. I really care about my boyfriend, but I'm incredibly scared about helping to look after an 8 year old. I have bad anxiety and I'm no good with people. i recently have been wanting to get away from a lot of people who have caused a lot of trouble in my life. My mother kicked me out in June and now i live with my dad. Well lately i have been listening in on things and i heard my dad say that he does not give a f**k about any of kids and the one that's living in his house now (which is me) he does not even want to be here. I keep feeling like every one that i know does not want me around not for things i have done, but for rumors spread by my own Mother. The only person who knows the situation is my boyfriend and he has been through it all with me for 4 years so he has seen things happen while he was with me. First of all, I'm female. That's the biggest problem with this, I think. The very fact that I'm female makes my mom think that I can't do a lot of things. For instance, I'm more inclined towards martial arts. She expressly forbade me to do that, forcing me instead into dance because I'm female. I'm not allowed to go shooting (which I love) because I'm a girl. On the rare occasions that I do go out, I can't walk my friends to their car because I'm a girl and they're guys. I know you'll say that I'm legally an adult and should stand up to her and move out. I can't. I am currently working as a model and she's my manager. She holds my finances on a tight leash, sometimes taking from my earnings without my knowledge. She's very strict with my appearance, often telling me how ugly and fat I am. My brother cant do anything. All of his electronics have taken away. He cant watch tv. He cant hang out. Nothing. He is really depresed. And he is gonna be grounded for 1 month. Ok my brother did a mistake. He has to be punished. But dont u think my dad is overeacting? I believe he is unfair with my brother. What do u believe?

So my family used to be perfect but then my mom divorced my dad 2 years ago, and breaks his heart in the most dreadful way, and she's destroyed my life by doing that. If that wasn't enough she ******* holds a hippy party looking for new love going on dates. Believe I've tried everything to get my parents back together but the selfish monster refuses. But now I've gotten over that but then her brother moves up to live close to us. He's depressed and bipolar and in debt 9000$ and causes so much trouble, and trust me I want to help him but he was supposed to live with us for 2 weeks, he's lived here 8 months now. And in all that time my mom has neglected me and my brother (often not giving any **** about us, making us food etc). She spends all her money on him, and when I try to talk about it to her because she's so stressed she lashes out on me creating so much distance between us. My dad lives an hour away so I can't live with him to go to school. I just feel sad because my family used to be perfect, but now it's broken. Me and my brother used to fight all the time, but now we barely fight because we only have each other. I don't know what to do, I can't talk with her she gets so mad at me and ignores me and I know she hates me, and I'm starting to hate her. Sometimes I just wanna run away, I just needed to get this off my chest.

OK so my parents are voting for Donald Trump because they like neither Trump nor Hillary so they think that Trump is the best fit or suited for president. I know he's an asshole but it's mainly because he speaks his mind and has no filter or control. My teacher asked and I told her this in front of the class and now a lot of people aren't talking to me. They said because I'm a typical blue-eyed blonde haired girl living the American dream but I honestly could care less, I'm only 15 and don't like either, especially Trump. I told my parents this and now they're trying to make me like him. They even made me put a Trump sign in our yard, their cars, etc. HELP!?
