Should I confront him and risk hurting his feelings for an awkward workspace in return? I don't want to hurt his feelings but I want him to respect me and my boundaries, so I'm not sure where to go from here (especially since work starts next week).

I have been seeing this married man for the past year and i seriously love him with all my heart! I know others will call me names and such but if you never been in the situation dont judge. We have been married 6 years and he was always a man who liked to save to ensure we can get through tough times when it comes. The last 2 years or so he has become selfish in my opinion. I am not the type of wife who gets "pocket money" or asks for anything much really because I am currently not working and I also look after our 3 year old daughter while going to school online. I have phone phobia and social anxiety in general, and i need a job, i just turned 18 and moved out.The thing is that i get really scared because English is not my first language, and when i get asked questions that i dont really know the answer to , i cant make up one, in my language even if i dont know the answer i can say three sophisticated words and create an answer from the air which in English for me is really hard and i end up sounding stupid and incapable of working with clients. the other day i called a store and ask to speak to the manager and the lady told me that he was busy at the moment , asked me a few simple questions and told me that she was gonna make sure that i received an email or a call THAT DAY with more info about the hiring process. Hi, I am 30 year old mom with 1 toddler and expecting second kid in February 2017. This year has been really tough on me . In February this year, my husband slapped me when my daughter was throwing tantrum and he scolded me for that. Then in the month of June my dad passed away due to cardiac arrest. When he came down to my maternal house for funeral and other customs , he again lost his temper and was about to hit my mom ( over a silly thing again, where my daughter was throwing tantrum and my mom said may be she has stomach ache ) . I prevented him from hitting her this time. Now we are back to our home . Still.I cannot forget how we I ll treated us in last few months. Now I am home and not working . They used to be close friends in college until my son-in-law (SIL) dated my daughter and at first it caused an awkwardness and even some altercations in the past (I admit my son was a bit jealous). They made up and my son was even his best man. But I've noticed things were more fragile than before. Earlier this year my SIL's dogs (15 and 14 y/o) died several weeks after each other and my SIL was inconsolable (apparently he loved his dogs very much). I'm Dominican(biracial) and fiance is African American. I am light skinned, I have a very fair complexion, green eyes, and long brown hair that goes down to the small of my back... and dad is black, like dark skinned black from Louisiana. I'm not sure if anyone else notices, but I notice that this guy tends to stare at girls in class, and I'm one of them. I see him staring at me sometimes, and it's kind of weird.
