Sounds confusing but I need to know! 😂

Hello. We have been divorced for 3 years with joint custody of our 9 year old son. Primary residence is with mother while I have him every other weekend plus couple hours during the week twice. We live here in US and recently she filed a motion to relocate the child to canada where her whole family recides. She does not work and is getting full support from her parents who even bought a brand new car. She is saying the reason she wants to move there is because she has some firm job offer which is a total lie. So today when we were in court the judge told her he is going to assign a GAL to this case and I am guessing his job will be to the 4 month investigation for interest of the child. I am not sure if this GAL is a in my favor or her but hopefully I dont get screwed and she ends up moving to canada with the child. Before going to see the judge we had to go to family relations and while there she was saying whatever negative came out of her mouth about me, that i was abusive, i was physically doing this doing that, i am harassing her, i am stalking her and list goes on. I am not sure what is going to happen wit this GAL person that will get involved...Should I be worried?? we have been divorced for 4 years now and she was bringing up false nonsense accusations from 6-7 years ago!!!

I love my wife. Let me say that first, she and I have been married for a year and a half. So we live in Provo Utah but I have been dealing with some stuff and so I took up very heavy drinking. When I was drinking I would pass out drunk and wake up hung over the next day, shower brush my teeth use mouth wash and go to classes/work. One night when drinking I fell and hit my head and broke both my legs, I fell down the stairs. Anyway I was given some pain medicine and started taking it with alcohol and was rushed to the ER. I guess the final straw was when my wife tried to take my vodka away and I pushed her....I hate to admit that that happened. I do not like to think about what that does to her. I am experiencing night terrors from being abused as a child, was homeless for four years until a family from my church took me in. I am a damaged man wanting to get help but I don't want to deal with these feelings alone how do I get her back? I need her to be there with me when I go to counseling and I need her to be there when I get back. As you can tell from the question my wife left me and went to stay with her sister at her place. She said I need to think about us. How do I apologize and show I want to get better.

I just found out that I'm pregnant and it wasn't planned. I had this work conference for a few days and a crazy schedule a few days before and after. I hardly had time to eat, sleep, shower and I forgot to take my birth control for a few days but I didn't have sex at that time either. Once I realized I missed a few pills, we used condoms till the end of the month. I called my obgyn and she said it's still possible to get pregnant if I had sex around the same time as missing my pill. My husband has never been mad at me like this before. When I told him, he was like, "This is all your fault for not taking your f******* pill. How could you be so stupid?" And just more swearing. He punched a hole in the wall. I told him to calm down and then he told me to leave him alone and not to talk to him. I gave him some space for a few hours but I wanted to talk to him and I was really upset because he said he didn't want it. I said I can't get rid of this baby no matter how he feels. And he said he wouldn't want me to do that but he's still pissed. I had a high risk pregnancy last time and our daughter was born premature. She is 9mos and healthy now but I had to stay in the hospital for two weeks, my daughter stayed a month, I had to take a lot of time off work. We have $10k in debt because of it. And then he said, "And you know there's a high chance because these pregnancies are so close together that our 2nd baby will be a preemie too and it will be the same thing all over again." It's been 2 days and he's still ignoring almost everything I say and we haven't discussed it again. I don't know what to do because I feel really alone right now and scared too. I understand the situation and I feel bad to have put us in this position. It wasn't at all my intention but now it's something I can't undo. I know myself, my husband, and our families and we'd never actually abort this baby but still. I don't know when he'll come to terms with this and I need his support.

My ex husband will call multiple times to speak to his kids. If they don't pick up the first time that means they are not interested in talking to him which is understandable since he's been an inconsistant father and comes in and out of their lives as he pleases. I've always encouraged the kids to talk to their dad and encouraged their relationship despite this but even then sometimes they just don't feel like talking to him. Why does he keep calling over and over again when no one picks up instead of just once ?

My girlfriend was recently hired on to a really good job making an awesome salary (so proud of her) But now her ex-husband is coming in to try to say he should no longer have to pay spousal support because she makes significantly more money than him now. Short version of the story-my ex husband has custody of our two boys. I have had multiple lawyers tell me in the last year that I have an air tight case to regain custody but he keeps moving. How do I take him to court if I can t find him?

I have 2 kids (13 and 9 yr old) and my husband does too (13 and 12 yr old). We've been married 2 years. I'm very thrifty and he's not. I cook at home, rarely shop, etc so as to save money for things I need for the kids, especially having been a single mom. He doesn't read prices when he shops and he eats out 2 meals daily and generally spends a lot. We are both professionals. We keep our bills money together and pay bills together. But we also keep our own spending money in our personal account. I save a lot of money every year. Before I married him, I took my kids on vacation every year. I haven't been able to take them since I married him because he says it's either I take all 6 of us or we don't go. He doesn't have money saved up to take us. I can't afford to take all 6 of us. I'm in desperate need of a vacation! My kids don't complain but I would love to take them on vacation. I should add that his kids are with us every other weekend and then 2 months in the summer. He also takes them to his home town for 2 weeks in the summer without us, and this is something they look forward to every summer. I feel like I've given up what I looked forward to in the summers. Any suggestions? How do other blended families do it?

I observed my wife making up stories about me that weren't true for the first time ever today. She knew I was mad at her, but rather than ask questions to find out why, she rationalized why I could be made by piecing together a string of events that she believes lead up to it, which she then believed had nothing to do with her. This was not true. I was indeed mad at her for something that just happened. The thing is, she would normally repeat herself over and over again telling me this "rational story" of what I'm really mad about and manipulate me into no longer being mad at her and mad at myself for these events. At the end of last year i notice her obssesion to k-dramas, she watch them all day every day, she started downloading all there soundtrack, then she move to change her hair style,buying korean food,going to koreans restaurants, go and watch korean films on theather,doing groceries on a korean store, started learning korean,started written in korean,started calling me with korean words , she wanted to travel to korea, she sign k-pop songs in the shower,buying korean products,make up,furniture, tampoons,calendar,clocks clothes,and the list just keep going. My husband filed for divorce over a year and a half ago. Out of the blue. We had $500,000 in equity in our properties and no debt. After he filed, he bought a new truck , took vacations ect.. He keeps pushing out the divorce, one time not even showing up for court. He tried to take out a loan on our property supposedly to pay his attorney fees, but that was stopped.
