We text ever since but not as much as we used to because he's always busy either working or sleeping. I'm also always the one who texts first but he text me first last Thursday and we had a good conversation then but then after that we went a few days without texting until I text him today. He always texts back when I text him but sometimes he takes a few hours to text back.. I noticed he gets on the app we met off of a lot but doesn't message me.. I also always ask him what he's up to and he tells me what he's up to but never asks me what I'm up to or anything.. Posted: 04 Mar 2018 07:21 PM PST In class we had to pair up w/ someone near us and talk and so I talked to this guy in front of me and I was like yeah yeah whatever, but then I started getting feelings of attraction towards him. After we were done talking about what we had to talk about, we started talking about how we don't know wtf is going in class/the teacher and asking about our majors and he asked me where I was from and what year I was etc. I started to look him in the face & usually I don't really look ppl in the eyes...so I started looking at his eyes longer than I would another random classmate. And he too maintained that eye contact, but i looked away bc i started feeling awk lol. But I thought wow his eyes are so nice and he's pretty cute. I liked the way he was talking to me too like in a playful way sort of. He chuckled @ some things I said and I was smiling a little here n there. and ugh idk why I loved when he said this but so all worried i was like "so what are we gonna say if he calls on us?!!" he smirked and laughed and said "are you nervous?" and he was like "man we got this." Haha idk. So I may be reaching lol, but what are some signs of interest like what can eye contact tell me etc maybe some signs I can look out for if I speak to him again or while in class? Posted: 04 Mar 2018 07:10 PM PST I have so much resentment towards my baby's father we had a nasty break up, but to be honest he was my best friend, I talk to new guys and quickly get turned off by them because they're nothing like him. Of course I despised the bad things about him, but he was all I felt like I had. If I had it to do all over again it would be so different he showed me such a great time and made me so happy. I really miss him for who he was, i wish we still could have a friendship but he told me he would never be my friend if he couldnt have me the way he wanted me. We understood each other in a way no one else understood us we are both kind of ostracized for being different so it made and kept us close. I miss him so much I tell myself I have to move on but I'm struggling with how someone that meant so much to me turned into my worst nightmare... I wish I could talk to him or hug him one last time it would heal a wound I will probably always carry. I dream of him every night since he left. A huge part of me hates feeling this way and another part of it comforts me. |

It's been 7 years and we have both been in relationships since each other. Recently we both became single and have tried meeting up and just being on friendly terms and I have to say it's going a lot better than I expected. And a lot of old feelings are coming back and I'm feeling hopeful that maybe this could lead into is being together as a family. But she has made a few comments about us just being friends and coparenting. I know she doesn't love me, but I have always had it in the back of my mind that is all being a family would be such a great feeling. And I'm starting to think I may not be able to handle this. During all of this time I did all of his college homework and papers because he would always guilt trip me into helping him. Then one day as soon as he got his diploma he picked up and left without any remorse. Throughout all of our relationship he always hid me from his family and even would let his friends guilt trip me into also doing their work for school. He never stood up for me and the reason I feel like suing him today is because I heard he used to talk badly about me to his friends and said he hated me and wanted something different. I have all the proof of our relationship and all of the emails with the work that I did for him from beginning to end. I also have records of the pregnancies that he convince me to abort. I do not know what to do. I feel I was a fool and wasted my life away with someone who was only looking out for his best interest. Even until this day, he only says that he told me things were going to be this way but continuously led me on to be in a relationship with him. My whole relationship with him me feeling sad, stress and overworked. I feel like a damn slave. |

My bestfriend, who throughout the past few months I've argued heavily with, and we were not friends for a while, often texts my boyfriend with advice on relationships, permit tests, etc., and he has done the same with confiding in her for similar reasons. My friend is currently dating one of his friends (they met through us). I have always seen that he has a little crush on her, and to be honest, she's my friend, but is a major flirt, and loves the attention he gives her. Should I be angry about this? I get mad at him sometimes and he says "we're just friends" but still... I know they don't directly flirt, but them texting every day all the time makes me uncomfortable. Also note then when me and him FaceTime I can literally hear him texting her, and he responds much faster to her hen he does to me. The first year that I knew her she didn't talk to any guys apart from my friends and guy friends that she had before she met me. But in the past few months she has started making new guy friends from college and through her girl friends and she texts them and everything and I hate it. I trust her completely so I'm not being untrustworthy, I just hate the thought of guys being into her (because she's really hot, and sometimes I feel like she's too good for me) and she's too nice to not talk back to them because she'd think it's rude. Maybe the guys she talks to aren't into her and are just being friendly, but I still can't stand the thought of guys chatting her up without her realising. I also have this thing where I don't want any guy to make her feel happier than I make her, even if it's friendly. I overthink things and I just don't want her talking to guys and I've told her but she thinks I'm being controlling and says she can talk to whoever. I met a guy on a game almost 4 years ago and we've talked just about every day/week since through texting/skype/etc. Although we flirted and like eachother, we've always just kept it friends because of the distance between us. About two months ago he finally flew down to see me (we live in different countries), and we got along amazing and their was so much chemistry. Towards the end of the trip he told me he was in love with me. After he got home we were both sad because we miss eachother, but we continued to talk everyday and started talking more like a couple and saying I love you and such, which is great, but as the weeks have passed that has slowly dyed down and he's stopped saying I love you completely and also has stopped messaging everyday. He hasn't even called/messaged me in over a week, and even when does he just acts weird and it isn't the same. I'm not a needy person, because we all need our space, but this has me really thinking and I feel very ignored. Why do you think he would do this? Especially since I thought things were going normal and we were going to plan the next time we see eachother. Any advice?? |

However, when it comes to girls sometimes I get very quiet or shy around them. Especially, the girls I find attractive. Everyone tells me that confidence is the key. But I'm not sure how to build up my confidence. I've been very busy with my job and I haven't had much of a social life recently. Which is a huge part of this situation. But now I have the weekends off, should I get involved in club / activities? Outside of work so I can meet people? I was think about joining an adult softball league. But I want to do more like take a cooking class, or join a church group? What do you think I should do because I'm 20 years old and I know most of my friends have already been through this in high school and I haven't. I feel embarrassed. Your advice would really help!
