Question: Is it normal for me to feel this way about living alone? will choose a best answer? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 02:17 AM PDT my xboyfriend/roommate of 15 years is finally moving out. We stayed living together to help each other out finanically but now he finally found another arrangement so I will finally be free! so I am very excited but yet nervous about living all alone for the first time in years. I dont have many friends right now so i am worried that I wont make new friends and/or wont find a new boyfriend eventually and I am afraid I will be very lonely because of this..but then other times I get really excited about living alone too after so long..so I go back and forth. Is this normal? to be very excited about this but yet nervous at the same time? will choose a best answer and thanks |

Question: Why do beautiful women date less attractive men? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 12:22 AM PDT I added this guy I used to go to high school with online we used to pick on him cause he was nerdy. He started working out after high school but he's still not one of us but he uploaded pictures of him out with his girlfriend and it's ridiculous. She's gorgeous in a low cut dress and this guy looks dorky in a turtleneck under a suit jacket. It doesn't make sense |
Question: Husbands mom loves family friends more than her own children? Posted: 10 Oct 2018 12:21 AM PDT So my husbands mom was the type who would be sleeping or lounging on the couch most of my husbands childhood and didnt really spend much time with them, but rather just had them clean the house and yell at them, etc etc.. For whatever reason when it came to family friends, two young girls that are mine and my husbands age, that the family have known for 10 years, are the only ones who get her love and affection. She calls them both her daughters, and when one of them got married, she posted pictures all over facebook and even got certified to marry her off on her own, but when it came to my husband and my wedding, and even his sisters wedding over this past year, she posted nothing of it. Not only that, but she attacks both of my husband and his sister for abandoning and leaving her, and tells them she gave everything she had into raising them, and how dare they neglect her in this way. She calls my husband crying or screaming, never know which one it will be, and expresses her anger at him for treating her so poorly and goes on to make fun of our marriage. What the heck is up with this woman? Makes me sad to see a mother neglect her own children in such a way, and then turn it around saying its her children doing the abuse. My husband s second sister, on the other hand, is stuck in a miserable cycle of depression bending over backwards to do whatever their mother says to keep her from getting angry. What can be done in this situation? She is a toxic woman. It makes me sick to watch but my husband tries to downplay it saying, oh your just not used to it. But watching her act buddy buddy with these young girls our age and her going on to treat her son like crap in this way, its SO HARD TO WATCH, but he does NOT stick up for himself when she falsely accuses him and makes jabs at us, and I just feel like my hands are tied, with no ability to help. Is there nothing I can do here? |

Question: Coworker wanted to switch work days with me then it never happened? Posted: 09 Oct 2018 08:09 PM PDT While i was leaving work (i had to clock out because six hours equal a meal violation at work) and she gave me her phone number because she told me she had no time to go to the manager to switch the days (. I then had the manager ask me if I can work Thursday but I told him I couldnt because my coworker wanted to switch days with me and thats why she gave me her number before I left. (He was cool with it.. and this was a different manager, the store i work at has 5 managers) I saw that she is supposed to work tomorrow... then why would she give me her number if we can switch tomorrow? |
Posted: 09 Oct 2018 07:41 PM PDT Me and my brother in law got in a big fight and he told me he was going to come over here right now and hurt me or whatever but I told him I would call the cops on him if he did and he just walked away. Is it sad that my own dad didn't stick up for me when he said that? |
Posted: 09 Oct 2018 07:06 PM PDT So I am super shy to talk to attractive girls for some reason. I have no problem with talking with non-attractive girls, or normal looking like girls. But for some reason I am too scared to talk or interacted with attractive girls. Why I need help is that in college I have a crush on this super attractive girl, and I want to know how I can interact with her and build a friendship. Are there any good steps (tips) to overcome my nerves / fears? |
Question: How do I tell my boyfriend? Posted: 09 Oct 2018 07:00 PM PDT My boyfriend has a full time job. 40 hours a week. But he also does lawn care as a side job like fertilizing, weed bomb, irrigation etc when he has time. He says that he does not Want to work for anybody and he wants to start his own lawn care business and he has quite a bit of clients so far. But I think he is so unprofessional sometimes. Like tonight, he went to someone's lawn at 9 o clock at night when it's dark and he was drinking earlier so he was tipsy. How can you see what your doing in the dark? How do I tell him he's unprofessional without sounding like I'm not supportive. |
