If I draw something, she draws the same thing to. I cut my hair and she did too. You get the point, whatever I do, she does something similar. Anyways, she s one of my best friends but I see that she keeps on copying me, which irritates me af. She used to dislike me back then because she thought her friends were replacing her with me because I was the new girl . But now we re good friends. We look alike but we re not related. People mistaken us as twins/sisters because she copies me. ugh. Help? I might sound mean but I m just frustrated. Sorry. |

She was a freshman like me, came from mn too, and was the same race, HOW AMAZING IS THAT?!? We were eachothers first friends in this new school, and i thought she was just like me. Im pretty out going, but as I got to know her I realized she wasnt. That didnt rly bother me cause i was once shy myself. But I also got to know that she is a bit "childish". I cant talk about boys in front of her, about friend problems, about bad grades, cause she will judge me. One time we argued over something and SHE TOLD HER MOM TO YELL AT ME. Her mom isnt very nice, so she called my mom and told her to yell at me, my mom didnt cause she understands what little a fight that is.Over the school year, i made some really good friends who understand me, and im moving into a new neighborhood, and they all live there.but now she is moving in the same neighborhood. My Aunt uses Republican politics and uses different kind of posts to show when angry, my Dad with show power by making friends in what ever thing you involved in. I used my own photos for little bit. I got sucked into it. its like those rat packs you get sucked into going driving fast. I got started on it, and my sister tried to throw a winger, using a like showing her in the army show a **** Obama emblem, and my Dad caught it on my feed. So he made frends with people. I have had very few classes this year I found myself interested in, but all of this kept me occupied. I am a Sophomore in high school right now. I always get really bored and lonely in the summer. I only enjoy break for about 3 days since I can sleep and catch up on chores. After that, I become quite bored. I don't have any close friends at school. Whenever I try to text my friends, they never reply or the conversation goes dead within 2 texts. Even if I were closer to these people, seeing them would be tough since I am about 5 miles away from most of them. My mom works until 11pm each day, so I am home alone all day. I am also not really close with any of my family members and they as well live really far away (9-30 miles). I live a town over from my school district, so I have tried to meet kids in this town by walking the neighborhoods for years now, but that has failed. I have also tried looking for work, but all the places near me reject me due to my age (16). I cannot drive. I do not watch TV (I find it mind numbing) and I am also not into reading books. I'm not a video game person either. So all I have to do is my summer homework and my virtual classes I opted to take. I get extremely bored and lonely just staring at 4 walls everyday with no one to associate with. Does anyone have any advice for me? Summer camp is out of the question since my mom refuses to pay for it. The nearest "activity" is about 5 miles away and that is a wavepool. :( I am not walking 10 miles. The mall is about 15 miles away. I don't live in an area with a boat load of things in walking distance (suburbs). |

We've known each other for 3 years and at first she was really fun to be around, however after a while I noticed how much she annoyed me. It's not that she's a bad person it's just her personality in general doesn't match with mine all that much and alot of her actions are my pet peeves. My other friends don't really enjoy her company either and have tried giving me advice on how to deal with her. I read about it and figure out that in the beginning of the treatment is comum the pacient present behavior changes like thoughts suicides, sadness and increased symptoms of depression or anxiety. Even if the improvement of the symptoms start (at all) twenty or thitty days later I realize that she's a little weird. She is not tooking like before... she's more quiet than normal. In fact, we usually be very close but something is wrong. I realise too that if someone say something positive to her, she accepts it more easily than if I were talking about the same thing. I really hope that everything is happening is effect of the antidepressant. I don't have a high self-esteem, then I let my lack of self-love make me believe that she wants to get away from me. Even if you judge me or her, please try help me understand what is possible happening. I don't know... maybe I'm wrong, and I hope it... Thank you very much... =( |

Posted: 14 Jun 2016 12:58 PM PDT i tried smoking pot with some of my friends a couple of days ago. they said it was "strong" stuff. but anyways when I tried it I felt really really sad. I couldnt stop laughing but yet I was really sad. I started crying for every little reason. I thought my friend was going to break my neck so I started crying "dont break my neck", then I started crying cuz I thought my friends didnt care about me. So i asked my friends if they cared about me and they said "yes", then I started crying because they did care about me...then I got a text saying whats up home dog lol...and I started crying becuz he was calling me a dog. O.o I know this sounds crazy but... Is this normal? Did anyone else experience something like or close to this? I also thought that my friends sidekick was alive, and I sprayed perfume in my mouth for some reason... Oh and one more thing my friend got really horny and wanted to do it with Edward Cullen which made me think Im a vampire and I bit my friends leg really hard. |

His dad was a doctor, so he was a rich kid, and he always bullied me. In 8th grade, he became unpopular because his dad lost his job and he started getting acne. Last summer, before high school started, I went to summer camp and became friends with the most popular guy at my school, Will. He liked me, so he got my dad a job in his dad's company, and I started hanging out with him. It gave me instant status, and I liked that. My dads job went great, an he invested in a good stock too, si we a got a good chunk of money. I bought new shoes and clothes, and confidence. So, at school, when I tried to hang out with my old friends, they called me a sellout and embarrassed me. So, I startrd hanging out with Will, and I startrd embarrassing those shits for embarrassing them by spreading rumors about them. Si, this summer, we are going to the same camp, and I are Cal, the boy who bullied me, there. I started making fun of him, because our positions have changed. His dad is unemployed, mine is not. Ha! The way I see it, I'm paying back in kind, and I dont mind going to his level to do that. Others are starting to call me a jerk. Am I being a jerk? In my eyes, I'm not. Cal made every day from the beginning of 3d grade to the end of 7th. He had no problem kicking me while I was down, so why shouldn't I do the same? |

Maybe I'm wrong but it is weird to me that, knowing I just moved to this area and don't know anyone, being my first friend in the area she would invite me to literally anything so I can meet other people. She doesn't invite me to anything, the only time we hang out is just when none of her other friends are available. She will go to the movies or out to the fair with friends but that is as far as I ever get. Yet when I have friends visit me from where I moved from I always try to invite her to meet them too. I was involved in everything. Before anything was done , my class would always say "Let's ask Adam!". Yep that's my name. But after awhile I started becoming silent in class. Didn't crack jokes . My friends would say "Why are you so silent". Day by day went and I became much more silent. And in the end no one cared about who I was anymore. My friends go on parties and day outs and no one even bothers to call me anymore. It's like I still have that old fun personality but no one really cares about it anymore. I have tried to become myself again but no one seems to care anymore Whenever I give an opinion , people seem to ignore what I say and it hurts so bad What do I do to become my true self again I see my friends going together without me... And I think to myself " I was once the alpha " Guys what do I do I really want to start all over again :( |

Posted: 14 Jun 2016 11:38 AM PDT Growing up I've always been the clingy friend so now I do this thing where if a friend and I are talking and I start to feel like I'm more invested in the friendship than they are I go a month without talking to them. No real explanation. Just so they won't back away from the friendship and to give people space. Then when a month comes I start talking to them as if it never happened. I've been doing this for as long as I can remember, since middle school. No ones really ever complained about it except for the common "I missed you!!" But that's it. Is this a selfish thing for me to do or rather a good thing to do? How would you feel if someone you knew did this?? |

This was back around February. One day I said a mean thing as joke and he became upset. In April, he had told me he wants nothing to do with me, but if that changes he'll let me know. I had been out of school for a couple moths after. I hadnt spoken to him or seen him. At the end of this quarter I messaged him in hopes that he has moved on and may not be friends with me again, but at least have things on a normal non awkward way. He told me no, and to never talk to him again. When someone has moved on, they may not like the other person, they they're indifferent towards them and is able to handle saying hi to them maybe, and just do there own thing as normal. He has clearly not moved on as one, if he can't handle talking or having anything to do with me, that shows he bitter about stuff that happened months ago which I tried to apologize for, and two I went to school for a metting after my months out, and he saw me twice and both times he ran striaght away from me. He has definetly moved. I don't know could m moving on encourage him to do the same? |

She has a hard life (her parents divorced, her dad treats her very bad, she plays pc to escape from her life, she doesnt have alot of friends). That was all fine we even wanted to meet and stuff.... until her best friend had ditched her. After that (2 months ago) she totally walled herself in, what i mean is she doesnt want any feelings whatsoever towards other people as she could get hurt. She was looking at her life a little positive before that but when that happened she is just depressed all the time and she doesnt want to talk about it. Posted: 14 Jun 2016 09:01 AM PDT The first MOH which I'll call MOH1 was a friend that I lived next door to and felt were very close. MOH2 has been my friend my entire life and at the time I was engaged we were not talking due to an unrelated "fight". MOH1 was asked as a result because I didn't even think MOH2 would even come to my wedding. MOH1 ended up screwing around with my boss after I asked her not to and when I stressed about it she said that she would tell him I didn't like it and would stop talking to him. I begged her not to tell him it was because of me and I was worried it would have a negative backlash to me. Well she stopped talking to him but still told him I was the reason after I asked her not to which resulted in me losing my promotion and eventually my job. Naturally I was mad since I just bought a house and couldn't afford for that to happen. While all of that happened I did mend the friendship with MOH2. While I had the fallout with MOH1 (she said she would never speak to me again) I asked MOH2 to be my maid of honor which she happily accepted. Lately MOH1 has began talking to me again and it sounds like she is still expecting to be my MOH. Under normal situations I would stay with MOH1 because I did ask her first and it is only fair. But she made me lose my job and I still haven't quite forgiven her plus MOH2 I've known for over 20 years while MOH1 I've only known about 3 years. I have no problem with MOH1 being a bridesmaid so she still feels included but that's it. |
