When I brought up payment (before I had received the finished product) she said, "Whatever you think is fine". Now I am faced with paying for a poorly done job to a person I see on a regular basis. I was planning on paying $50-$100, I am just bummed to pay that much for such a poor job.

In India, it is very common for arranged marriages to occur. It s usually the parents deciding for who they want their daughter/son to marry. The parents usually get permission from their future in laws. But my queestion is, HOW do i convince the bride s parents for them to allow me to marry their faithful daughter WITHOUT my parents consent??? I m coming from the USA trying to visit them. I don t want them to ask my parents approval for marriage.

My boyfriend got my ring from Wal-Mart since he's kind of struggling with cash at the moment. He didn't have much saved up to get me something expensive. At first he was hesitant to show me the ring because he felt that it wasn't good enough but I personally think it's special that he saved up and picked one out just for me. Since i've showed my ring off to family and friends they were saying that he's cheap and that "he could have done better". It makes me feel bad. There are 4 ushers. Say a group of 4 people show up, so the first usher ushers them to their seats. What if another group of people show up before the usher gets done ushering? What I'm asking is do ushers all typically usher people at the same time down the isle (immediately after they arrive) or do ushers wait to usher one group at a time down the isle until then next usher gets back?
