If me and my girlfriend do decide on getting married in a court house, then how much will that cost?

I'm getting married and my fiance's parents are from Vietnam. I am wondering who usually pays for weddings in Vietnam? (The couple, or one of the parents or both?) And do the invitations wording change depending on who is paying? They are trying to be controlling about the wedding details but they aren't paying for anything or helping plan, which makes us feel like they shouldn't be having a big say in the matters... I'm just wondering what's normal in Vietnam? They are also really picky about the invitations being traditional Vietnamese style (even though we are in America, my fiance doesn't want that, and most of the guests will be American). We are compromising having Vietnamese on one side of the wedding invitations and a regular english on the other side. Could someone help me with the wording? I will include a picture of what they said it should be similar to, I just can't type the Vietnamese accents on my own so it'd be great to be able to copy and paste. I just need how to say where the wedding reception and ceremony will be held. I managed the names on my own.
