But now it has been a couple months [December] and he has been acting really weirdly idk if it's considered flirting or not. For example, I tried running away from him after school, and he ran too but went around and stopped in front of me. After a couple times of playing around, he started walking away about 3 steps and came back to me and kept doing the same thing over and over again. We text and talk alot. My friends considers us as friends with benefits but I don't think so. I gave him a chocolate caramel bar once and he loved it because the next day he got the same chocolate. I had this situation where this guy that had a crush on me wouldn't stop bothering me, so I told him that I'll never find someone I love and loves me back, and he replied with a "just wait, you'll see." In fact for a while I disliked him because when I first started there was a instance where he was flat out rude to me, so I was never friendly to him and just ignored him for the most part. I recently started greeting him in the morning and saying bye to him when leaving work and he than started doing the same, even greeting me first. Which I thought was nice. He s very serious looking and pretty quiet for the most part so I never know what to say to him so I don t talk much to him. I have a very silly humor an joke around a lot with my coworkers and once in a while maybe like twice I have joked with him and he laughed. But again, we don t talk much at all. Recently he s made like two attempts to joke around with me, but like me he s just makes the joke and than we laugh and say nothing. He s just very serious so I don t know really what to talk to him about. She was honestly the only girl I actually hung out with, because other than that, all my other friends are guys. In school, I have a class where I am the only girl and I've became really good, solely platonic friends with half of them ever since me and my bestfriend drifted. I get along with them so much better than I do with girls, which is why they've honestly become my only genuine friends, and they are all aware of me being in a relationship which is respected. My boyfriend is aware of who they are as I tell him everything, but I know that he gets jealous. He says he trusts me, but he's also a really insecure guy. I know deep down it does bother him, but if I didn't talk to who I have now, I'd probably have nobody. I'm just worried if it's a bad thing to be close friends with the opposite sex while dating somebody. I rarely ever hang out with them after school, but I did have a friend from YEARS ago, who was actually my neighbour, talk to me recently and clear up a fight we had and now wants to possibly catch up soon, which is what brought me to ask this question. I work for an airline & for a gift I gave her my primary friend spot on my flight benefits. I figured it was ambitious but she's hardly ever left town, let alone traveled. I thought it'd be a different, exciting, far from run-of-the-mill present. She surprised me a little & jumped at it...she chose Hawaii as her first trip. My dad was with the airlines so flying is how I got around but this will be her first. I know she's gonna love it. And...yeah, I love her.
