He had done this twice. He's online liking photos but won't respond until I've posted a photo of myself and then he gI ya excited to talk again and apologizes for being busy. He's not though. I feel he wants me to chase him. I'm confused |

Question: What should I say to her? Posted: 28 Jun 2018 10:39 PM PDT I work with a girl who is drama, drama, drama. All she does is talk to me about he said she said type stuff. And I'm getting sick of it. I'll try switching the subject, I even start walking away, but she doesn't get the hint and just keeps going on. She's a nice person but she's always talking about what others think of her and how she can't stand a certain co worker because of whatever reason. Any tips on how to get her to stop? |
Question: What should I say to my manager? Posted: 28 Jun 2018 09:55 PM PDT I was cleaning a table at my job and all of a sudden, my manager had a tissue in his hand and then dropped it on the floor. He then said "Hey can you come here and throw this away for me?" And he wasn't even doing anything he was just standing there. The gross part was that the tissue was wet, like he wiped his nose or something with it. And he watched me throw it away and then said "Thanks" and walked off. He does stuff like this all the time, like I'll be doing something and then he'll ask me to do something that is so ridiculous. Tuesday night I was wiping the windows down as it was a task we do every night, and there was a wet floor sign on the floor. My manager then yelled my name in the middle of me cleaning and when I walked over he said "Can you move this sign to that corner? That side is now wet" and the place he wanted me to move it to was just a few steps away and same thing, he would just stand there with nothing in his hands and watch me do it. Like really easy tasks he could clearly do, he makes me do. Should I say anything to him about it? I don't get it, it's ridiculous. Btw I'm a girl and he's a guy lol, I could see if he was older and couldn't bend down or something but I'm 21 and he's like 29. |

Question: This guy hit on my mom and she didn’t back off, should I be worried? Posted: 28 Jun 2018 06:45 PM PDT Ok so me and my mom were at the grocery store and this one black guy walked up from behind and hit on her, and before you say anything about me mentioning his race, just keep reading. So I could tell my mom was a little shocked but I expected her to put her foot down and say she was married, which I've seen her do before. I'm not going to lie my mom is a very good looking Iraqi woman in her late 30s, and she was wearing just a tank top and booty shorts so her curves were showing. My friends always tease me saying she's hot so I'm not surprised this guy approached her. Anyway, the whole time this guys talking to her calling her beautiful and sexy she's just smiling back and continuing conversation with this guy about where he's from and what not. Mid conversation he grabs her hand and says "have you ever had chocolate before, you look like you love it" and I swear she blushed so hard before saying "you're so silly" in a friendly way. Then right after that she told me to go grab some milk from the dairy isle and I was hesitant at first because I didn't wanna leave them alone, but I did anyway...when I got back he was gone, but I noticed her phone was in her hand when it wasn't before. So now I'm afraid that maybe she got his number, and the whole ride home it seemed like she was daydreaming about something, unlike her usual behavior. I'm scared and want to tell my dad but I don't want to cause problems. What should I do? Why did she seem to like this guy when she's married?? |
Question: How should I interact with friends abusive husband? Posted: 27 Jun 2018 04:27 PM PDT My sister in law is also a great friend but her husband is abusive to her (and her children) she left him for a few months after he grabbed her 9 year olds arm and tossed him into the oven she confronted him and hit him and he locked her to the ground and beat her, blew out her eardrum and landed her in the hospital. In front of all three of her kids, 14, 9 and 4 (the youngest is theirs) . He was later arrested and after he tried to commit suicide by hanging but failed. He was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, she go black together with him shirtly after. I think she feels .sorry for him. I don t and know it will continue. Anyway, since he s back in her life I don t know how I should act around him if i were to see him. What is appropriate? It sounds silly but if he shows up at family events I dont want to cause a scene but i cant support them together, especially now that i have new baby. |
