Question: By my husband s standards, I can do nothing right? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 09:34 PM PDT Been married for 4 years, 2 small girls. My husband is constantly nagging me-the house isn t clean, or the dishes aren t done, the kitchen is untidy, and the thing is-I clean everyday. But I work from home, the girls sometimes stay home from daycare. He is not pleased with having to drive the baby to daycare, thinks I should do it. And when he does take the baby to daycare, I should be the one that gets the baby ready. I do the diapers, make sure all the meals are cooked, all the night time baths and showers are done, teeth brushed, clothes clean, grass watered, dog fed. It s once a week that he helps put with just one of these chores. And he still complains or finds something wrong with something. Meanwhile, I get zero hugs or any affection other than when he wants sex. I am thinking of asking him to sell the house and we can get our own places and the kids go back and forth. I just can t live like this anymore. I cry just about everyday. I don t want a divorce, I just don t want to live with him. Any advice? |
Posted: 17 Jul 2016 09:29 PM PDT I am thinking about moving to a different state to finish up my last year of school. I am a little nervous because I would be moving 15 hours with my 10year old son. It will only be for a year, and Oh I will not know anyone in the state except for teachers, and some classmates. How did you guys do it? was it a difficult move? and how did you make your children feel at home? was it scary for you? |
Question: My Wife cheated on me and my Son isn't mine? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 09:27 PM PDT I dont really know where to begin but here i go i have been married for the past 26 years to my wife im currently 48 and shes 46 we have 6 children together 4 Sons and 2 daughters i recently discoverd my Third eldest Son isn't mine where i found out is pretty irrelevant and i rather not talk about it, i was baffled by this and heartbroken my wife had cheated on me years ago and resulted in the birth of a child i felt betrayed by her. A month later i confronted my wife about this and she broke down in tears confessing the truth she told me she had an affair years ago and didn't know whether this child was mine or the other mans she told me it was a mistake and begged for my forgiveness, my children are all pretty much in adulthood now and are living good lives i forgave her it was a very long time ago but my major concern is my son what do i tell him? Should i tell him? He has a right to know he'll be as heartbroken as i was and devestated as far as im concerned He is my son i was the one who raised him i Haven't told anyone about this not even his siblings, i would really appreciate some advice on this situation, Thanks alot. |

Question: Is it my fault I got an abortion or was it my boyfriends fault that talked me into it? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 08:39 PM PDT My boyfriend didn't want to keep it but I did but he ended up convincing me to abort over financial issues and first school and getting fit. Anyways I'm mad at myself for not being stronger than what I know but now his mom is blaming me and so are my friends saying it's more my fault than his because at the end of the day I was the one who went and got it done. But didn't he convinced me to ? I mean I was more than him to willing to keep it . I tried to convince him also and he said no. I didn't have the resources alone so I figured if I don't have the baby dad's support than so be it. How do I get over this and why are my friends blaming me more so than him . |

Question: If you found out your husband cheated early on in the relationship..? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 07:44 PM PDT Would you be angry? I've been with my husband for 6 years, and he told me that about 6 months into the relationship, he did cheat because he wasn't sure this was going to last, and he was "young and dumb" then. I am so upset and hurt.. It was a long time ago, and it's not like we were in love at the time, but still.. Would you be angry? |
Question: Was he flirting or just being friendly? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 07:42 PM PDT I msgd him a question. His reply was, "Uh oh it's 6pm. Sure I'll have a drink with you." I thought he was being saracastic so I just replied with LOL and continued with my actual work question. His female friend/our other coworker said he likes me. But I wasn't sure what she meant. So I laughed it off too. *He's my coworker and when I message him he sometimes gets into long conversations like he doesn't want to stop talking, or he'll tell me 'adios Chica Bonita' before he leaves. I noticed he checked out my LinkedIn too. But other times he ignores me. *He recently volunteered to carry some boxes for me and he's started dressing up more at work. *I was leaving my job soon. A coworker said to me "Did you tell Bill? He will be sad to see you go. He likes you. If you hear him whimpering at his desk, you'll know why." *He gets all embarrassed when I bring up sex, even in general terms re: news stories, etc. But he's made a couple sexual innuendos with me. *He likes or responds to my social media posts pretty often *We've worked together for a while but he just recently started talking to me more and doing stuff like the above. |
Question: Sex in sisters house rude....? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 07:04 PM PDT My youngest sister just moved into her first apartment. She ordered all brand new furniture and my husband and I helped her unpack and set everything up. She's been kind enough to let us have her bedroom while she sleeps on the couch for the week. Would it be rude of my husband and I to have sex in her bed? I feel kind of bad as its all brand new sheets, mattress, etc. would this be rude? Or do you think this is ok? |
Posted: 17 Jul 2016 05:54 PM PDT Ok so my fiance is 18 and he is in the army. I'm 15 turning 16 and my parents gave me permission to marry him at 16. If I go and get a marriage licence in WV at 16 (with my parents) can I fly to GA without them and get married with the licence? |
Posted: 17 Jul 2016 05:32 PM PDT In the state of MA if the Payior has to pay child care for another dependent child can that be deducted from the order of another? The worksheet says minus child care costs.... Does it mean any and all costs? Also if the wife pays for family health care that includes the step child, can that be deducted? Is there any help for a father who pays support each week, takes his child whenever he is given the opportunity to and sends back school supplies, school clothes... Jackets and lots of "extras"? |

Posted: 17 Jul 2016 04:44 PM PDT I've been married to my wife for a little over 5 years. The thing is, she had two children prior to us getting married(this is both of our 1st time being married) with a guy that is no longer living, and we have two of our own for a total of four children. The thing is...my wife is really close to her baby daddy's mother. Like, she'll go to her house and spend time with her, eat drink and all. Now, am I wrong not feeling comfortable in her ex's mother home? I know we're married, he's passed away, the kids are little( 9 and 13). Maybe I'm being a little hard ***, and yes I've talked to my wife about this, and his mother accepts me like I was her own. Feeling confused. |
Question: Views on being a housewife? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 04:36 PM PDT I feel like everyone I know wants a career, but for me I just want to go to a cheap college in NYC and then maybe move to Tennessee when I am ready to get married, then get married and flip homes for a bit to make extra money to pay off the house we would buy, and then I would be a stay at home mom/housewife to 4-6 kids... Is this a realistic situation, considering we will not be in any type of debt? thanks |
Question: My husband is controlling? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 04:11 PM PDT My husband and I have been married for 16 months. I'm 22 and he's 28. I work 40 hours a week and I still cook and clean our house. Every saturday my girls and I go to the bar and get dressed up and just have girl time. I know my husband doesn't really like me going but I go anyway. We got into an arguement about it and he said that I'm nothing but a whore who does the same thing every weekend and he told me to get a life. I'm so hurt, why woulf he say that? Is he becoming controlling? |
Posted: 17 Jul 2016 03:36 PM PDT At times I've heard stories about these's married women who left their husbands for their boyfriends just because she didn't love him anymore, but i know there's more different types of reasons why some marriages end up not working out. But when it comes to a married man having his fling affair with another women , he wouldn't leave his wife for her Just like that movie call Fatal Attraction which it's a perfect example that the husband had an affair with another woman and he didn't end up leaving his wife for her. But married women are willing to leave their husbands for another man why?? |
Question: How much sex is too much? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 03:19 PM PDT My husband and I love and respect each other in all ways possible including sex since I know he enjoys it much I try to meet his needs and I am not pressured. We have sex 3-5 times a week, is that too much? |

Question: My ex husband doesn't come see our kids? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 01:15 PM PDT We recently got divorced because he cheated on me and got the woman pregnant. We have a 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. He has to pay 700$ a month in child support and he does pay but he never comes to see the kids. He doesn't call and he acts like he doesn't care at all. I have two jobs making minimum wage and I'm going back to school to finish my degree. I am 26 years old and I feel so lost and confused. Question: I think my husband has been pimping me out? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 12:51 PM PDT Well I've been married for 9 years to my husband. After just over 2 years of marriage he told me he wanted me to sleep with other guys since it was like a fantasy of his. It's not my favorite and I kinda don't like it but I makes my husband happy so i don't have a problem doing it. Lately it's been kinda extreme like I would wake up to random guys having sex with me just to find out that he arranged it(I'm kinda rambling). Yesterday I found out that some of these guys ( if not all) have been paying him to have sex with me. I'm lost I don't know what to do,say, or even how to feel. I'm just hurt that he's been lying to me and making money off of me like that. I know that I consented to doing this but I don't know what to do. I can't even figure out why since I'm his wife and it's not like we need the money. I just need advice. I know I should leave him but really want my marriage to work. I just want divorce to be my last resort. |
Question: How will a wife interpret spleeping in separate beds? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 12:07 PM PDT Im used to either sleeping alone and im not so young anymore etc. I dont feel comfortable sharing a bed and it grosses me out to sleep with someone on their period. Will a wife respect that decision ? Should i propose this kinda of arrangement for comforts sake ? Or will i just hurt her feelings ? At Ya Man:...yes im well off..but it came at cost; i had no time for relationships and dating etc. So at this age i dont feel comfortable sharing beds even if its my future wife. At Anon: FYI i do have several candidates for marriage from our church community - never married and not into dating ladies aged between 28 to 35. |
Question: Marriage Application? Do I need to put my parents address? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 11:56 AM PDT Me and my boyfriend are getting marriage but his parents won't know until after he comes back from deployment, on the application is says to put an address for his parents? Is it possible to just put his or my address for that? Or do we need to put theirs? Thanks for your answers! |

Question: Guys would this make you uncomfortable? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 11:32 AM PDT Guys say you are dating a woman who has children with her ex husband. Would it make you uncomfortable if her ex husband was hanging out at her place when you were not there in order to see the kids instead of picking them up and taking them. What if he called her and asked her what she was up to instead of calling and asking about the kids. What if he had pending legal issues and despite of all of the evidence she defended him and says anyone who thinks he is guilty is judgmental? What if for the fourth of July he watched fireworks with her for the sake of the kids without you being there? Would this make you uncomfortable? |
Question: Do you guys think if I am Friends (ONLY FRIENDS) with a Married man? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 10:41 AM PDT Do you guys think if I am Friends (ONLY FRIENDS) with a man that's married and about to get a Divorce.should I? Question: Is it bad that my boyfriend doesn't want to meet or be around my ex husband? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 09:56 AM PDT My ex husband and I share children. He has some legal issues pending and hasn't been the best partner/father to me and at one point was even sending me inappropriate texts. Im having a party for my daughter and I would like my boyfriend to be there as he has been active in my kids lives and we have been together for nearly two years and he's a great guy and father figure. However he does not want to go because my ex husband will be there and he's backed away form meeting my ex husband as well because my boyfriend says he doesnt want drama. He didnt make a big deal and was fine with not going but is it bad that he won't meet and be around my ex? I was hoping they would all get along because of the kids. |

Question: I can't have sex until i get married ..? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 08:38 AM PDT |
Posted: 17 Jul 2016 08:18 AM PDT I broke off my engagement a year ago after learning my ex had set me up and was only looking to marry in order to divorce. For less than one year we were living in her condo while I'd sometimes willingly pay $1,000 to contribute for the home expenses. In that time, I had bought a new oven for the home, a fridge, a $1,500 car repair, a designer handbag and my own laptop, iPad, etc. all of which came to about $6,000. I was fortunate enough to retrieve the ring from her but being that I purchased all those other items and have proof of payment, is there any recourse for being compensated? I also had all my clothes there which she claimed was donated. Thank you |

Question: Would you leave your marriage if there was a decade of no sex? Posted: 17 Jul 2016 12:49 AM PDT 10 years ago she was in a bad car accident. She suffered a spinal cord injury(chest down paralyzation). Full time chair, huge weight gain, she can not tolerate any intimate contact due to autonomic dysreflexia. We have not been intimate since the accident. Oh we were 38/40 then... I stayed, I guess, because I'm a loyal person and felt it's what should be done, especially since the kids were little. I'm full time work/commute and the evening/weekend caretaker for her. She is super independent and works 4 days a week...drives too. An amazing person, really. We are a great team and have stayed solvent this whole time(barely), but now that the kids are almost out I'm not so sure I can keep going. I don't admit it to anyone, except now you internet strangers, I'm lonely. I long to just hold someone standing up...laying down wouldn't be bad either ;-). Sadly, I don't find her the least bit attractive(weight gain mostly) I still love her. We fight, usually when we're tired. I'm tired a lot...she is too. We go to counseling, but we never bring up sex because we both know there is no answer, and I know she feels guilty about it(the no sex). Denial is strong with both of us, I guess it's how I've made it 10 years...that and free net porn ;-). I worry about her and the kids and about how it looks abandoning a person who can't walk or even sit up in bed by herself. Selfish I guess. 50...now what? Hey, this is much cheaper than counseling...maybe it will be better? |
Posted: 16 Jul 2016 11:33 PM PDT how can I get him to understand his own faults and begin to work on our problems |
Posted: 16 Jul 2016 11:24 PM PDT I have tried everything possible to get him to remember what I like. With sex and foreplay. I have literally showed him what to do, when to do it, and where to do it.. several times! I have sent him videos, read and showed him articles. I try to be very open to communication at all times. We have been married for 10 years. So I have been trying to get him to get it right for a while. I am getting so tired of satisfying him 2-4 times and him not remembering what to do to get me off. I don't know what to do. Because he seems to get angry when I'm blunt about it. Should I try talking to him again? I feel like I'm talking to myself now. I just don't get how he doesn't get it. He doesn't get my body language either. I don't know what to do. He does OK when I give him a constant play by play but I don't think I should have to do that every single time. Should I? Because that totally kills the mood. I really just get upset and mad at him now. Because I have tried so hard to show him exactly how to satisfy me. If I tell him (ex: put this finger there and do this with your tounge, play with my clit like this if you are ******* me from behind, Clit and g spot, Clit and gspot, Clit and ******* gspot!!!) I think I've given him exact directions for every position and every area of foreplay. Several times. But he doesn't remember. Or maybe doesn't care? Lost on what to do next. So tired of having to couch him every time when I have told and showed him how to get me off. Several times. |
Question: My husband has retired and is falling apart. What do I do? Posted: 16 Jul 2016 11:08 PM PDT I work full time, but I had to have surgery, so I was home more than usual, and I noticed he sleeps about 12hrs overnight and takes a 2-3hr nap every day. He walks about 3 mi to get exercise every day, but when he comes home, he is drenched in sweat, but doesn't shower, and goes to bed. He walked by me the other day and had a streak of poop up the back of his underwear. I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I am over all this. He makes our bedroom smell nasty, and doesn't seem to notice. What would you do? |

Question: My husband and I have not lived together for 3 years, should I/how do I divorce? Posted: 16 Jul 2016 10:14 PM PDT My husband and I have not lived together for 3 years, less a 6 month period between his jobs. First he moved to Afghanistan for a year (by choice, not a ssoldier. He returned for 6 months and took a 4 year contract in Arizona. Our home is in Northeast Pennsylvania- bordering NJ and NY. He's been gone 2 years with only 2 week-long visits. I am completely alone I've been faithful. And I've become extremely depressed. I love our home so much but I will lose it if we divorce. He loves AZ and is not coming back. I cannot start over in a region I hate. I love our forests and mountains. Moving to AZ was never OUR plan. Pennsylvania was. Leaving was HIS choice. I don't feel I'm being selfish. What in the hell do I do? I'm falling apart. Thank you |
Question: Is it really that bad that my engagement ring cost $45? Posted: 16 Jul 2016 06:58 PM PDT My boyfriend got my ring from Wal-Mart since he's kind of struggling with cash at the moment. He didn't have much saved up to get me something expensive. At first he was hesitant to show me the ring because he felt that it wasn't good enough but I personally think it's special that he saved up and picked one out just for me. Since i've showed my ring off to family and friends they were saying that he's cheap and that "he could have done better". It makes me feel bad. Of course i haven't spoken to him about their comments. But is it okay that my ring cost so little? All of the answers are great so far and very much appreciated. I don't know who's thumbing everyone down but thanks for your input! Your answers really made me think... |
