Posted: 27 Oct 2016 12:12 AM PDT Is it acceptable to have a completely different tux or would that ruin the "flow" of the wedding. Matching colors is going to be hell so I know colors are an acceptable difference, but a whole suit? |

Question: When you get married are 1st cousins mandatory on the invitation list? Posted: 26 Oct 2016 09:41 AM PDT Should I invite all first cousins instead of being selected (some my parents see more often then I do). Did you have all your 1st cousins invited to your wedding? |
Question: Older Brother and Step-Dad to walk me down the asile? Posted: 26 Oct 2016 09:28 AM PDT My parents divorced when I was younger and I didn't have a father figure so my older brother took that place for me. He's always been there and in my heart he should be the one walking me down the asile. My step dad has only been in my life for 8 years and I love him but I feel he shouldn't be the one to walk me. My problem is my mother she pushed me into telling my step dad he could walk me after I had expressed to her it should be my brother. Now I have a problem. I told my brother how I feel and he wants to walk me. But I already told my step dad he could walk me. I'm having a very non traditional, no religion wedding and I need some ideas to include both of them in the cermony. My step dad wanted to do a father daughter dance but my fiancée doesn't feel that is enough. Could you please help me? I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. But I want my brother to walk me. |
Question: Looking for affordable Illinois wedding venues? Posted: 26 Oct 2016 06:46 AM PDT I am looking for an outdoor venue near the Chicagoland area towards Naperville. My budget is $1500 for venue. Looking for a venue that does not make you use their own caterer, BYO is preferable or choosing from a list can do. Estimating about 200 people, hoping not everyone shows up. lol I have found venues in that budget but they get by having to use their own caterer which is usually $100 per person. If not outside then a inside venue with a lot of natural lighting would also like high ceilings. |
Question: Can I choose a different centerpiece for the dais and bridesmaid table? Posted: 26 Oct 2016 06:24 AM PDT I want to ask the florist to make centerpieces that match the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets respectively for their distinct centerpieces. Is this done? |

Posted: 26 Oct 2016 01:04 AM PDT I proposed to a girl and she said yes. Then when I asked her to have the wedding she told me she is uncertain whether she is ready and wants to wait 5 years or until I made a million dollars. I would think it would have been better for her just to say no. |
Posted: 25 Oct 2016 01:56 PM PDT ...I know his fiancée and her family and they don't suit either of ours at all. They're always arguing and picking fights with people in the community and tbh they're kind of trashy...I know it shouldn't matter if the guy is great, but it is a joint family system and his family and mine value family a lot, so there's no option to distance ourselves plus the brothers are close and I really do like his family (brother included). But I know her well and I know she will cause problems, she is very two faced and I've seen this side of her with other people never myself and it's bad...what would it be like to be her sister-in-law?! |
