I realize this culture is different than southern sorority culture hence why I added this bit of information. I'm a transfer this year from a large state college in Kentucky. I rushed last year, and ultimately didn't do horribly but I did end up getting destroyed. This is fine, as I knew I was transferring and just wanted to see what rush was like. I did have an unsettling skin ailment and was overweight. I'm much more attractive now. I pretty much went from a 3/10 to a 9. A lot of my friends have gone through rush, some got into houses, some didn't. But it's strange because of the ones that didn't, they were very pretty, fun, pleasant girls. I saw girls that I thought had the personalities and looks of stale crackers get into top houses. I've seen hideous girls get into top houses. At this state college, roughly 1/2 of girls rushing were cut. Greek life is important at my current college and I would like to be part of it. I am looking for genuine advice on what your house looks for. Adding what college you attend would be helpful to me as well as information about what NOT to do. |

Is this reaction odd? I know it is only 8 days but it just hit me for some reason. LOL feeling better. Ordered food and watching my girly shows that he doesn't like. Reflecting, I think I was sad because I found a condom in his bookbag.....I wanted to ask why he packed that. Then I decided to leave it and see if it is still there when he gets back. The 4 of them were grown with their own children when he started dating their mom. He does not have any children. Now that we are dating he gets upset when i am around anyone of the opposite sex yet he hangs out with ex gf/her family everyday. I try talking about it but he sees no faults or reasoning to stop. He says i must be jealous because i mention her daily. Since day 1 she/kids has been around, telling him lies about me that he believes all the time that's why her/their names come up. He gives them what they ask especially those girls who call him dad (and their moms other past/present bf's are called dad) for what they want. Even so, giving to them does not stop them from stealing from him everyday. He says nothing to them but complains to me about it. Because of this we have lots of financial losses that he blaims me for. No one gets anything from me w/o suitable payment or coladeral. Her/girls are known for having sex/dating same person. They have even done it to other family members as well. |

She reached out to me on Facebook about a month ago because I made a post saying I was getting rid of my social media. She messaged me saying that she's "here for me if I need her or if I just wanna talk/hang out". She also gave me her number and I didn't even ask. We're on holiday break and we've been texting a decent amount. She's said multiple times that she would like to hang out. However, after getting to know each other for a while she brought up the fact that she had wanted to be friends for a while and that's why she hit me up. I had to tell her that I had feelings for her and she told me that she's flattered but she is currently in a relationship, but she still wants to be friends because she still likes talking to me and getting to know me. MIND YOU THAT SHE NEVER EVEN HINTED THAT SHE HAD A BF BEFORE THIS smh. She usually responds very fast and when she doesn't, she gives me a valid excuse. I messaged her again two days later saying that I hope I didn't make her uncomfortable with what I said, but she said that she's flattered at the fact I think of her that way and she didn't feel uncomfortable at all. If I play my cards right, should I still have a chance? |
