I spent 16 years trying to protect my son from society and its ugly grip on my son's future but I think I officially lost. Teachers don't just educate children with the subject they are assigned, teachers are authority figures who treat children like cattle going through the different gated areas based on quality. Children who don't meet quality standards based on what Society is expected to need are treated like spoiled food. They send the children to the office and force them through therapy and medications to obtain a higher quality product for societies benefit. They completely disregard the feelings, beliefs, thoughts, or individuality of their students and just Jam them into society whichever way they can. I fought back against Society and the teachers but sadly they refuse to give anyone who doesn't conform fair treatment and they continue to flunk my son for not conforming. So now I have to make a choice, he either gets his individuality or he gets his diploma. Why is our society like this? Why do they force everyone to be the same? Why do they demand obedience instead of allow creative people to feel like they have a place in this world? And lastly, how do I protect my 16 year old autistic boy from the pharmaceutical companies and from Fortune 500 companies that want to make him a Slave? What is a father to do in a world where submission is expected from all members of society?

I'm really scared to report this, so I want to make absolutely sure that it is what I think it might be. So, I was at work, and it was getting pretty late, and extremely slow, so a few of us gathered at my register since there were only a few of us there. We were talking about parties and fraternities and college stuff like that. There is a fraternity that is pretty notorious to drugging girls at parties. I've been to a party hosted by this particular fraternity ONCE, and I went with really close friends. I was talking to my coworkers about how scary those parties can be for girls who go by themselves, and they seemed to agree with me. I told them that I went to one of these parties once, and I heard, while I was there, a girl was drugged. One of the guys was pretty shocked, but the other guy didn't really change his demeanor. He kind of chuckled and said "oh, was it you?" and for a second I had no idea what he meant, and then it hit me. "excuse me?" "did you get raped?" he seriously asked me this, but when he said it, it seemed like a joke, and I really didn't want to make a scene, but it made me feel sick. The other guy just shook his head and said "dude." When I got off work, I couldn't shake the feeling, I was shaking, and I really just wanted to take it was a joke, because he's a young guy, 19- 20 years old. I got a job with amazon in a warehouse. Anyways, they called today but I couldnt answer because I was at my current job. How do I my job know I need to reduce or change my hours? I am not the first person to do that as we have employees who work 1 day only and reduced days for their job Also how do I ask Amazon if I can start not next week but the week after? They gave my fiancé (yes he got a job their too) an option for orientation for Sunday, Monday Tuesday or Wednesday. I can do Wednesday but then i would start Thursday maybe i really do not know. I am worried because i switched shifts with another coworker (she asked me) but I did not expect Amazon to call because it has been one month since the New Hire event. I dont want to dissapoint my coworker I switched hours with yet I need this new job because it is full time and I get health benefits. How would I even go to fix this... ask Amazon to start a week later and then tell my current job to reduce my hours which is possible because other workers did (from 3 - 5 days down to 1) or?

So basically there's this guy (my first and only crush ever, I'm 18 and I've only had a crush on him in my whole life) and nobody knows anything about him, I just did some research myself. I know hes aloof, often looks at the sea in a sad way, his boss often shouts at him and sometimes is rude and abusive towards him. He is a sailor and he's terribly handsome, like the most gorgeous blue (even sad) eyes one can have, even the sky is jealous of his color. Anyway, I also know that he basically has no family (a friend told me that she heard he run away from home or his parents are so poor they have never helped him). But she's sure that a few years ago he was in the streets because she saw him and he wore always the same clothes and looked sad. I have never seen him like she said but I was not there so I don't know. I like him so much sometimes I stay on the bench pretending to play on the phone or read a book but I'm just hoping to take a glimpse of his beautiful face and learn something new about him. I like him so much sometimes I imagine him coming to my house, staying together with me, he holds me tight, I kiss him we talk a lot about our lives, childhood and everything. I'll try to make this short: I was mentally unstable when I entered my first year of college. I (for no racional reason) started giving one of my college professors cold stares and not saying hi when she walked by me. I got better mentally and I started to feel very guilty by what I did (because she is one of the nicest profs in college), so I decided to be "mature" and apologize to her for being rude. The next day we crossed paths and she smiled wide and said hi and I ignored (again) (for no racional reason) (i know I was SO rude) and from then on she started pushing me whenever we crossed paths, she badmouthed me to every professor (no professor dares to even look at me, they don't answer my questions and give me poorer grades). I felt so intimidated by everyone that I went to another college. I got well mentally (I take the proper pills now, they've been working for 2 years) but now that professor is teaching a course in the university I'm in and we've crossed paths and I smile and she just ignores me (sometimes stands in front of me looking at her phone, doing nothing, just blocking my way to the class). I really hoped she had forgotten about me. Is there any way I can fix this? I don't think I should talk to her again but... and what if she talks bad about me to her colleagues again? Help? Please?
