He was an alcoholic, and he would routinely beat me, steal my money to buy alcohol, cheat on me, and tell me horrible things like "I want to watch you cry over your father s dead, cancerous body." & "I hope that one day you kill your fat *** in front of me." We broke up several times, and after one of these times I just didn t love him. I finally had gotten strong enough to just ignore him, and block him whenever he attempted to contact me. Now, since I did take so long to stop getting back with him, since it did take me so long to leave him I never would simply say "My ex was a toxic person" because at the end of the day, even though I didn t deserve to be hit, or cheated on, or used I let him do it & took him back. I was weak, and I admit that I really messed up by staying so long. Anyway, my new boyfriend found out about my past because he asked my dad why I was so freaked out by the idea of him (my Bf) getting drunk, and why if we fought & he even so much as moved his hand while speaking I would flinch. My dad has cancer, and he told my Bf that if he didn t have cancer he would kill my ex for what he did to me. So after talking to me, and even after I told my Bf that I didn t pursue charges or anything on my ex because I did stay despite having chances to leave, but my Bf then beat the living **** out of my ex a week later. Now my ex is suing me. I had no idea my Bf would act on anything! Why am I being sued?? He is suing me for slander, btw, and he's trying to say I set it up but I really had no idea. |

When we snuggled, we began to hold hands after I initiated it and it was really intimate. We talked all the way till 6am and when she was falling asleep she said she needed to get to bed. I asked her for a hug before she left and when we finished hugging we both went in for a kiss and we kissed for a while I eventually took her to her room and then kissed her goodnight and got back to mine. The next morning we held hands and walked to a garden and cuddled under a tree and it was incredible. I brought her to her car, helped her pack up and then she was on her way. She lived a couple hours away so we texted/snapped and about 4/5 messages in she would leave me on read. I was so confused, I was supposed to go down and visit her and I asked her before I went down if she still wanted me to go because she's been non responsive. She said she doesn't know if we will stay in contact because she's going to a college that's 2 hours away from the one we met at. So since then we haven't texted at all and I can't help of thinking of her. Should I tell her how I feel? Or would this just repel her even more? This September, we both went back to school and are an hour away. He is working from home. He went through a rough life-crisis these past couple months spanning to a year before we met and dated. He was unmotivated, working a terrible job, and almost dropped out of school. He has mood swings which makes him very cold to me sometimes. This often makes for arguments. He can be very emotionally draining, and I have helped him get to the point he is today, which is a lot better and happier. The beginning of our relationship was amazing. We connect on all levels, emotionally and physically. Besides his moods, He cares insanely about me and is extremely sweet and really puts effort into his little things. However, now that I am in school, I have less tolerance towards his moody, depressive behavior. As my weeks in school went by he pushed me further and further away. Eventually it boiled up and we separated for a week.He was devastated that he almost lost me and wants to try and rekindle our relationship. He is working very hard to take care of himself and make himself happy, and he is getting better! Howver, I have been slowly loosing interest in him less and less. I love him, but I feel is as if im falling out of love. I'm starting to lust over other guys. I feel as if his behavior has pushed me too far. Is this something you forsee never working until the end? Should I break up with him or work to fix us? |

He's 30 and I'm 18 (but this has nothing to do with our age difference so please dont comment "hes too old 4 u!!!" ... dont need to hear it lol) Anyways, He goes out drinking with his friends every friday and sometimes on saturdays and we like to talk on the phone and fall asleep together every night on the phone. on weekends, i get home from whatever im doing (im in college so usually im drinking/blazing but i always keep within my limits.) and wait for him to call me, completely incoherent. I always put up with it and try my best to have conversations with him but it's very difficult. I never complain. Friday night (so 4 nights ago now), we were texting and out of nowhere he said i was dumb, then "really ******* stupid" and when i told him he'd crossed the line, he said "yeah, I crossed the line. blame it all on me" and so finally i just said bye and for him to stop texting me. then, he texted me probably 100 times, each text with just one word. after i didnt answer 100 texts and calls from him, he texted me saying "dont hit me up ever again, deleting you from my contacts, youre nothing to me. good bye" when he woke up the next morning he tried calling me then texted me saying sorry, but still trying to pin it on me when i did literally nothing.He keeps apologizing what do i do? |

However there was this "playa" who was trying to push up on me at my new job. He is a very attractive man. I enjoyed our conversations and his attractiveness made me want to be around him even more. There was this one girl, a married woman, who would always run up in our conversations when she would see him talking to me. This would happen several times a day. It got really annoying after a while. He "playa" would never say anything to this girl about always jumping in on our conversations. I believe he enjoyed it to see my reaction. I got tired of the crap and stopped speaking to them both. Long and behold I found out that those two were sleeping together. "Playa" was sleeping with this married girl and trying to get in my pants also. That's why he never told her to stay out of our conversations. I feel so bad. The "playa: and I never slept together but it still hurts like hell. I ignore both if then at work even though he made several attempts to befriend me. I declined. We were sitting next to each other and while we were talking he kept putting his hand near mine, touching it with the point of his pinky on my pinky knuckle or kept resting his kunckles against mine with his index finger somewhat hooked on top of mine. Also when we were sharing the armrest, his arm stayed touching mine. He kept looking down to make sure he was touching me. At one point when I was talking with my hands, he tried to grab my hand for a full holding hands moment. After a good while of doing all this he then increased the touching by slowly step by step trying to inch his hand into mine. He got about halfway and then rubbed his thumb gently back and forth over my hand. I got cold and he put his jacket over me, as we were sharing it but not touching he tried to touch my arm and find my hands under the jacket. |

I said that was fine if she needed to do homework instead, and now she hasnt responded for an hour, which is completely unlike her. I just really enjoy talking and spending time with him when we can. He s a really busy guy. Also 6 hour time difference. I know it annoys him when I text him what s wrong and asking if we can play together when I see him online. It got to the point where he was being rude to me. I told him to be honest and tell me what s up. Bascually me not giving him "me time" he said it seems like he has me time after we fight. I been having issues and trying to find a job to stay busy. For you nothing seems to be wrong, always with giving each other space and never a good talk about what s going on because the timing never works out. I don t know, whenever you have time next week we can sort this out or leave it as it is." I been giving him the space he derserves since I been all up on him. But I will say a few days after he sent that he messaged me on snapchat "have fun at the con" And like my Twitter post. So I hope it s a good sign that all he needs is his me time. We still haven t talked it out yet. Any tips on how to break the clingy tendencies and give him his space and me worry more about myself and not so much about him or our relationship. Of those described, I liked them most so far, no other girls compared, but number 2 was better than 1.. 1 had a great body & face but 2 made me feel happy/laugh. 1: Everyone would stare at her *** and all the boys were obsessed with her but she wanted no one but me it seemed and I wanted her but I wanted to focus on sports more lol And 2, she was really special she could make me feel happy because the way she talked and her facial expressions always seemed interesting. I couldn't talk to her I would freeze up and just stair, but girl 1 I could talk to easily but would also be in a trance when she was at the same time she was looking at me, for like long periods of time we both looked at each other.. The other night I didn't feel well and I fell asleep next to him. The next moment when I opened my eyes, I saw he was looking up ex-girlfriends and women on FB and texted them. I got furious & slapped him as I felt betrayed and disrespected. He pushed me and I fell on the floor that I got bruised on my body. Then he pulled a knife and cut my finger. I broke up with him. I don't think he is innocent in this matter as he cut my finger with the knife. He tweaked the fact and started telling his family and friends that he broke up with me because I was crazy and punched him. He keeps telling me that he can throw me in jail by slapping him because there is a law against assault, but there is no law against him contacting other women. He tries to guilt me that I was wrong by making a mountain out of a molehill as it was just a text. Will I be thrown into jail? Am I wrong to get angry when he contacted other women? What are your thoughts? |

Of course you should always finish your pills but my boyfriend was kinda condescending about it. Just saying "that's stupid" or "take them when you get home Sarah!? " and then made me promise I'd take them but it wasn't in a loving way it was in a "your stupid" kinda way I also today wanted to drop a college class of mine just because I'd like to focus on my other two classes and he made me feel bad about that saying I'd regret it and that I should stay and that I loose interest in things too fast like idk what he's talking about it's my life isent he supposed to be supportive? We began to talk and quickly became good friends, finding the conversations flowing easily between us. It felt so natural. Later on, we began to develop feelings for each other; he messaged me and told me he has liked me, and I said I reciprocated those feelings. It became very awkward between us after that; I felt like I couldn't even talk to him the same as before. I asked him very casually if he'd like to date, and he agreed, but it was still very awkward. We continued to message each other but I began to feel very insecure about us. I think I boiled over the edge due to my insecurity and doubts and deleted my messenger and stopped talking to him. Just a few days ago, he found my twitter and began messaging me again. We both missed each other. I reinstalled my messenger and we began talking again. For some odd reason, he was still acting very awkward around me. This is where it gets bad... although I knew he still likes me, I told him I longer had feelings for him to see if it would take off the pressure. I miss our normal conversations. Why did I really do this? It was to test him, to see if he would continue being friends with me or he would just end it all. I think this is mainly due to my own insecurity. Anyways, I feel terrible.
