(he lives in England and I live in America. ) We talk almost constantly and I ve never felt anything like what I feel for him. I told my parents about this a few weeks ago and they told me they couldn t stop me since I m over 18. However, I bought plane tickets to visit him a couple days ago and they totally flipped. They told me I had to return them and stuff. I now have to pay them just to live here, while going to college full time. Even after I paid them for my month, they are still very upset. My dad won t look at me or even stay in the same room. Apparently he thinks I m "a slut" and doesn t plan on talking to me ever again. My mom keeps telling me I m selfish cause i won t even do this one thing for her. It breaks my heart that they think this way but I want to see him SOOOOO bad. For people who dont understand LDR i know it s hard to imagine but I love him more than anything. What should I do? |

She is the only person I have ever really cared about. I was young and didn't know why I had such a strong attraction to her, this made me learn about soulmates and it fit the definition. I have never had sexual feelings to her, but rather thoughts and feelings of protecting and caring for her and an incredible feeling that I can only describe as those waves of warm pleasure you get from laying out in the sun but condensed and multiplied by 100, placed in the center of my body, not my stomach like butterflies but through research I have found it is in the location of my heart chakra. This feeling is not like an endorphin rush. She has had little flirty interactions with me over the last 7 years but I was to scared to say anything. Soulmates are the only spiritual/religious belief that I hold onto and cherish because I believe that that is our purpose here in life is to find that someone. So I have tried to break up with my girlfriend because of trust issues. Every time I try to break up with her she brings up that "want me to tell your father what you are trying to do to me?" So for short, whenever i try to breakup with her she mentions that she should go to my father on what I am trying to do. I have never trusted her throughout this relationship that has lasted about a year and five months, and I have tried to break up but she traps me in this relationship which I HATE so much! I have tried giving her subtle hints for her to notice that I am cheating on her (which I am not) just so we can break up. When that happens she starts to cry and her parents ask her why and she tells them that I make her mad and threatens to go to my father to tell her what I had told her. The point is that anything I do and (or) say to her she will go to her parents about it and then my father and my father will not trust me anymore. This means that I cant trust her anymore pretty much which will cause a breakup. On a few occasions we have talked about our feelings and I told her that I do not believe in a single long lasting relationship and that I want to experience with others. Also I told her that if I don't like anyone else then I will come back to her. On the other hand she believes in a single long lasting relationship. Thanks 4 help. |

We've been together just over two years and its like he doesn't know me at all. After a big gift fiasco last year he told me he needs to know straight up what I want, no hints, etc. So I made wish lists and I tell him while we're out "Oh, such-and-such would make an excellent present!" or "I'd love to get that for a gift someday!" And then, today, he comes home with a cheap silver/opal necklace and earring set. They're pretty, and I don't mind the cost too much, we're not exactly flush. But... they're not my style at all. The necklace is very dainty and proper and I prefer chunky, unique pieces. And I can't even wear the earrings as my ears are stretched and the earrings are far too small. I love that he thought of me, thats an improvement in and of itself as he's neglected gift giving a lot (think nothing for valentine's day, or our two year anniversary, etc.). But I am seriously concerned that I'm going to spend the rest of my life getting gifts I don't like. And I can't just outright tell him I don't like it, it doesn't work, I've tried it. Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:25 PM PDT Okay so I met this guy a few months ago, He doesn't go to my college, but he visits the town maybe twice a month because his family lives here. We have been snapping or texting almost everyday for an entire month & then this past Friday he told me he was coming home. So we hung out, he took me to his house, we went mudding in his truck, and then his ATV. We hung out in a tree house he has in the acres his family owns and we talked about some personal life stuff. He brought me back to his house afterwards because he said his step mom wanted to say hi to me (i've never met her). I had a lot of fun.. We talked a bit in his car before i left, we also played a bored game he had there, and then we played "Never have I ever" and talked about the more sexual things that we have or haven't done. We were together from 8:30pm until like 2am & So before i left back to my dorm he said "are you going to not give me a hug again" - i then got out the car, gave him a hug, and he asked me where my room was and said he'd wait until i got inside. I saw him the following night as well at soccer, he was messing with me, playfully teasing me, playfully touching me at times, and it was just fun. Then we hugged for a couple seconds (he squeezed tight) before he left back to where he lives (4 hours from where i'm at) So is he into me? Does he like me?? |

EVERYTHNG. He does not even look my way anymore but I can't get him to admit there is a problem. No luck,and its been dead for 10 months now and I'm done trying. Here is my problem, I am an overly nice person and I usually avoid the blow ups so i really don t know how to go about this. Absolutely no one knows I like her, but almost everyone, including her knows my friend likes her. Over the summer the three of us hung out somewhat regularly going to the movies and hanging out at my house and got somewhat close as friends with her. Now that school has started, my friend goes to school out of state and the girl and I go the the same university. One day she asks me to take her to the store after work for some clothes since she can't drive. On our way there she said "We are going to go see a movie sometime!" I can't tell if she was just saying that or if she actually wants to go, just the 2 of us. I've told him no before and that I don't like it. It started around 2014 and is going on still. I've stopped talking to him for weeks during 2014-2015 but he only got mad and threatened to tell lies about me. Recently, I stopped talking to him again, it's been two weeks so far.
