He said his heart chose me & we were more compatible. He's 24, me 23 & the girl 19. I've become friends with her in a way, we chat online,but not met her. She knew him before me so I respect their friendship & that they stay in contact. They see each other at times when their friend group watches movies. They did sexual things but never sex & went on a few dates. A few weeks ago the girl said she feels like my guy never cared about her as he chose me. She said she asked him for a massage the other night but he did it for 10 seconds then felt uncomfortable. She said she has no feelings for him though. I told my bf and he said they are just friends. He also said she is a virgin and wants her to find a guy who will treat her right and not use her because she is "precious." Kind of weird. Today the girl told me my boyfriend is writing her a plan to help her acne (he studies nutrition/naturopathy) & is going to advise what products to use. This person has sets of unusual demands, among which is that it is rude to use the phone when they are home together. As such, he doesn't answer the phone when I call any more and can only talk when he gets to "sneak away". I consider him a pretty reasonable person and am really shocked that after 24 years of phone conversation, it's supposed to abruptly end because of a partner that frankly comes across as controlling and jealous. I think it may be part of a more dubious plan to make him more vulnerable by cutting out his loved ones, he does seem to fall for everything this person says and does now. I even contemplated whether it was an excuse but he is doing this to others too, including family. Why would a grown person in their 30s put up with this or consider it acceptable? What should I do to confront him about it? He is totally brainwashed by it and just accepts it. Just sad and shocked that decades of friendship could be compromised that quickly. Is this just life? :( |

The first thing he asked to do was go through my phone. This didn't make sense to me because I did nothing to give him a reason to. But he would much rather go party and get black out drunk. Due to the medications im on I can't drink a lot and even if I wasn't on them im not really a big drinker (I have been drunk but not black out drunk). He is chronically late (FOR EVERYTHING) even when I ask for him to be on time as it's important for me to get there, but if its for something he has to go to we get there with plenty of time to spare. I usually drive everywhere we go as he has had 2 back surgeries and its rough for him to drive for extended times (which I don't mind doing) but I feel taken for granted, I always have to drive to a function so he can drink of course. He is a very last minute kind of person, he never wants to plan things ahead. He can be thoughtful but then other times not so much (which I can't complain about cause im not perfect). I feel like I have built up a resentment against him which puts a huge strain on our relationship. Do I just end things? or ask for time apart? |

I'm really nervous about how I act, I am suffering from "social retardation" I guess lol. But that stuff aside, I am mostly nervous about school work. In middle school I never did homework and I never paid attention in class, but I still had a 98 average.(I also took 3 highschool classes already, but homework didn't count as a grade for them) I'm not nervous about the work being hard, I'm just nervous about how much of it there'll be. I have no motivation or dedication, so I already know that getting stuff done at home will be a problem. Also, I have really low self esteem. I'm chubby, I have a baby face, and I'm not curvy at all. A lot of the girls in my grade look like they're 16 and I look like I'm 11. And I'm also sick of all the fat jokes and "popular girls" comparing themselves to me. Posted: 23 Jun 2016 07:10 PM PDT So this boy who seemed like he really liked me he sent me a follow request twice after I denied it, and then I finally follow him he follows back, he left a comment on my video then deleted it, so I decided to dm him because he seemed pretty nervous and shy, so when I dmed him he told me I m cute, and said he felt awkward because he said that. Then said I m pretty, then told me to not tell anyone me and him talked because he don t want people telling me more lies and rumors about him (I thought that was a sign of care) (because people told me he s a man whore) but he really does not seem anything like what people say... So then he told me his age, which is only two years younger then me, then he mentioned (but I m way older in my head) so all those signs showed he liked me a lot, then after that, he seems not interested at all, I been texting him first, he replied the first two days and we talked for a little, then last time we talked, he fell asleep but never replied the next morning, so I waited two days and texted him.. And he read it and never replied for three hours still didn t... And I don t get this, it s really hurting me, how can someone be so interested then not at all anymore.. He got mad at me because he figured out I wasn't there instead I was at home. He gets pains all the time so he's taking it harder that I lied. He told me he was disgusted and felt sick.. And doesn't want to talk for a while. I'm in counseling now to work on my lying issues and that the only thing I lied to him about. We're working on getting back together but do you think he'll over come that lie? How I show him I'm working on this so he can regain my trust? |
