My best friend (like we are bffs, been to europe together, her family considers me their family, almost 10 years of friendship etc) is still friends with this other person in our 4 person friend group who attacked me and our other friend. She was so mean (this has happened several other times but this time we decided to cut her out of our lives because she blames us for everything and plays victim) but my best friend is basically saying that she never did anything to hurt her and that she enjoys hanging out with her. If we were truly best friends, I feel like she would feel pain for the fact that she inflicted pain onto me and our other friend. She even agrees that she s mean and rude etc. but continues to defend her behavior. I ve tried communicating this on multiple occasions but nothing good comes out of it. I am seriously thinking about not being friends with her once we graduate HS...thoughts?

So I'm basically 17 years old, turning 18 in a month, graduating high school this year also, and going away to college. I've grown up with strict parents and I know it's because they love and they don't want any accidents or bad incidents to happen. I was never really allowed to hang out with my friends, or inside their house, but they're allowed to come to mine. The only time I really get to "hang out" is when I'm running or working out at the gym, but I can never go out and eat whenever I'm invited. My parents would usually say "It's too late" or.. the time being like 7pm. I was never allowed to go to the movies when I'm invited. My parents are hesitant towards me going to my prom this year, idk why, maybe it's because I have to drive myself haha, anyway It's just a little annoying because I really am a good kid, I hardly argue with my parents, I do what I'm being told all the time, I respect my parents. For crying out loud I go to church every Saturday (Adventist) and I'm very active and involved in my church. My friends really felt bad this time, so they asked me once again if I can go to the beach next week because I'm literally home alone all the time and summer is coming up. I will be shadowing a physical therapist and doing some clinical work in the mornings. Ahhh off topic, SOOOO I really want to go, I don't have any plans or anything next week.

I am 16 years old and most of my peers and even the ones a bit younger than me became very serious. I have a few questions: - I am scared of her so do you think it's a good idea to block her right away when I send the breakup message (because most likely she will text back mad)? - Is my breakup message reasonable? (CHECK MY OTHER POST) - Is my plan reasonable? : I am going to ghost her for a while during the summer (btw we go to the same school) and after a while I will send her the breakup message and most likely automatically block her so I don't get her scary responses (cos im a pussy) and then i will notify my friends who are also friends with her so they don't choose sides and don't avoid me. Just last year, I had a group of friends I was hanging out with. But I went to a vacation in Europe and I came back this year and I have no friends at all now. Even my own niece don't even call me anymore. All my friends ignore my calls. They moved on with their life. I wonder what happened this year that my whole life is just messed up, I had to drop out of school to support family with income, I recently got fired from my job and I have been looking for a job for months now and no luck.
