I've liked her for a long time and she shows signs she likes me too so it's up to me as a man to take initiative and make the first move. So after talking and stuff I wanna be like "hey by the way, get ready" and she says get ready for what and I'll reply "I'm taking you out on a date, just me & you, and we're gonna have a good time" (by the way I don't know if she actually likes me or not I'm just gonna test my luck and make a move. She does show signs tho) |

One of them studies all the time, one of them has a second group of friends she hangs out with on weekends, and the others live together at a different location so we've become kind of secluded from them. The obvious solution is to make new friends, but that's easier said than done. I only have acquaintances in clubs, classes, and work, and I'm also pretty shy so it's kind of a miracle I even managed to make these friends in the first place. I'm using Bumble BFF but not sure how it will go. I just wanna do things other than sit around and study on weekends! |

But when I go back home for breaks, I only have one friend to hang out with, and she's not planning to come back next summer. My HS friends all split off and ditched about 3 of us because we weren't "cool enough" to hang out with them. The other two are dating now (they're both girls), and I've just kind of drifted apart from them. I've been thinking about trying to get back in touch with them, but I'm not sure what to say. I love my family, but my parents work and my brother has like a million friends (which makes things worse, because my dad constantly compares him to me and tells me to be more like him. Great help, dad). I'm trying to limit the time I go home, but obviously I still have to go home sometimes... What should I do when I go back? |

And even: they have boring friends who are guilty of the same thing. This has happened only a couple of times, but it bothers me. Why are people so hypocritical? My thoughts are: 1) These ppl often know I'm capable of fun, so they wanna guilt me into "going out", so they can go along WITH ME. 2) They just wanna project bad stuff on me to feel better about themselves. 3) They're dumb. I also love meeting new people. I didn't have time to read before, but now I have returned to it thankfully. I have noticed since I have started reading I have become uninterested in the usual small talk with coworkers I don't share chemistry with. On the upside I feel more relaxed and at ease with myself. I'm not interested in trying to please anyone, or trying to make chemistry where there is none. Is this okay? |

Not now because I'm still young and not financially stable, but eventually I want kids. I know there are single moms but I know I will never be able to handle the responsibility by myself. I like six flags, I like playing video games, I have always wanted to do outdoors stuff: skiing, kayaking, camping; but I can't because someone would need to be there so I don't screw up. I can get confused about what to do and where to go, but I can't always figure it out by myself. I would love to cuddle with and kiss someone, but I obviously can't do that to myself. I've given up hope on finding people to spend time with and also I've given up on finding a boyfriend too. Most of the problems in my life are caused by other people. I feel like if I find a way to achieve most of my dreams independently, it will help me cope with my depression. So can you name some cool things I can do by myself? I'm only nineteen and I still with with my parents. |

We are constantly keeping each other updated through social media and message each other every day. The weird thing is: Is she embarrassed of me? She posts only a few photos with me on her Instagram or Facebook, but majority of her pictures are with her other friends. She's not super skinny, but she has some meat on her and is likable by a lot of people, ME: I can say I am Fat and Tall. Is it because I'm fat that she doesn't post any pictures with me?
