One of our friends at the time, told him right in front of me, even though I told her before not to tell him. He didn't like me back. My friend and I were friends with her and another girl. I stopped being friends with them since they were mean to me all the time. My friend was still friends with them. Then, from then and throughout sophomore year, I didn't talk to my friend. Things weren't awkward when he found out I liked him. We stopped talking because I wasn't in the group anymore. junior year, we had gym together and he started talking to me again. A few months later, he got into an argument with one of the girls and he left the group I left freshman year. They treated him literally the exact same way they treated me. My friend and I didn't usually hang out much outside of school, but this year (senior) we hung out more often and we even hung out just the two of us for the first time yesterday and I had a lot of fun. That's when I started to like him again. He's been nicer than usual ever since the start of senior year. There's also some things lately he's Said and done that made me wonder if he had feelings for me. I don't think he likes me more than a friend because he didn't last time I liked him. So the day comes and he's telling me that he's helping out his mum to do some things for her. Hours pass then he messages me to say that he's finished. He gives me the impression that he's on his way, he keeps texting me 'I'm driving now on my way' 'I'm 20 minutes away' 'I''m in Bham now' 'I'm 6 mins away' etc. He answered my phone call when I asked him if he was lost since he was using his sat nav. & asked me to give him more direction details to my place. He then tells me that he's 3 or 4 mins away & the call drops. I ring again & it says 'call ended' immediately. After a while I try again and his phone is turned off (to double check I wasn't blocked I used no caller ID &it still went straight to voicemail). I'm starting to wonder if he turned his phone off on purpose.Why would someone be so heartless to do something like this? I've been nothing but nice to him. To keep someone waiting & waiting, I had given up a few hours before, telling him 'if you can't make it just let me know because it's not fair on me' but he kept texting me saying 'I'm passing through now you haven't replied to my texts' etc. I guess I just got fed up. I really don't understand why he would do something so evil like this. He kept me waiting all day long. Why get someone's hopes up? Why would you string them along from morning until the early hours of the next morning? Why? |

However, the one issue we have is a BIG one. Conversation does not come naturally. Personally, I have dozens of interests, hobbies, passions, etc. and always have new things to talk about. I have a huge family, an interesting life, always a lot going on. I've lived in 3rd world countries, had multiple near-death experiences, do several types of art, photography, writing, sports, and on and on. It is always me who starts the conversations. If I don't constantly talk, we could be sitting in silence for hours. We have discussed this issue a few times, and she admits that she "isn't good at conversation" and all she does is go to work. She will try new things with me, but doesn't LOVE or HATE anything...she is always just "okay'' or "fine" with whatever I want to do. I have tried for months to get her into some new activities and find out what she likes, but all she does is work and watch tv. She has asked me if she's making my life more boring, and if she's holding me back. And we both know it's probably true... Just don't know the most tactful way to put this. It's been highly frustrating. |

I asked when he would know when he'd like to talk about these things and he doesn't want to start talking about these things for another year. But the thing is I don't and I know have to respect him but I don't want to stick around for another year to just then start talking about it. I'm not asking for a wedding in 1 year, I'm asking for some serious conversations about future plans and maybe an engagement by the spring of 2017 and wait a year for wedding. He thinks we're perfectly fine in our relationship where we are now. But we honestly haven't progressed in our relationship in like 6 months. Idk what to do. I love him, and I know he loves me but for someone who is almost 25 shouldn't he have some sort of plan? I want to get married and spend my life with him... When I get near them, they would look at me and smile, but when I talk to them, they would look away or down or straight ahead while avoiding eye contact and not talking. Usually when they respond, it is either short or they just giggle without saying anything. The first day, one of them was really flirting with me, biting her lip whenever I spoke and acted like a nervous mess. When they also found out the first day that one of them were going to be in my group, they said "omg, hes in your group." Thing is though, I have been acting very shy and I even heard them talking after class saying "I did not think he was that shy". A couple classes have passed and they do not look at me as much but whenever they do, they IMMEDIATELY look away. They kind of ignore me, but they still act SUPER SHY around me. Which is weird, because I would see them flirting (not like what they did to me) with other kids on campus but they just completely ignore me now. Whenever they talk to me, they blush. When I first walk in and they see me, one of them spots me and they immediately whisper to each other, but they do not talk to me. Whenever they see me looking at them, they always look down, but they still dont talk. They pretty much avoid me |
