Aside from the fact it shows you intend to get married in the future does it actually mean anything? In terms of law are there things included about if you're engaged or is it just treated as being in a relationship?

So my boyfriend has been giving me hints that he will propose to me soon, but I don't know when or where. I am freaking out just thinking about that because I tend to be the nervous type of person. I know I will say yes in a heartbeat its just the thought of it that freaks me out.

My best friend is getting married in 2017 and wants her bachelorette party a month or so before her wedding. Shes chosen me as her bride of honor and since she wants her wedding very small there are only 3 other brides maids, i personally know both and am friends with them, at the party there will probably only be 10 people at most including me. We are not into drinking so a clubbing or bar hopping is a bad idea, i was wondering if anyone else has experience with planning a bachelorette party and could give me some advice and tips for planning and what would be fun things to do during it. I've asked the other brides maids too but they are also drawing a blank. *Maid of honor, sorry lol, my mind was going a million miles a second typing that up.

I need some advice. My brother is getting married this weekend. Last weekend was his financeé bachelorette party Im one of the bridesmaids and the MOH (which is her sister) did not invite me. The bride did give me a heads up on the date so I took the entire weekend off from work I did text the bride to let her know I wasn't given any info as to where and what time the bachelorette party would be held she never got back to me. I brought this up to my brother last night and how her family was never really nice to me and I wanted to let him know that I did take time off of work and wanted to show him support. Aside from me telling him this my mom told him how she felt although I didn't nessacarly agree with everything she said. He sent me a late night text saying to just not show up at all to his wedding. I don't know what to say or do I just wanted to clear the air and this is what happend😢

My friend will be getting married next year and she wants her bachelorette party sometime in may of 2017, she told me she wants me to plan it for her and surprise her with it. After i show her the plans she said she'll make sure its what she wants but i don't know where to start with planning honestly. Most of the guests are going to be 18 and a few 19, my friend is 18 and im also 18 so we cannot go to a bar or drink. Where should i start with planning? Sould i reserve a public building or host the party at someones house? And what kind of things are fun for a bachelorette party? Also forgot to include, she doesn't want anything too adult, as in adult entertainers, adult decorations, ect. I know we are young but i don't see the relevance of that in wanting to give my best friend a good party for her wedding to the man shes been with for almost 5 years now.
