Question: Do you think she misses my friendship???? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 05:46 PM PST Im a guy, and im good friends with this girl From work. We met last year and we get along great. She works as a secretary, and i have to deliver documents to her once in a while at her desk. We work on the same floor, and we always joke around. I make her smile and laugh all the time, all my friends like her because she has an amazing personality. But someone put a complaint to a supervisor saying that she spends her whole shift just talking to me and not doing her work. But she always does her her work, and i talk to her for maybe 15 minutes max. She was told my her supervisor that she is not allowed to talk to me anymore or else she could be fired. I have noticed that she always looks bored and sad just sitting at her desk. More than 2 weeks ago she deleted me from facebook, that way people think that me and her dont talk anymore. I have a friend who works near her, apperantly her personality has changed alot. She has become very quiet and she always looks upset. We used to be good friends but now we act like strangers. My friend adam told her that i miss talking to her and she said " i would love to talk to him, but my supervisors are keeping a close eye on me, so i want things to calm down before we talk." Does she miss having me around??????? Any advice????? |
Question: My best friends boyfriend has been accused of rape against my best friends other friend.? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 05:26 PM PST My best friend has had a difficult upbringing which has caused her to have a hard time trusting people. She thought she could trust her boyfriend but since the news came out she is having a difficult time with the fact that the one of the few people she trusted might have raped her other friend. What is the best way to support her and her other friend through all this? The police are investigating this to see if he did rape her. |
Question: My co-workers is bullying her? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 04:36 PM PST OK, So I work at a retail store. Me, my female co woker, (who is a Chinese female and my friend I talk to the most.) and the 2 bullies (who are the 2 mexican guys) I'm studying to become a preschool teacher. One day, The 2 male co workers were making fun of her race and teasing her like they think it's funny. She felt hurt and started crying. The worst one is Shut up you ******* ugly chinese looking girl! That's why you're wearing glasses because you have small eyes. So as a black men myself, I got mad because not only she is my friend, I find her to be really beautiful! So when I got up to them, I told them to leave her alone! No bullying allowed in the work place! "He said which ya going to do? Protect this little girl and fight me?" I'm like "Just please leave her alone! She didn't do anything? Why are you bullying her for no reason?!?. They didn't care and kept on making fun of her. What should I do? Should I defend her. Or tell my boss? I feel like they are going to hurt her feelingsI don't want this girl to get hurt. |
Question: Why would a narcissistic stop posting all of a sudden? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 04:34 PM PST A friend who is married with 2 kids. For 2 years she constantly posted on Instagram pics of her holidays, designer bags, LOTS of selfies and revealing outfits and just general bragging like pics of cars etc anyway all of a sudden she just stopped. Do you think she got sense? |
Question: How to not feel so sad when I’m not around my best friend? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 04:10 PM PST I am a freshman in college, currently nearing the end of winter break. During my first semester, I became best friends with a guy, and we spent at least 12 hours together a day. From studying and eating to exploring the cities to even sometimes falling asleep in the same bed after long nights of drinking, we spent most of our time together. Now, it is winter break and we've been apart for 3 weeks so far. Almost every night we facetime for hours, but I miss him so much. I can't focus on anything, and nothing seems interesting to me anymore. All I can think about is how much better and how much more fun I'd be having if he was here. I've considered the fact that there is a chance I may have feelings for him, but I'm currently seeing someone else so I kind of doubt it. How can I stop these obsessive thoughts and learn to live for a few weeks/months without seeing my best friend? |

Question: Why do I keep dreaming about my ex-best friend? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 03:13 PM PST We were close best friends in middle school and then we got in a fight and stopped talking at the end of 8th grade. She apologized to me during the summer and we became friends again. We slowly got closer like we used to be but we weren't best friends like we used to be. I went to a party with her on Halloween of freshman year and she tried to peer pressure me into doing things I wasn't comfortable with and I evaluated how immature and irresponsible she tended to act so I decided to distance myself from her. I didn't know how else to do this other than ignore her so she got really mad and told me to never talk to her again which I didn't have a problem with. This all happened sometime in November. When it first happened I think I dreamt about her a few times but I just figured it was from the stress. At first in the dreams I'd be with a mutual friend and she would talk to them in passing and I would just stand by. Now they've escalated into us talking and laughing when we're reunited by mutual friends. What does this all mean? |

Question: Why is she upset all the time???? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 02:05 PM PST My name is Wayne, i work in a hospital and for the past year ive known this girl Maria, me and Maria became really good friends. I would make her laugh and smile everytime i saw her. I would go to her desk and we would talk for maybe 10-15 mins. I have a small crush on her but i just wanna be her friend since she's married. But recently we were getting close and closer as friends. But soemone reported Maria to her manager, because she spends her whole shift talking to me ( when thats a lie) her managers told her she is not allowed to talk to me anymore or her job could be on the line. Question: We’re drifting apart she found the perfect new best friend? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 02:03 PM PST She's my best friend, but sometimes I feel like we're growing apart, and she is becoming less interested in our friendship, I don't blame her, I went trough a lot of **** as a kid and I push people away. But she ignores my messages, before any of you say that's nothing, she busy or her phone broke, no it's none of them. She's online, she's posting things on social media, and the last time I sent her a message was a week ago, and she saw it. She replied to some of the things I tagged her on instagram, and still picks to ignore my messages on instagram. Yesterday she posted on Snapchat about her new best friend, and she said she wouldn't change anything about their friendship for anything, do you know how that feels? To always come in second place with everyone in your life. In in top of that, in top of us being best friend since we were basically kids, she has never notice post me on her Snapchat, wishing me happy birthday, never. She just would message me wishing me happy birthday and that was about it. For my 19 birthday, she bought me a necklace that was £3, where I spent more than that. I was gonna spent around 30 to get her something meaningful. I do too much for everyone. I can't talk to her about anything, half of the time I stop my self from opening about things because I feel like she could care less. She's my best friend, she's a sweet person, I wouldn't change her, for nothing. |

Question: Should I be nice to her even if she’s a ***** and hates me, though she’s an adult? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 12:26 PM PST So my aunt has this best friend but she is the fakest person you can ever meet. She's so nice to you when she's talking to you but then behind your back she talks total crap about you. She's done it with my aunt even though their "besties" and she's talked bad about me so many times it's not even funny. At first I really liked her because I thought I can talk to her about anything and trusted her since I was having problems with my aunt, but later On i realied she was telling her about what I was saying and ooooh did that piss me off. I really did think she was SO sweet. NO ONE in our family likes her but she comes over frequently. I never go out of my way to talk to her and neither does she anymore because she knows I know who she truly is. But my aunt is kinda ehh with me because I'm not my usual nice person with her. Idk care tho but what should I do, she is an adult so I know I shouldn't be disrespectful but I really don't want to talk to her. Oh and she happens to be my coach tho everyone hates her their too. Pls give me advice to deal with her. It's like whenever my aunt hangs out with her my aunt always gets mad at me, probably because they were trash talking me, though I'm a really good kid. Okay I'm done know thx. The thing was she was barely her friend and was closer to me than to her, but then I proposed that she should help organize my aunt's house because she told me she was a professional organizer. I've known her since birth so I thought I could really trust her. She even sympathized with me and made me believe that she totally agreed with everything I told her. |

Question: Will someone steal my tickets? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 08:04 AM PST So I recently bought concert tickets and I was on a skype call with my friends and I screen recorded (screen shared) my tickets to them. After I showed them the tickets I quickly realized that that was a stupid idea because anyone could see it other than my friends. Question: What does it mean if a guy says you don't need birth control because he'll use a condom? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 07:39 AM PST I told this guy I needed to get on birth control before we have sex. And he said he would use a condom. And that I don't need birth control. I asked what if something happens he said condoms are strong and that condoms have never broke on him. |
Posted: 05 Jan 2019 07:39 AM PST people don't have to take anyone's advice at all but why do people make confident people feel wrong and then don't add their truth to back it up? like why say anything at all if you're just going to say "nope, that won't work for me" and then never try taking new approaches. It's like people like having emotional sympathy for their ongoing problems and complaints.... It's annoying to the rest of us. We don't care if you don't want to move forward so don't be bitter lol |
Question: Why won’t he stop texting me? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 07:17 AM PST He asked me on a date but I don't like him like that and I told him. Tbh I don't really like him as a person either, I don't want to be rude so I'm nice to him though. He texted me 7 times today asking me if I wanna go to the movies and stuff like that. Even if I don't reply he texts me nonstop and calls me I just really don't like it. I don't want to be rude but I sort of want nothing to do with him. What to do? |
Question: My siblings dont seem to care (we are all older)? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 06:07 AM PST Anyway, they grow up and go out and start their lives, but they dont try to stay in contact with me. They dont message me on holidays, they barely reply to my messages, i feel annoying whenever i try to talk to them. We are all in our 20's. This makes me feel bad, and they know this but still continue to not make time for me. What to do |
Question: Is it normal to feel uncomfortable about a stranger staying at our house? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 04:31 AM PST I m going to college right now and I m saving money by staying at my mom s place with my younger brother who is also in college. The only gripe I have with my brother is that he continues to bring his friends over to the house. Almost every weekend when his friend from out of town is off of work, the friend comes and lives at our house. He sits in our living room most of the time and watches the TV. I think that all of my brother s friends are good people, but I can t help but feel very uncomfortable with all these people coming over to our house. Is it normal to feel this way? If so, how do I get him to stop bringing all these people over? I ve tried talking to him but he just thinks I m paranoid. |
Question: Have you ever met someone who looks ALMOST exactly like you? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 03:49 AM PST A couple years ago, when I was 14, I saw a guy in McDonalds, he looked almost exactly like me... It was veryyy awkward. I think he noticed me too. I tried my best not to look at him, since my sister was there. She would start teasing me about it, since she's a *****. Funny thing is that he even had the same hoodie. He did look a little older than me tho, but he basically was a copy of me. btw I saw him in another city where I don't live. Like a million people live there. |
Question: How to be good at flaming/roasting? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 02:52 AM PST Please help I'm tired of these toxic people in fortnite. And they keep on talking ****. They keep talking about my voice and stuff. I want to flame them so hard that they just shut the **** up. |
Question: Why don’t I have any proper best friends? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 01:24 AM PST I do have childhood friends, and I love them, but I'm in college now, and I just don't really fit in with people here. They're so much richer than me (I hope I don't sound rude) and their values are just completely different. I got in on a scholarship. They ask me do hw help, and since I'm a bit of a tomboy, I've been asked to help my girlfriends in dating and all that, and we have fun. But at the end of the day they ghost me, they don't hangout with me whenever just for fun. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with me. But all my friends say I'm so nice, I don't know what I'm doing wrong? |
Question: How to have a good time with some new work friends outside of work? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 10:19 PM PST I made some new friends from work and I invited them to come to an event at an outdoor bar. We are all a little bit reserved since we are new friends. Anyone have any tips to have fun? I just dont want to invite them to this and have it be boring. Should I bring a deck of cards or something? |
Question: My friends never invite me to things? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 09:19 PM PST I'm 14 and my highschool class only has 100 girls. I'm friends with about 15 of them but only really close with about 5. My 5 close friends rarely invite me to things meanwhile they hang with my other not as close friends. How can I get invited to things??? |
Question: How do I deal with backstabbing at work against me? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 09:03 PM PST I'm working a temporary assignment indefinitely. I recently started the assignment in a warehouse environment. Lately, there is one woman in particular who started turning everyone against me. The nicer I am to her and others, the uglier it gets. I dress nice for a warehouse because I came from an office environment. She is just ugly towards me. I'm kind to everyone and helpful. The others seem to be feeding into her. I'm coming up with she's in a protective mode because maybe she feels threatened. Any thoughts on her and how to deal with the toxic environment? |
Question: My best friend thought I liked her, how do i make things less awkward? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 08:56 PM PST aight okay so me and my friend were high and i guess i told her im not sure if im bi (i was curious for a while but i realized im straight, also ive never liked her or any other friends) and she thought i was getting closer to her and about to kissed her so she ghosted me to get her mind off it and didnt come to my house even though we had plans and it made me sad but i was like whatever i guess. anyway the next day i attempted to kill myself (that took a turn. i have depression, it was on my own accord) but luckily i facetimed my other best friend who was hanging out with her. i got mad at my original best friend who thought i liked her bc i thought she was ghosting me and i went off (i was drunk and on pills) after i get discharged from the hospital bc my other friend (not the one who thought i liked her) came to my house and forced my sister to check on me. im lucky to be alive, anyway once i got discharged i texted my best friend (the one that thought i liked her) and said "hey im sorry for anything i said when i was drunk" (i used my computer bc i already blocked her on everything and i didnt remember it or know how to unblcok ppl on a computer so i asked my OTHER friend to communicate w her for me) she thought i was avoiding her, was super rude about it and then i got mad. anyway fast forward she realized that i wasnt trying to avoid her. i took my phone and dmed her syaing we shouldnt be friends. then she got mad, i went off, blocked her. now we re friends again. |
Question: Would you get the same prom dress as someone else? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 08:20 PM PST So my friend got the same prom dress I was looking at. She bought the dress in white. I really wanted the royal blue version of the dress because it's the only dress I feel good in. I texted her a couple weeks ago asking if it was okay if I got the same dress as her and she said that if I love it, she wasn't stopping me. I just feel really awkward to post it online or show others/say I might get it and feel like she's just saying it's fine but it isn't. Her other friends are kind of mean and they might trash talk me for getting it (even though I don't see what the big deal is when it's in another color). Do I still get it or should I just settle for another dress to avoid the conflict? If I did get it it would have to be very soon because I'm sure other people from other schools will be buying it and it may be sold out in my size :/ The friend who has this dress also goes to the same school as me |
Question: Is it weird to like someone's pictures on Facebook? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 08:13 PM PST I've been talking to someone on Facebook. He's someone that I met where he works. We aren't Facebook friends but we talk on there via message. Would it be weird if I liked one of his pictures from a few years ago? |
Question: Is my friend mooching my weed or am I overreacting? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 07:38 PM PST Hey all! So a friend of mine and I like to smoke weed together, when we first met I smoked her out and she brought some alcohol and it was fun! But then I started realizing that I was always supplying the weed and she didn't always bring stuff to supply (I.e. food, cash etc.) she is kinda tight on cash and I'm in a good financial situation but she doesn't even seem to really try to make up for the weed she smokes... So for over a month or so we would hang out a few times a week and always smoke at least two or three bowls, and she never thought to try to pick up weed or anything. At this point I told her I couldn't afford to smoke her out all the time so I'd have to either start charging her or hook her up with her own stash. I did and she got some and we smoked and matched. But then she would forget her weed every other time we hung out... most recently I fronted her some money for an eighth (stupid I know) and I think she will repay me but I haven't gotten it back her. Anyway, am I overreacting? I feel like I shouldn't really have to ask for her to throw in if she wants to smoke... occasionally she would bring food but not always. And on top of that she doesn't have a car and I do so I would give her rides somewhat often. I just don't know if I'm overreacting or what. I'm frustrated and don't know how to handle this. Thoughts?? |
Question: He wants a relationship but I don't? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 07:24 PM PST I developed a crush on my friend's friend for a while now. Long story short, she planned to introduce us by inviting me when they were hanging out. We became very good friends instantly cuz we got along so well. I never wanted a relationship with him. It was one of those crush where I just wanted to get some and dip. 3 months of constant hanging out, he told me that he really likes me. We went on couple dates and last week slept together. I could tell he wants a relationship so I didn't contact him since and he texted me saying if he has done anything wrong and what is our status since I completely shut him out. What should I do in this situation? I am 23 and he is 22. |

Question: Third wheel in friendship? Posted: 04 Jan 2019 06:02 PM PST Got a few friends in university but one is leaving. The other two are really close and I feel like the third wheel. I'm a couple years younger. I always try and make conversation but it barely flows, I don't get proper answers and it's nothing like the friendships I've had before with my friends from home and school. I could talk to these guys for hours and have a laugh and talk about deep stuff. I don't even particularly like one of the two but it's just how I started university. Now when I go back I'm worried cause the guy I got along with the most has left. The dynamic will have changed and I'm worried cause if I branch out and try and meet new people I might lose the only people I hang around with. Advice? |
