Question: Looked at husband's search history on his devices and he reads a lot about divorce? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 11:33 AM PDT I am not sure if I should be concerned for this matter but recently my husband left is laptop open so I took a peek. I know I shouldn't have but it was only because of the article he was reading, it was regarding how to file for divorce. My curiosity got the best of me so I looked up his search history, he's been reading a lot on how to divorce your wife and how to tell your wife that you want a divorce. I can also check is phone from his apple laptop (and his ipad), he doesn't seem to be doing anything bad behind my back. The only strange thing I noticed is that there was a text from one of his friends and it said, "so, did you tell your wife about divorce yet?" I am somewhat shocked and heartbroken that he is doing this. I am not sure if he even wants a divorce because I though he was always happy in our marriage. I trust him a lot, he's a really good husband who looks after me but I don't know why all of a sudden he would look up divorce topics on the internet. I don't know what to do, I am afraid to ask him without upsetting him. Could this be an indication he would want a divorce? I forgot to add that he doesn't have any female friends or coworkers as his job is mostly male dominated. |

Question: I cant see my child.. Should I take it to court? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 10:19 AM PDT I have a 2 year old daughter and the mother and I broke up because she was cheated on me multiple times.. I guess because she thought we had a child together I wasnt going to leave her no matter what. Since we broke up it is a fight to see the child.. I am married and because of that the mother is keeping the child away from me and my wife.. My wife always buys gifts and sends to my daughter but the mother dumps them.. I wasnt in a job when we had the child so I wasnt able to support her to the best of my ability so all I could do was buy diapers , formula , little toys and give the mother a small change when I could.. I am now in a job and I can now support the child but she is refusing my help because of my wife.. Should I file for visitation.. Will I even be granted visitation? |

Question: Why do guys I don't know well avoid me? And eye contact? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 09:42 AM PDT We may have a friend in common or something if I see them later, they act like that. Or have a class together. One even asked me a question about material later and avoided eye contact and just looked at the paper the whole time |
Question: Can you name this tv show? futuristic double spy relationship between husband and wife? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 09:27 AM PDT this show was interesting, and I think it had the doctor actor from prison break. She plays as a wife of a man who was former military or something. he ends up getting caught and has to work for the government. little did he know his wife is a prominent member of the resistance he is hired to quell...anyone know the name of this show? |
Question: Do you feel sorry for people who are broke but choose to have kids? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 09:10 AM PDT Do you feel sorry for people who are broke yet they choose to have children and the women even say stuff about their children's father (their ex who is not pulling his weight financially or emotionally as a father) like "he gave me the best gift ever, my children" yet they are looking for a man to marry them who has money who will take care of them and their kids. because he slept with them. Does this annoy you? Why do people say these things and continue to make poor choices? |
Question: Issues with my wife? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 08:55 AM PDT My wife's boss never asks my coworker to do anything. He'll send my wife and my other colleagues assignments, but not her. Her supervisor is the only one who assigns her tasks. The boss told her he likes her and he hopes she likes him too. My wife has caught him looking at her face a lot. My wife reported her for not doing her work properly and he didn't even reprimand her, yet had it been someone else he would have fired them. Why do you think he never sends her? Is it because she's of another race? Do you think he's afraid to fire her because she's the only employee of her race? My wife is the only one asked to run errands such as buying coffee, making appointments etc. The boss never asks her colleagues to lift a finger. My wife's upset. How can I help her? She feels like a slave |
Question: Should I be around my gf's ex husband? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 08:55 AM PDT My girlfriend shares a child with her ex husband. I really don't want to be around the guy because he's got legal issues pending with some really creepy stuff. I also caught him talking sh&t on me and trying to flirt with her while she was on the phone with him and he didnt know I was there. Id rather avoid the douche if I can. What should I do? |
Question: She dumped me in the most cruelest way? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 08:46 AM PDT |
Posted: 16 Oct 2016 08:31 AM PDT One thing I find interesting about him is that all his really close friends were female and all of them had young children. He was married before to a woman for five years and when they met she was pregnant with someone else's child. He decided to adopt the child as his own and saw it through birth and the initial growth process. He would talk to his ex wife every single day and seemed very attached to her. He has three other female friends he is close to and they both have young children as well. During a sexually themed conversation I asked him what some of his fantasies were and he told me that he had cuckold fantasies as well as 'bull' fantasies (where he wants to sexually engage with married women) it was unsettling but he reassured me these were just conceptual fantasies he found intriguing. He also had a past habit of "stealing" girls from their boyfriends and dating them. In the beginning of the relationship he was very doting and affectionate but became very cold, mean, micromanaging, and seemed uninterested in sex (especially if he knew I wanted it). He would also split girls into categories and was suspicious of more outwardly attractive girls (like myself) but yet had this almost seething desire for that "type" and tended to safely favor "nerdy" types (like himself) -- his mother died when he was 11 and there is history of sexual abuse by his stepfather. Clearly this traumatized him. I'm open and interested to hearing serious opinions on this. Thanks. I want to elaborate a bit more: Things didn't work out with his first wife because he cheated on her and unsuccessfully tried to save his marriage. To this day they are friends. I truly believe it is platonic. She is remarried and it was so long ago but he still seemed very attached none the less and would often speak about her in a nostalgic almost sad way. I was the only other woman he committed to living with other than her. |
Posted: 16 Oct 2016 08:10 AM PDT I asked this question earlier, and I got some really rude replies. This time, please keep responses to the highest level of politeness. You have nothing to gain by being rude. Ohio State and Michigan are rivals, and what makes it more intensive this year, is that both teams are undefeated so far. This means the OSU-Michigan game is extremely important. The problem is, our son's birthday is on the same day as the Ohio State-Michigan game, and my wife wants to have his birthday at Chuck-E-Cheese. He's 3. I told her that we can do that, but that we need to make sure it does not conflict with the game. My wife flipped. I have missed 2 games so far this year, but I told her early on, I WILL NOT miss OSU-Michigan. I told her that we cannot control the time of the game, but we CAN control when we have the party. Thus, I am willing to do it on Sunday to make sure it doesn't conflict with the game. When my son has his birthday party, I want to be there fully. I don't want to be checking my phone for updates. I want to pay attention ONLY to my son's birthday party, which means it CANNOT be during the game. That's what a good dad does. How can I get my wife to agree to this? Marriages are about compromise, and my wife isn't doing it. I offered to do it on Sunday, and she only wants to do it on Saturday. |

Question: My daughter won't forgive me? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 07:24 AM PDT Last week me and my wife got into a big argument about how i think that i put more effort into insuring our kids don't become quitters (because my daughter didn't want to go to softball practcie that day and her mom just let her not go and i got furious) and it got to the point where i just walked out of the house yelling some very innapropriate words directed towards everyone with some clothes in a luggage (stupid argument i know, this is a very brief summary of it). my wife told me my daughter thought it was her fault. she wouldn't even talk to me on the phone when i called later that night to tell them goodnight. her brother talked only to ask "where are you". when i came home later that night my family was sleeping so i just slept in the loft area on the couch and in the morning and i woke up and went to work (and left my wife to handle the kids, i think she had to take work off that day because she was on call :/.... yeah i'm a stupid husband). when my family came home i was there and my wife just yelled at me in the room saying "you left us why would u do that" over and over and started crying. and i walked out and told my daughter that it wasn't her fault and she asked "do u forgive me" and she just laughed and went in her room. she hasn't been able to even be in the same room as me since then. what do i do to get her back? |
Question: Walking away from my marriage. Right or Wrong? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 07:08 AM PDT I have been married 4 years to a man I once loved more than I ever thought possible but over the last year that has slowly started to change, I feel I've become less attracted to him and I have become distant towards him, He owns his own business which requires him to travel frequently so I am putting most of it down to that. I have a feeling he senses my change towards him from the way he looks at me and he keeps buying me gifts that I tell him I don't want or need. I love when he is away and I dread when he is coming home - no wife should be like this with their husband and I feel awful but I cant help it. He is very hands on with me which is starting to annoy me. He told me today he booked next weekend away for us, I had to pretend to be happy about it but the truth is I'm dreading being alone with him. I don't know what has caused me to go like this with him, He hasn't done anything wrong, I do love him but I don't think I am in love with him anymore. Its driving me crazy all I can think about is packing a bag and running away and being free because I know if I was to leave he wouldn't make it easy for me to leave. Any advice would be appreciated. |

Question: Marriage in crisis. What would you do? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 04:46 AM PDT I have been married four years, and the marriage has survived my husband's drinking, abuse, infidelity, etc. Recently, he told me that he was purchasing a car for the mother of his child. We share a joint bank account, and it was clear my opinion did not count. For context, the mother and child solely rely on his support while she attends school (+/- $2,000/month). The irony of this is that I needed a new car several months prior, and he refused to go car shopping with me and argued about the details every step of the way. When I did get a used car with low mileage at a great price, he balked about having to replace the two front tires and refused to pay. I had to use my personal savings, which angered my parents. I now need my two back tires replaced (which he knew months prior), and he doesn't want to replace them. We do not sleep in the same room, never go out together, and rarely talk to each other. I ask him to go out with me, but he says no and then goes out by himself anyway. I asked him again on Friday, and he refused but then went out by himself. The same things happened again on Saturday, with no explanation. If I ask where he is going, it's a temper tantrum. Unless an older male family friend intervenes, he does not treat me well. His family does not support his behavior towards me, and they don't understand what happened to the boy they raised. They keep assuring me that "he will change" but it's four years in and I don't believe it. I would like to add some clarification to my question. My husband's abuse and infidelity occurred in the first two years of our marriage, and it is year four. I left him temporarily in year two, and would have done so permanently if it continued. He still drinks, but now its controlled. Also, I do not support him. We earn about the same amount of money, to the tune of +/- $10,000/month. Nor do we fight all the time. We do not fight all the time because we lead almost separate lives. I can't say its love that makes me stay, rather, a commitment to marriage. I asked my husband for a divorce a month ago (verbally), and he cried and begged me to stay. He's about 40, and I don't think he was ready to be a married man. I found out through family that his first wife left him. I appreciate the answers thus far, but my question is this...do I walk or stay considering the facts. We do not have children together. |

Question: Wife wants me to stop banging her sister and her mom. What business is it of hers anyway? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 03:25 AM PDT |
Question: Struggling with my marriage..? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 03:06 AM PDT Wife already admitted she has problems with depression after the pregnancy. "Been two years since the pregnancy, there has been improvements" My Wife emasculates me to her mother and sister "Talking in-front of me in their language which I cant speak" My Wife can be emotionally abusive and sometimes will say words that purposely hurts me. I get blamed for not doing enough "cleaning, paying all the bills, taking care of my son" [ I have to clean almost everything since she has a fear of dirt and germs] [ I work a 12 hour night shift, so I'm with my son from 8am to 5:30 pm till my wife gets home, my son goes to bed at 7:30 - 8:30 pm] I get blamed for forcing her to live in the U.S and for her past 2 jobs "which she makes more than me now" Now she says I am taking advantage of her wants quit and take a sabbatical for 3 months. [I currently make 85k and she makes 105k, she came from a job that was paying her 60k.] [ I also remember her past jobs prior to moving to the U.S and didnt like how they treated women like sexual objects but now she complains how U.S companies micromanages like from the movie office space] Normally I would have a drink to drown my motions.. but its coming to the point where I dont have any more emotions to be sad... Maybe its best for her to go on this sabbatical to find her self.. and not talk to each other.. I want to talk to her but it always come back on something that she dont likes or its my fault I cant seem to get a balance... with her my last fight with her was pretty bad.. nothing explosive .. but what she said.. was near a breaking point for me. I have a feeling this might be from her Depression or from what happen or currently happening in her life.. Being sexual abuse when she was younger.. mother with breast cancer.. father and mother currently doing a divorce.. I do try I do try to understand..I dont stick my head in the sand and dont care.. sometimes it feels like Im giving her a power over me.. everytime she hurts me. |

Question: How do you deal with dating a single dad who has little time for you? Posted: 16 Oct 2016 12:41 AM PDT My boyfriend is the father of a 6 year old son and although I think it is really sweet that he is a great dad and I would like a relationship with him I don't see him much unless I put out the effort. For example his son lives with him full time. If I want to spend time with him I have to go to him and he lives nearly an hour from me. That is the only time I see him. Occasionally he will come to my place but not very often. Even on the weekends when his ex wife has their son he usually won't see me for a couple of hours. He also goes to endless bday parties and sports vents involving his son and doesnt think of maybe missing one occasionally to come see me and leaving his son with grandma or his ex wife. He also doesn't has much money to spend on dates but will gladly drop 500 dollars on his sons bday. He's a really sweet guy but I think I am too needy for him. What should I do? |
Question: Any advice for almost 40 years of an Abusive relationship? Posted: 15 Oct 2016 11:31 PM PDT Woman stays in an abusive relationship almost 40 years. Still together. Question: When will my ex boyfriend come back even as a friend? Posted: 15 Oct 2016 11:00 PM PDT I still love him so much. He's in a new relationship right after we broke up. I talked with him once recently and be says he's happy with her. I told him I still love him and always will and that I even want to be his friend now. Be said its too fresh for us to be friends so soon. I told him I am grieving and I'm so much pain because j lost him from my life completely, and I asked him to just help me deal with the pain of loss. But then that's when he started ignoring me and my texts and messages. So I realized he was just ignoring me and I sent a message saying I'm here for him as a friend whenever he needs one and I wish their relationship luck. So now I'm going to have to wait for him to contact me. |
Question: How does anyone pick themselves up during a divorce!? Posted: 15 Oct 2016 10:56 PM PDT I have no job, losing the house, and getting divorced, it all keeps going downhill, she talked crap about me, talked to another man sexually, and when we decided a divorce was probably best evenumber though we still loved each other, I asked her to athe least wait till were divorced to do anything with anyone else, later that night, she slept with the other man, I still love her a lot and I don't see how anyone could get over it, especially since I have nothing, not even a place to live |

Question: How often is sex between you and your husband/wife completely consensual? Posted: 15 Oct 2016 10:05 PM PDT How often is the sex wanted by both of you? How often is it wanted by one and the other doesn't mind? How often is it just non consensual? Is it safe to have sex when either of the last two apply? Or should it always be wanted by both even if one partner has a really low sex drive? I find about twice a month it is completely consensual. |
