Question: Could this woman like me? Posted: 10 Jun 2018 01:52 PM PDT She said I clean up really nice and she's interested in hanging out with me. She said I should come to a casino with her when there isn't many people around, she likes it quiet. On Facebook, she said she wants a boyfriend who can buy her a motorcycle. Although she never asked me to buy her one and I told her I couldn't. I'm attracted to her physically. I'd consider going out with her. She asked me if I found a job in my college major. |

Question: How can I stop my daughter and granddaughter from claiming welfare? Posted: 10 Jun 2018 11:04 AM PDT Both of them are very liberal and believe people are entitled to money without earning any of it. I worked hard all of my life and paid taxes for many years while both of them are on "Disability" and complain about not having enough to live on. They spend their money on useless stuff like cell phones, internet, and their cats. My granddaughter also collects dolls and toys, bought with her welfare money. Money she did not earn. I tell her over and over that she doesn't need those things, but she still keeps buying them. She bought a pack of useless trading cards and I told her she better not buy any more. |
Question: What does it mean if someone makes this eye contact and doesn't stop? Posted: 09 Jun 2018 08:35 PM PDT I was in a car and I look over this girl in a car is laughing with her friend they're drunk and she stops what she's doing and stares at me with her head tilted and makes long eye contact. She raised her eyebrows lowered her head tilted it and widened her eyes and did that look over her shoulder. She made that eye contact and didn't stop, I look away she's still staring at me when I break the eye contact and watched me leave. I have a bit of a past with her and that's the first I saw her in 11 months ☆ Sent from iOS Dr. Know! 1.1.04 |

Question: Does this seem condescending to you? Posted: 09 Jun 2018 07:54 PM PDT I shared a video to my boyfriend's Facebook wall of someone playing some pretty involved songs on the piano. He's taken up piano as a hobby so I thought he'd be into it. The comment exchange went a bit like this: Me: *shares video* I can't wait till we get you a keyboard! Him: It's a piano (there is a difference). Also this is way beyond my skills. Me: Okay fine... I'm still excited! My mom saw the comments and told me she thought my boyfriend's tone was condescending, and she wanted to know if he always talked to me like that. He does have a habit of "correcting" people, but that's just the way he is. Do you think it was condescending? |
Question: Friend keeps invading my personal space? Posted: 09 Jun 2018 06:40 PM PDT I have a friend who s been having trouble at home (his family fights constantly) and he s been trying to come over my house daily. However, it s coming to the point now that he comes over without even asking. If I tell him now s not the best time, he leaves for an hour then returns, refusing to leave and begging me for pity. I do the best I can to try to make him feel comfortable as I understand his family fights so much. But... when he breaks into my room, computer, and fridge and takes everything he wants (he legitamately took my clothes and I am a girl), I feel likes he s going too far. He wants what he wants, and he doesn t take no for an answer. He tries staying the ENTIRE day, and wants to sleep over my house every night he can (which makes everyone else in my house unhappy as well). He s not interested in me, but he s way too clingy for my liking, and I usually spend the entire day to myself so you can see how irratated this could get me. I m honestly thinking about telling him off, but I m just too passive of a person to do that. Does anyone have any advice for me? |
Question: Even after fights, why does she still put up with me? Posted: 09 Jun 2018 04:34 PM PDT I have a best friend, we have a very special bond. We have been best friends for 2 years, we have shared many life experiences together, share tons in common, we are kindred spirits.. We just get a long so greatly. It is like we have known each other for a veryyyy long time. We talk on the phone every day, even multiple times a day. She always calls me in the morning at 7 am while shes driving to work, during her breaks she will call, whether we are having good or bad days we always talk. although even with all the fun we do have our little (petty) fights. She puts up with me a lot, more than I think anyone would. Of course we both have flaws and have made mistakes, but I feel like I have made more. Why has she still stuck around to being my friend? |
Question: Why do I always feel left out at work (please read)? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 12:36 PM PDT At work, I'm getting left out. I know the students wasn't use to having me around but them saying hi to the other three teachers but not me, it...kind of hurts. They prefer them over me which is fine. Most kids were scared of me probably brcause of my tall big stature (6ft, large built, 226lbs). This **** hurts. I tried to be the cool hip teacher but since I've gotten more stricter and harder, kids started disliking me more and ignored me. One boy ignored me when I say hi to him Wednesday. He said, "Why are you talking to me?" I said, "Excuse me?" Then he said, "You usually ignore me or shut me off when I talk to you." I didn't know he felt that way and apologized but he didn't respond and walked off. Yesterday was the last day of school for the kids. Anways I noticed a student wrote a thank you card to us BUT only to three teachers (Let's call them A, B, and C) ONLY three. She said thanks for everything and a great school year. A, B, and C are the best teachers ever! Love you and have a great summer. I wasn't included and it hurt me so bad but I can't get mad at an 8 year old girl. Only three gift cards and three candies. I don't care about that but it hurts. Maybe because I'm only there on Mondays and Wednesdays. Am I that annoying? She's the one that flat out told me she didn't like me during the school year and one time threw a temper tantrum because she had to work with me and didn't want to and prefer the other teacher. Should I even care? We're on summer break now. |
