I've lost 4 family members in a terrible car accident weeks ago along with my bestfriend who killed himself, I've been overwhelmed and I am a teen. My friend is older and I usually am always checking on her, although this time, she is always checking on me and this was just one of those unbearable days.. I was telling her how stressed I was and how terrified and worried I've been. how I've been wanting to end everything.. She's been so helpful and supportive these past few weeks but today when she checked on me, I responded stressed out and she just put "stop" why? Do you think I'm annoying to my friend now and that she doesn't want to talk to me anymore?

This guy keeps straight up telling my friend that I'm ugly, even though he's never seen a picture of me. (We met over another friend that he knows in person) I've never met him in person before but we talk to each other in our groupchat that we have with our common friends. He keeps telling my friend that he can't even imagine how ugly I am, and that he can't even think about it. It confuses me because he keeps messaging me things like "I love you" and keeps saying lyrics from a song that's in a different language. I have no feeling towards him in that way, but it makes me frustrated that he says those rude things even though he doesn't even know how I look like. It's rude and emabarssing especially when my friend knows that a guy is saying that I'm ugly. What do I do?

When I was younger, I use to talk a lot I use to talk to everyone as a kid/preteen. Then I realized that talking to much annoyed people. Now as a Young Adult, I'm more of an introverted person, and don't talk much. Then one of my friends whos a girl who I recently became friends with said when she first meet me she thought I was rude because I wasn't talking that much. I was trying to be respectful to her. I feel like I have a very likable personality. I get along well with pretty much anybody at my school (the smart people, not so smart people, druggies, feminists, nerds, jocks, etc). For a while I was good friends with my neighbor (high school) and it seemed like we enjoyed each other and slowly overtime she kind of grew apart. We live close by so she'd give me a ride home from an activity every night. I did home school for high school and I didn't talk to anyone but my parents for 3 years. Now I'm trying to get a job and I'm crippled in shyness.

Above 2 days ago I didn't show up to school cause I felt really sick. I have this close friend who told everyone that I was anorexic/wasn't eating over the summer. From what I gather, she told everyone she was "concerned" and to keep an eye on it. Word got around and reached my family, who accused me. I was able to explain I am not at all anorexic. I confronted her about the rumor and she denied everything. She even tried to help me find who started it. A while later, the rumor surfaced again and I again heard her name mentioned. I nicely confronted her and she denied it. Then I found out she told one of my secrets to someone so i confronted her (nothing to do with anorexia). A week ago, she admitted to it and apologized. Days later, the same rumor was brought to my attention, and three different people confirmed it was her spreading it. I confronted her and AGAIN she denied it. I have thought about this and talked to others, and I discovered today she is anorexic and bulimic. She was trying to divert attention from herself so she told people it was me. She still won't admit this to me and we are in a fight. Her mom called mine and told her what happened. Now my mom and her mom are both trying to make up make-up. I just don't have sympathy for her. She trashed my reputation for her own cover and can't even admit it to me. What do I do about this because we are in the same social group and it will be too awkward because we sit next to each other at lunch to clarify, she admitted to telling one of my secrets, not spreading the rumor.

Hello, i have made maybe a hige mistake. The wife of my boss called me today and asked me for his husband's laptop password , he is on a business trip and left his laptop at home. Most college girls I've met are the kind who goes into nightclubs and bars all night on Friday. They take their tops off and they dance all sexual like butt shaking and twerking. They make social media videos of themselves doing it and they kiss another girl just to get a beer or something. They still act like a bunch of high school kids at parties except they're legally old enough to drink (at least here in Canada once you're 18 or 19 you're old enough) and their parents often aren't around. They're obessed with guys just like middle and high school kids but they have more sex. How come it's such a big thing in colleges?

Okay, so my relationship with this person is kind of complex. We were friends for almost two years when we started dating. Then we broke up and went on an on again off again relationship for like four months or so. We decited to just stay friends a month ago and it's was smooth sailing for a little bit, then it's not. Right now we are fine but it looks like it's going back to rocky again. I know he cares, but the boundaries are not clear and I have no idea what he is okay with and what he isn't. One day I can talk about anything with him, the next he distances himself and then a week later he is comfortable with me texting him all the time and is willing to talk about anything. Then he's not. It's so confusing and I never know if what I'm saying is okay or if he would take it as me trying to 'manipulate' the situation. I know we need space but If I go to long without talking to someone I tend to loose contact with them because life gets in the way and I don't want to go two years before I remember he exists. (I've done this before with multiple people). I don't know what to do and I don't want to loose him. He is my best friend and I don't want to screw this up again.

Over winter break a close friend of mine was diagnosed with HSTCL. An EXTREMELY RARE form of lymphoma (blood cancer) that one person gets every decade. When he told me about it I didn't think much at first because he was so positive that he will beat it and he said his doctor was experienced with treating this form of cancer. It wasn't until I looked at the statistics that I realized what was really happening. So far there hasn't really been anyone who has ever fully recovered from this cancer. And those that have, later on getting it again within a couple years and die quickly. The average prognosis is 8 months. I've been talking with him a lot and I can tell that he's terrified even though he has that "kick cancers a$$" attitude. My question though is what can I do to make him feel better? What can I say? At this point it's pretty much inevitable that he is not going to make it unless by some miracle of god. I've had plenty of friends and family die spontaneously from other things but I have never had to sit and watch a close friend just dwindle away like this and it's been making me sick for weeks. What can I do? How do I say goodbye? How can I help? How do I keep my friend positive?

I've always hated saying "no" to people I just feel like I'll hurt their feelings or they'll never talk to me again. During school, I have 7 colorful pens and my friend asked if she can have them for 2$ and a pack of gummy bears and I couldn't say no so I said yes and I just want to stop saying yes to everything. I just don't know how to stop and If I can stop. How can I stop being so agreeing with everything type of girl?

One of my best guy friends wants to be more than just friends. I don't know if like him in that way yet but, I do know he can treat me better and care about me more than any other guy I know as of right now. My Best friend (who is a girl) thinks it will work great. What do I do?

I've known her since 1st grade, and now we're in 9th grade. She was very cordial in elementary, but in junior high, she became increasingly reserved and aloof, yet was still courteous and highly intelligent. Back then, she never caused trouble but was often the victim of derision or social isolation due to her shyness. Now, she no longer faces bullying and is just as, if not, even more, focused on her education than ever. Sporadic laughter would arise from her time to time, but she's mostly unpresuming. Still, there is something rather engrossing about her that just perks my curiosity and makes me feel pitiful for the girl. I would often see her walking with great despondency, like the loneliest teen I know. And other times, she would act weird for attention, yet gets ignored, leaving her mute and rocking back and forth in her own soothing reverie, I would presume. If one were to be close to her, they would realize, as I have, how complex she is, as well as her bizarre interests in macabre subjects. She has a bad habit of touching other students, even me, and invading our personal spaces. She tries to hold my hand and even put her head on my chest once. I asked about her goals in life to which she replied, "I'm not sure. I'm just going where the wind leads me," apathetically. There were few disturbing moments, especially when she divulged her desire for a "submissive partner" whom she could control, not a loving husband nor boyfriend, and the constant chanting or smiling that would emerge from her. Even once, I saw her attempting to harm an animal, a young puppy. We live next to each other, and from my window, I noticed that she was outside in the yard(there's no fence), grasping a puppy's neck tightly. It belonged to our neighbor, and she assured me, "I wasn't thinking of hurting it. I was just thinking of something, sorry." She explained that school had made her sad. She's a good-natured girl, and I feel so pitiful for her. She's always lonely.

Yesterday halfway through my psych class the professor decided to give us a 10 minute break, so I left the room to get some coffee from the canteen. As I was walking down the hall I noticed a guy from the class, who I've only spoken to like once before, walking behind me. I didn't think much of it because he and his whole group of friends smoke so I assumed that he was going outside to smoke (the exit is in the other direction) and that he had just accidentally gone in the wrong direction, but then he sped up so that he was walking next to me. I smiled at him and said "hey" out of politeness, to which he responded with "are you leaving? Where are you going?". I instantly freaked out because a) what a weird thing to ask someone and b) he and I aren't even friends so why would he even care where I was going? But because he caught me on the spot I didn't have time to think of a lie so I told him the truth, that I was going to get some coffee. Then before he could say anything else one of his friends ran up to him and they both went off the other way. It's been over 24 hours since the incident happened and I'm still creeped out and a bit scared to be honest. It was so weird because we're not even friends yet he literally FOLLOWED me and deliberately walked the wrong way to ask me where I was going, which is kinda creepy. Why do you think he did this? Could he possibly being stalking me? Or am I just overthinking things?

Okay so one of my best friends used to be friends with this girl but the girl Sloan, did some pretty bad things and my best friend decided they weren t friends anymore. Sloan has made her cry multiple times, etc. But this happened all before I knew either. I sit next to Sloan in my math class and we are causal friends I guess you could say, my best friend also has the class with us and sarcastically gets mad at me saying me and Sloan are besties, how do I go about this situation?

Okay so I'm 14 and I go out a lot with my friends and I moved and stuff so yeah. And my friend from my old school is going to this girls party that I really want to go to. And my old town from my school is like 30 mins away from my house. My parents are divorced, my dad usually lets me go out and my mom is so uptight and she never lets me go out. Please help!
