She did a lot of things like guilt tripping me to spend more time with her, cutting me off from friends, saying I was doing enough for her, and criticized my personality constantly. However I felt presusred to stay because we had mutual friends in church. We were bf/gf for about 3 weeks but I called it off because this stuff escalated and demands became unrealistic. Final straw was she got sick when I went out of town with friends and she complained I texted her to see how she was doing rather than calling her and she told me another guy friend called her and showed more care about her than I did, but never set an expectation for me to call.. Fast forward 3 weeks later I told her in a message I was going to go to another church to get a fresh start she then texted something to the effect of, 'I don't understand why I would make you uncomfortable you should be going to church to worship God not me. If it helps you I'm seeing someone else now, so we need to talk in person to settle or differences'. Should I meet up with her again or just cut her off? I don't know how I should do with this moving forward? Thanks |

Year 1: She texts me every single day and acts extremely interested in talking to me Year 2: She acts pretty much the same way as year 1 Year 3. She probably talks to me about once a week Year 4: She talks to me about once a month Year 5: She talks to me about once every 3 months or less I removed her on a social media site a few weeks ago. She acted so upset. She started crying. I'm so confused. Why would she not talk to me, but yet want to remain close to me at the same time? Would you have any explanation? I don't understand. I asked her out on early August and said shes not sure because she just got out of relationship and i said thats understandable. She eventually said she will give it a shot after class starts which is in monday. Then the next Friday we hungout, we talked about the dating thing again and said she doesnt see us long term because of culture clash. Shes indian and im south east asian, her parents are strict so shes not sure if its gonna work. She also doesnt wanna be attached if we do get together because due to her past experience, it didnt end up well so she doesnt wanma go through that heart break during school. Shes attracted to me she said because of how i fit i am and she was surprised when i told her im attracted to her because she dont feel like i would be. She also told me shes a mess and i deserve way better than her. I made her elaborate on it and she got emotional explaining it. So she said she just wanna be friends due to those reasons. Then she hugged me like pretty tight after the talk. I became distant after this talk and she now initiates most of communication. Plan to study with me, workout and she even asked for my class schedule to see when I'm free. Recently its diff now, she starting to distant herself too. we don't text as much anymore nor she invites me to study or do other things. We have 2 classes together. Were still cool but def not same anymore |

We both work full time and are busy so we see each other roughly every 2 weeks. When I met him he talked about wanting me to move closer to him all the time, I really wanted a future with.. after awhile he went on to change his mind about it a few times, after sending me pics of apartments and stuff, before ultimately deciding he wasn't ready for me to live closer to him. I love him very much but I've realized I've been very depressed in this relationship. There's many times he's cancelled plans with me, certain days I feel like he uses his work as an excuse to not respond to me all day. His new thing has been to complain that it's my fault he has no money because of spending on dates. In the beginning things were so different, we'd have long exciting talks about our future together, now I feel like we talk about everyday stuff and it never gets any deeper than that. I feel like he has such a "whatever" attitude about us. Sometimes I wonder if I'd be happier breaking it off and finding someone who lives closer to me that I can actually spend more time with, but it would hurt too much. I just don't know what to do. |

He'll buy us food and we eat in, or we talk and chill. I'm not sure if he's ashamed to be seen with me (surely I'm not that ugly!), my race, or because we work together and he doesn't want anyone to think we're dating.
