My best friend is gay and in a relationship with a bi man. That bi man used to have a crush on me but I declined him (he was really objectifying and creepy. Told everyone he masturbated to his imagination of me). He then moved onto my gay best friend. They've been arguing a lot recently, over the fact that the bi guy said he finds me more physically attractive. My gay friend is now really insecure and probably hates me. Did I do anything wrong?/What can I do help my friend? Kinda awkward situation.

I've been working for this contracting company for nearly two years. My general manager is on salary and only shows up for two days a week. I've been working 6 days a week for since i've been here. He keeps telling me that I volunteered but he forced my hand in doing so. I have to do my job and another persons job at the same time. I've gone to him with concerns and he's blown me off every time. I've asked him for a raise and he denied that too. I found out he's been changing my hours. I approached him passively asking asking for 2 days off and he blew me off and now i put my foot down and said i won't be doing it anymore, he threw a fit and cursed me out. I've been looking for other jobs but i feel like i can't wait anymore and just want to cut my losses and quit. Any advice of what should i do? What should I do?

So I need serious advice. so my boyfriend confessed to kissing his best friend. They're both guys but they "practice" to help each other out on weekends because his best friend has never kissed a girl. This is my first official boyfriend and I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I asked one of my other girlfriends and they said its homophobic to intervene and let them be but idk :( I get so jealous because I want him to be spending time with me but he said he has to be loyal to his best friend so they practice A LOT and sometimes at school. is this normal for boys? I'm known for being confident and bold. This girl talks sh*t about me and people have told me. Side note: I have done nothing to her. I'm kind, but she still calls me untrue names behind my back. Some time after i had been told about what she was doing, the smack talker was looking at me and smiling. Is she scared of me?

This girl I really do care care about (because she's my life) was physically bullied in middle and high school (even from a tracher who used psychologic violence against her). She already came from an immigrant background (she was at seventh heaven just because her father came from work buyung her a cheap doll, so please imagine her life alone at home, with no grandma to take care of her, no babyisitter bc they didnt earn enough although her parents worked in plantations. This happened in Europe). She often has nightmares when she sleeps and I have to wake her up, sometimes she cries and stays depressed all the time, and there's nothung I can do to help her. I'm sure if the same had happened to other kids, they would have done something to help, but since she came from a coubtry hated here, the teachers also hated her, they were racist. I dont know what to do with her, I tried everything, I want to help her but she can never fully recover from this, I'm afraid that she'll do self harm again (she suffered from.this in the past but once in a while she does it again), the doctors were also mean to her (they never took her seriously, after she said she was struggling to live her psychologist went to laugh and had a coffee with a cute coworker.When she had a crisis (she wanted to kill herself) the first aid doctor told her lots of horrible things instead of helping her and treating her normally, he shouted and said that if she didnt let her work he would became an animal. She already tried but I already wrote what happened and how the doctors treated her. I was there too I saw everything. And she's not black or asian (I mean it would be bad too even if she was),she's just a white girl from turkey. I dont know what to do. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY are people so mean to her (even in her family). I want to help her but I dont know why. Sometimes I'm afraid to touch her because she would misunderstand my intentions.
