She constantly tells me about how she wants to be more than friends and I have told her I want to be that way as well, but we have never made the decision to become exclusive/ official. I really enjoy talking to her, but some times she can rant on for hours and I just want to change the subject but there is no changing.. She is also very religious, which I am not really.. She also thinks that my career is a waste of time (medicine development/ research). She is very confident (which i have no problem with) but it kind of comes off over confident and cocky. She takes a lot of stimulants to study for long hours and can say down right mean comments (example when she bashed my best friend hard for being gay). She never wants to party or go out with me instead I am usually the one picking her up around midnight after I get off of work because she is drunk and cant drive home and claims she doesnt have money for an uber. I feel like I sound like such a millennial for complaining about some of these things but they kind of get on my nerves, and I almost feel like I am being taken advantage of. We had one minor quarrel when she told me a story about her hooking up with another guy when we first started talking, which didnt bother me that bad, but she turned around and lied about it until the truth slipped out and the she made this huge apology for it (which i really appreciated) but it felt like she was trying to manipulate me the entire time, like out think me or out logic me into making me some how feel bad about even making her apologize for anything to begin with.. |

There's this shy guy that's outgoing with the kids, but loses his cool around me. He asked me how my day was going and I sort of ignored him. One of the kids told me he was being nice and that I was being rude. He went outside and I followed him out and told him I was great and then i told him I hoped he was having a great day too. He didn't talk to me for the rest of the day. At the end of the night, after our shift, he asked me if I needed a ride or escort to my car and I said I was good. She said that it s okay and people make up rumors all the time. THEN she posted something on snapchat saying that she "didn t grind on me and if she wanted to she couldn t because she wasn t wearing spandex." I m a little sad now because I think that people will know that I m apparently a compulsive liar. However, someone said that they SAW IT HAPPEN. I'm don't want to think about marriage until im 28 and i'm not trying to go dry for 7 years. But the problem is, this is the first girl i've ever liked this much. But if she really does mean she is going to wait until marriage, and not until she is sure she is with the right person, or wait until she is ready, i know this will never work. She is really set on the whole waiting thing. But i am just not sure if she just thinks she wants to wait until marriage because shes never gotten really sexually attracted to someone since she is really new into the dating thing and kissing and all that. I don't know what to do. I really like this girl but i just know it won't work if she wants to wait. She seems extremely sure, but can that change? |
