I said ok thinking this might be a one time thing and the school cafe was so close to my class. He is very socially awkward, but I can tell he has good intentions. I feel bad, but I honestly just don t click well with him. I enjoy sitting next to each other in class and studying together and even the occasional lunch. But now he is asking if we could get dinner after our last class, and I felt bad and said ok, but I just don t feel comfortable. I made up a lie to get out of it the next day. We have only been talking and having lunch for a few weeks, and I just don t feel comfortable going out for dinner. How do I let him know that I don t want to hang out without hurting his feelings? He seems so lonely sometimes, but I plan on transferring soon and have been going through a lot in my personal life and don t have the time to try to fake a relationship I don t want. He is treating me different after I added him as a friend. I didn't fall for him for his looks but rather his personality. He has a GREAT personality and just really treats everyone kind. He is the guy that does things right and his always honest. I have NEVER fallen for a guy for his personality but always his looks. My sister is dumbfounded as to what makes this guy so different but I have no idea. I really like him a lot and I'm not sure if he feels the same or not. The other day we called me, we had a fun hour long conversation about whatever, made plans to hang out yesterday (Wednesday)). Then he said he was going to sleep, and ikept him up asking questions. It started with him saying i was forcing talk and sometimes our conversations seemed forced... Out of the blue,he tells me he wishes I were more outgoing, it may be an issue in the future. Then i asked if he sees me in his future, and he said no. He says sometimes we don't connect and it doesn't feel right. Update: This is odd, and out of the blue. A few times in the 6 months, yes, conversation has been off, but that's normal. It never seemed to bother him. Also, we got along really well and had several conversations and agreed on a lot of things...everything semed to be going well (except for the past 2 weeks he seemed distant, but i think something is going on in his life). What does this spell out to you? I wonder if there's something else to this. I just seems so...odd. I'm 25 and he's 29. Then my original ex started talking to me again for the first time in months (she cut off everyone exept for f***boy) she all started saying "You were my best guy friend after we broke up/we were close/we dont talk anymore" (well she did dump me) Then she stopped talking to me altogether out of nowhere. One week we had a 30+ minute phone conversation, then the next week I texted her and she said she didnt want to talk. This was in May. Now (October 2016) she started talking again. I cant help but think about her in a "I want to ask you out" way. I dont want to weird her out because she most likely does not like me exept for a "kinda" friend. I've tried so hard for so long to shake it off and not let it bother me, but I can't anymore. His dad is very nice and welcoming, and he's like my boyfriend- a "people person", very easy to talk to. It just stinks because his dad travels constantly for work, so he's only home about 1 week out of every month, and I'm left with just his mom when I visit. His mom is definitely a quiet person by nature. She's a stay-at-home-mom, and very "self-focused", as my mom would say. She almost never acknowledges me when I come over. And normally I'm a very outgoing person, but it's hard for me, as a 17 year old to initiate conversation with an adult, without it sounding too informal and rude. She really obviously takes no interest in my life whatsoever. And I'm not asking for a close relationship with her, but it would definitely be nice if she would ask me how my life is going, rather than immediately ask what time I plan on going home. I remember one time last year at one of my boyfriend's football games, she actually walked straight past me to go talk to one of my friends, who's a runner herself. The only reason I don't want to talk to girls near my house is because I have no respect for them . I don't know how I can make them understand this. I don't respect girls in general but these girls no at all. If they die I wouldn't give a **** . Now even they hate me but I just want to tell them this. It all started when I started playing down. These girls were new to me . They tried talking to me a lot of times but each time I would just ignore them because I had no interest in talking to them. I have rejected girls in the past harshly. These girls tried so much but got pissed when I ignored them. They started to think I was gay for this simple reason. One girl even called me gay and I'm sure these girls would have told their female friends. Now they hate me a lot because of the ignoring and bad attitude etc. This one girl says hi to everyone except me which is kind of funny because it seems so dumb even for a girl . |

A week later I saw his Snapchat story and he was with hanging out with another girl who he called "babe". I went on Instagram and he had blocked me which I don't get because he said he loved me and wanted to make things work and now that a month passed he wants to talk to me again?
