Then I wanted to make up w him so i texted him but then he gave me this excuse about focusing on what he wants to do with his life and told me he MIGHT be moving to another state. Now its been 3 months and he hasnt moved and doesnt look like his roommate is trying to find another...just overall no signs. Y? wtf |

Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:36 PM PDT To start off, I am a male. Recently, I've been having thoughts about a crush I had on a girl back in high school. I really wanted her to be my girl and deeply regret not talking to her and telling her how I felt. Now a few years have gone and it still KILLS ME not knowing what could have been between us. I still think about her randomly and even dream about her and it's driving me nuts because this is the longest I've ever had a crush and I'm still not over her. Part of me also thinks that she might've liked me too but I'm not completely certain which is why I'm dying inside. I have no idea if she moved on and if she has a boyfriend now. I feel selfish because I want her to be happy but I also don't want her to end up with anybody else. I really want to reach out to her but every time I talk myself into doing it, I chicken out. I also don't have her number or follow her on any social media. I just need some solid advice on how to get in touch with her and see where things go. *Reaching |
Question: Infatuated with a married man? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:35 PM PDT Yes, I know. I never intended on developing feelings for him, but we've known each other for 2 months and get along so well. We just have such chemistry. The worst part is, I have a boyfriend while he has a wife. I can tell he's got the hots for me, too. He was training at my job's location to be a manager at his location and he left my location a week ago. He's literally been up to my location at least 3 times since he left. He even came by today on his day off to return some things he borrowed from our store and he borrowed some more stuff, so I know he'll be back again within the week. He seems to be jealous of my boyfriend. He has made it pretty obvious several times. Today, when he came by, my boyfriend just happened to be there as he showed up unexpected and got to eat lunch with me while I was on my break. The married guy kept an eye on us when he was around. Later in the day, I "poked" him on FB (by the way, I added him on FB the night of his last day and he accepted it immediately). I poked a couple other friends, so it wasn't just him. He never responded. This evening, I posted a status joking around that nobody "poked" me back. He commented "Poke" 15 minutes later. How do I stop being infatuated when he will undoubtedly keep finding reasons to come by my job's store? I am almost 28, he's 41. |
Question: Does she want to be friends or more? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:35 PM PDT We do have similar ideas/views, she has told me she likes white boys (I'm white) , she's spoken about her previous relationships , and asked me about mine, she's said things like "idk how you're single" you're really cool, " she told me today that she's there for me no matter what and if I ever need anything... a ride , anything give her a call , she told me she definitely wants to hangout again, and to text and call her whenever I want. When we sat together she was giving flirty touches like laying her arms and head from laughing, she told me "one day she'll have a man and wants a relationship " with someone she told me we've been building really strong trust and relationship since we've met (only knew her for a few weeks). She told me she hasnt ever done a 1 night stand. Is she putting me in the friend zone or is she really interested and wants to be friends first??? Please looking for some advice |
Question: Can you love more than one person at the same time? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:31 PM PDT Ok, so I have been dating 2 girls. One of them for the last 6 months, and the other for the last 4 months. Neither of them know I'm in a relationship with both of them at the same time. I love the both of them, but I don't know if I should tell them. I don't know if a three way relationship would be the answer. Can I really be in love with 2 women at the same time? |
Question: How to get over being sexually assaulted? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:30 PM PDT Hi everyone..I'm an 18 year old girl, college student. I'm a freshman, and I'm very happy at college. I've met a lot of new people and enjoy my classes. I've just started the year. Something I should confide: only months ago, during my senior year of high school, I was sexually assaulted by my then boyfriend. He pressured me into anal sex, I reluctantly agreed, and when he put it in and it hurt and I wanted him to stop, TOLD HIM to stop, he didn't listen. He kept going. Anyways, I didn't tell many people about this, I tried telling my mom but she told me that it's my own fault because once a guy gets it up, it's difficult for him to stop, which is bullshit. The minute someone says no is the minute you need to stop. It took me a long time to realize this, I struggled with feelings of guilt for a while. Anyway, I figured going to college would be a way to forget. However, now every time I try to fool around with a guy, I feel so nervous. Half the time I can't even be around a guy alone without feeling anxious, except for with close guy friends. I want to forge new relationships with guys but I can't seem to overcome what happened to me. Help please? |

Question: Why does my boyfriend get hurt and angry easily? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:14 PM PDT My boyfriend seems to get hurt and angry easily by things that I say to him. I don't mean to intentionally hurt him or make him mad and sometimes he won't tell me something bothered him until he starts screaming at me. When he gets mad he will insult me and call me names, curse at me, scream, accuse me of lying and will turn off his phone after hanging up on me, if we are together he will threaten to leave me and will then walk away, only to come right back to me a few minutes later. I don't know what to do or say to him because I don't know what sets him off into a rage. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells with him everyday, I've asked him to tell me what I'm doing to make him feel that way and he has told me a few things, which I avoid saying to him but its like its never enough. He's now mad at me for saying something 2 days ago and I said sorry to him, I genuinely feel bad about it, but he said hes done with me and its over. The thing is though he will tell me its over and hangs up then will tell me how much he loves me later, I'm very confused and hurt by him pushing me away then wanting me again. He's done it a few times to me. I did tell him once if he kept insulting me and calling me out of my name its over between us, I remember he got mad and hurt and said he didn't want me to go and he promised to change but when hes mad he's mean again and blames me for him being angry. The way he treats me hurts but I love him and I'm trying but I don't know what to do. |
Question: Will he ever just ask me to be his girlfriend? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 08:12 PM PDT Theres this guy I have been seeing for almost 3 months, I've known him for about a year... everything is going well, we tell people we're dating/ we kiss/ have sex/ call eachother baby, sweetheart, mine, etc. I've met his mom and friends and he's met my friends, we go out on double dates, although rarely go on an actual date as just us besides movies and working out together. But we really enjoy eachothers time and company. We've had 2 big fights (mostly my fault, which might be why he's hesitatant??) but talked them out and still really like eachother. He has mentioned after each fight that he's a little more cautious now and will prob take more time to ask me to be his gf. It's been a month since the last fight and idk what to really think. Is it ever gonna happen? And like why does this really bother me this much? |

Question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad is it? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:48 PM PDT He lied to me about his name (also found out he is a missing person but he didn't say why when i confronted him). His visa has expired, so this contributes. Obviously I no longer trust him. He even moved in with me because he was homeless...this is when i found out he lied to me about a whole bunch of stuff. Obviously we ended it but my head is spinning. How bad was this on a scale of 1 to 10??? |
Question: A guy I just met says he wants a baby with me? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:46 PM PDT I met him off a dating website and the date went surprisingly well we ended up really connecting and having sex which I usually don't do with people on the first date but I don't regret it. Soon after he was talking about kids and even brought them up again in a text today asking me if I would like to have one with him bc he thinks I'd be a great mother and the baby would be gorgeous like me. What does this really mean? I just met him so I'm scared but flattered at the same time. My issue is that he doesn't know me that well so why is he thinking about this? |
Question: HELP WHAT ARE SOME GOOD CONVO STARTERS FOR A FIRST DATE? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:43 PM PDT it's like my 3rd first date ever. But this is a new guy. Question: What does it mean if a coworker asked me if I'm married? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:43 PM PDT At a company gathering a coworker asked me if I'm married, and I stated that I am not. Now I'm wondering if it would be appropriate to ask for a date, and it so, the appropriate time to do so. On the other hand, I feel skeptical of the situation, since she is a co-worker, and one who has very recently been hired on. |
Question: Girl sent me a snapchat of her crying? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:36 PM PDT Long story short we dated freshman year (high school) and now we're both junior. We started snapchatting again and 18 days in she sends me a pic of her crying. She's done this before when a family member passed so I thought I'd feel guilty by not asking her if she's okay so I just sent a snap back saying "you alright?" I got a response back with a snap of just her wall (usually always sends a selfie) that said "yeah." I don't really know how to take this to be honest. I feel like I made a bad move and just fueled some awkwardness in there, but I legitimately would've felt guilty if I hadn't said that. Any thoughts on why she'd send me that or what I should do now moving forward? She sent a snap back but I haven't opened it cause I don't really feel like I should honestly. juniors** NOTE: Some of the answers on the other question assume that she's trying to start drama or look for attention- she's not really like that. I feel like something is going on but we're not close enough for her to discuss it I feel like. |
Question: Wanting to be friends with LDR boyfriend after harsh breakup? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:34 PM PDT I've been friends with him online for a few months and ended up dating for about 6 months. We ended our relationship very harshfully, which was by me cursing him out after stupid things. I want to be friends with him again though, I want to settle things and go back to square one, but how? What should I say after what had happened previously? |
Question: I’m a teenager and my boyfriend fingered me. Why do I feel so guilty? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:31 PM PDT So the other day, my boyfriend and I were sitting on the couch together in my living room and we had a blanket over us. He had is hand right there on the top of my leg and I knew what he wanted to do but he was basically asking for my permission. I nudged his hand letting him know it was ok for him to put his hand there and he just put his hand right there. I nudged him again letting him know it was fine and he fingered me for about 5 minutes. I felt so guilty, that I just had to move his hand away from me and walk in the other room. We are both 15 and he's my first boyfriend. We've dated for about a month. I told my mom what happened bc I tell her everything and she told me not to feel guilty bc all people my age do that but she told me that if we ever thought about doing anything farther than that to come talk to her so she can put me on birth control. Why do I feel so guilty and horrible about it? I've told him that but he was used to doing it bc he had done it with his ex. |
Question: Date a coworker? Possibly she's looking for attention or has same feelings as I do? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:28 PM PDT I've recently been liking my coworker and we've seen to form a pretty strong work bond and friendship. She has pointed out to me, we're the only two employees who are single and she likes to take a break together privately. She cracks up even at the latest jokes |
Question: What should I get for the girl that broke my heart? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 07:22 PM PDT I used to be best friends with a girl who completely stomped on my heart and disowned me for reasons that are still unknown to this day. I ended up falling in love with her nephew, so I am going to be a part of her family soon, but she still refuses to look at me or speak to me. I want to get her a Christmas gift, but am afraid that if she shoots me down I will be crushed. What should I do? |

Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:58 PM PDT it makes me feel uncomfortable when my boyfriend comments on other womens photos on facebook. These women are obviously trying to look sexy in the photo. I don''t understand why it is necessary for him to have to comment. I understand to look at it but to actually have to say something about it? it hurts me. I talked to him about it and he says he will stop. hes done this twice already. |

Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:49 PM PDT I have a friend who is very vocal and outspoken . So recently him , I , and a couple of other friends were out to eat. And he asked me who I was going to prom with even though it is only October and prom is in April. He has another friend who is two grades below me and he was telling me how his friend wanted to go to prom but he didn't know who to ask. He suggested that I should ask him so we could go together. It kind of confused me because why specifically would he ask me to do this and if he really wanted to go to prom , why couldn't he ask me? Idk I am notorious for over reacting but should I investigate this situation or just leave it alone and wait for someone else to bring it up? |

Question: Is it okay for me to date someone who used to have a crush on my sister? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:48 PM PDT So, I'm in a bit of a sticky situation. I have a crush on my best friend and he has a crush on me, too. He used to have a crush on my sister and she liked him back and they were almost in a relationship but nothing went past holding hands and they never had the boyfriend girlfriend label. They never actually dated or had a serious relationship, so is it okay for me to pursue a relationship with him? I really really like him and he's my best friend and it puts my heart through so much immense pain to think that we might not pursue a relationship over this. |

Question: I like my teacher ... but there’s one problem? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:45 PM PDT So I had this teacher and he's quite young and MARRIED but outside of class he will do weird things like one time at lunch I was sitting with my friends and he literally watched me the WHOLE time and it started to make me a bit uncomfortable . I am a senior in high school and he is almost 30. He is very sweet and we are both Christian but sometimes he will also show up at places where I happened to be ( yes , I realize we are at school and that is bound to happen ) but we were on a school retreat in the mountains and my friends and I were at a pool and he happened to be up there too and once again he was watching me . I can't lie , I started to like the attention at first but then over time I started to feel a little uncomfortable. Recently I found out him and his wife are having a baby and I have not seen him since I heard which is also pretty weird because like I said he used to always be around . Can someone help explain this situation to me? is it all in my head? |
Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:42 PM PDT I met this guy and he said that he's in an open relationship I'm like cool. Good for you two. Then he told me that they have a rule that don't bring the people home. I was like "yeah cool man" A week later he invites me over to do a little sumsum *winky face*.. I was "bro your gf lives with you and you guys got one bed, that ish disrespectful" He claims she's okay with and that she's THAT open I'm like open relationship or not, no woman wants a girl sleeping on her and her boo's bed. I've known many ppl who have open relationships. Number one rule is to NEVER bring them home unless both partners are sleeping with the same person. But it's not a threesome kinda thing... she will be there watching tv and we doing our thing... like flirt and stuff.... I'm not gonna be through with it but like is this a thing? Like women watching Netflix as their bf smash another girl in the room... ? I'm all for" F**** YOU DAD" but ish tooooo far gone |
Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:32 PM PDT My ex and I been together for 2 Years .. but last month we broke up for our arguments .. of course I did suffered a lot, but eventually we talked again, and we decided to stay as friends for now, but at the same time to take our time in order to give our relationship a try again. Of course he made it clear that even though we're trying to fix ourselves in other to give our relationship a try later on, we're still not together, in other words were single at the moment. Of course all this is still hard for me.. I won't lie, but eventually when I got my first job, there is guy that actually was hitting on me. Honestly I don't have no interested in him.. due to a lot of reasons, specially the way he is, but I been feeling lonely and I been seeking this guy for affection, specially cuddling and yes, kissing.. I'm afraid this counts as cheating ... all this is hard for me still please I need clarification on this. Be kind. Thank you. |

Question: Boyfriend Flirts on Social Media? Red Flag?!? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:21 PM PDT My boyfriend recently added on his instagram story a screen shot of a text. The text showed a woman inviting herself over to his place to cook. He told her his place was a mess and he appreciated the over, but he needed to clean. She responded "I offer to cook and you make up this lame excuse. Boy Bye." He then posted "What so a guy can't clean his place anymore. Go left wrong Go right wrong, lol" . I was upset when I seen it and brought it up to him he said how I didn't see the whole message and it was from a woman he met while working and she knows he has a girlfriend and he didn't post the entire message. He got upset and said he didn't need to explain anything, because I don't trust him and it's frustrating. He also doesn't post photos of us at all and says he's a private person. I've been upset about that and more. On his birthday he mentioned how so many women were flirting with him and sending him text messages but he said he ignored it. His sister made a post online and her friend commented, "Happy Birthday ex husband" in a joking way . " He responded, We'll work things out one day" and added the emoji with the tongue sticking out. What should I do. |

Question: Should I break up with my boyfriend because of how stupid he's being? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:14 PM PDT We've had this conversation before. This has been his dream for a long time, but for the first time, he plans on going through with it. He intends to start a video rental shop and I've told him before his dream is idiotic and that it's a pretty outdated idea, but nonetheless, his "idealism" is leading him to failure. So far, he's been working on steps to bring this dream to life and I've been contemplating leaving him. I need someone who is smart and realistic, not delusional and over-imaginative. |
Question: Cold feet/nerves before a date? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 06:13 PM PDT Hi! I always get the classic crush on someone thing, but as soon as it becomes an outside-my-head thing, like a date or get-together, I immediately start dreading it. I feel like this isn't normal, and I want to know if there is something I can do to move past this fear! |
