My husband of 5 years always been a drinker. It seems like he is getting worse as time goes on. In 12/15 we went out one night and had a few drinks. It would of been his 4th DUI. My life has been hell since. I love to drink and because I took the blame for this man I can not drink. He knows it upsets me and here he is drinking in front of me like its nothing. He knows i want to have a beer from time to time and I cant. He promised me he was going go slow down. He dont care he is drinking like there is no tomorrow. And whats bad is that its not just 6 beers its between 18 to 22 beers a day(when he is off for the day) & a 12 pack after work. He gets drunk and rude and I am so done. Tonight was another example of where we sat in different rooms. Even at dinner I felt uncomfortable around her. There was no connection. After dinner I sat outside to do my studies for a few hours.
