So there's a guy at work that only works when he comes back from university. When I first started he was there and helped me out loads. He then went away for school and when he came back he seemed to hate me. I had been promoted to supervisor so had authority over him now. He hates me telling him what to do (I don't tell him in a mean way, I'm just delegating and doing my job), and he always says things like "Don't tell me what to do" "I don't have to listen to you" "Get someone else to do it, why you asking me?".
