Question: Why can't anyone seem to be able to answer my question again? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 05:47 PM PDT I asked another question that no one doesn't seem to have an answer to. I don't think it is a Dear Abby question myself so I thought I would get an answer pretty quickly. The question that has no answer is why was I more upset about the chance of losing an Xbox Live gamer friend than being bumped out of a young adult church group due to age. I almost lost the gamer friend due to some Xbox drama that was going on and I was upset about it. I have him as a friend since the Call of Duty World at War days. Now I did get bumped out of my young adult church group which I was in since 2013 and I wasn't as upset about it. Now why was I more upset about the Xbox Live gamer friend than the church group? Someone please answer. I don't think this is a Dear Abby question. |
Question: Is it possible for a bully to change their views? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 05:43 PM PDT In high school, there was a girl who used to make fun of my weight, calling me a "big, fat b*tch" and "fatty". Naturally, I wasn't friends with her. Today I just looked up her Facebook profile. On her main page, she posted a saying: "true beauty comes in all sizes". So I'm thinking - if she thought being fat was funny and something to make fun of, would she really later come out with a saying like that? She is basically contradicting herself. |

Question: Will God ever let her have kids? She is heartbroken about this? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 05:34 PM PDT Okay this is going to be LONG I have this friend named Jamie now before you judge we know she has problems.. When she was 13 years old she lied the first time about being pregnant and after that everything changed well she was doing good for about a year and she lied again but didn't tell everyone just told one guy and lied and said she lost it.. Well for 2 years she swore she'd never do it again and she was doing really good I was actually proud of her.. Then she met this boy she didn't want to sleep with him because she knew she would try to get pregnant DISCLAIMER (she has been trying to get pregnant since she was 13 but failed) but he told her at a very early stage of dating he wanted to try and have kids with her and well that made her heart jump anyway they tried for a month and she was late and she was very excited but it turns out she got the dates mixed up she didn't have the heart to tell him so she lied and for 6 months she kept it on finally she got caught well after a year she moved in with her dad.. She had sex again and she was gaining weight she did not think she was pregnant she actually wasn't even trying for a kid but she was gaining weight anyway someone asked if she was pregnant she just blurted out yes.. And eventually got caught.. But this is the first time I've truly seen her beg for help asking what's wrong with her why can't I stop? I told her when God feels like he truly believes you won't lie anymore he will let you have kids what do you think??? |
Question: Is it bad to have a muffin top? Ladies opinions only.? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 05:13 PM PDT Okay I'm a guy and I have a muffin top. It's not like really noticeable but when I sit or bend you can definitely tell it's there. And with some shirts I wear that are kinda skin tight it's really noticeable and you can kinda see it jiggle, and tbh I feel kinda bad. So is it bad to have a muffin top? |
Question: Im 16 and have overprotective parents?!? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 05:13 PM PDT Im 16, I trust myself, I hang around with great friends who are not a bad influence. It s to the point where I m scared to even ask my parents esp. mom to go out even to the nearest store or park with my friends, i even sometimes avoid asking my mom and straight tell my friends "no i cant come" because i already know the outcome. when i was 15 was the first time I was allowed to go shopping by myself and I felt uncomfortable and weird i think that shows that I should ve adapted to this long time ago. My mom always says that I shouldn t even have friends, I dont understand what she means she wants me to have no friends and have no social life basically when im already struggling. She doesn t like any of my friends unless if they are from the same race as me which is *ucked up and i never talk back to her because then she ll think im a bad daughter and lecture me about respecting your mom. I once lied and went somewhere without her permission and she found out I shouldn t have done that because now its worse and her trust with me is 0 and never lets me go out anywhere now but what i think is more sad is that my brother is allowed to go anywhere he wants he s 18 but its not about the age because my 2 sisters is having the same problem and they re 22. How do I make my mom trust me and let me go out with my good friends because im always the one left out with my friends to the point they dont even ask me to go out anymore pls help. |

Question: Should my Friend be in jail? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 04:55 PM PDT Okay this may sound stupid, but she went to the movie theater and used the same cup from the night before doubled movie she paid for that cup, but this round she snuck the cup in her son's diaper bag went in bathroom and took it out then filled it up 2 times she told me this should she pay fines or something |

Question: Why are some people so likable? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 04:39 PM PDT I have this friend, and literally EVERYBODY loves her. I don't understand why. She's not the nicest person. She's actually kind of arrogant and ignorant. But EVERYONE (including me) loves her. I don't understand why? |
Question: I feel like my long time friend is embarrassed of me? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 04:35 PM PDT We've had a long history because we've known each other since we were very young. I feel like whenever we hang out and I try to take a picture with her to make memories last, it's one sided. And I know you probably think this is stupid because I'm referring to Instagram and Snapchat, but her lack of putting me on her social media has led me to believe that she's ashamed of me. When I scroll through her Instagram account, it's pictures of everybody else. You'd think that'd I be on there at least once because of how long we've known each other but I guess not. Even on her snapchat whenever we hang out she just takes a picture of wherever we are instead of me. Not once has she done it. But whenever I check her story it's literally a picture of everybody's face but me. I really don't mean for this to sound so stupid and make this a new generation social media type thing, but it's really made me upset for a long time. Recently I confronted her about it and she made it sound like it had to do with a bunch of guys added on her snapchat? It confused me but I went along with it. We also hung out recently and she took a picture of me for the first time, but later deleted it. I don't know if she thought she was sly but I'm extremely torn. Also a side note, we're both Indian and each one of her friends are white. |
Posted: 19 Jul 2016 04:06 PM PDT So I texted my "best friend" because we used to be so close and she doesn't answer my texts until hours later or even the next day. My other best friend and I never had a fight but she decided to hang out with the other best friend because she drinks and smokes and hangs out with a lot of boys and does things with them. I don't do that, that's their life they can do whatever they want. So I was hurt I would text them and say "hey how you doing?" I would get "fine" I asked them about Hanging out" have to see what my schedules like" meanwhile they're both together almost everyday. I was hurt a lot. So just the other day my other best friend texted me I'm so sorry I've been such a shitty friend, you didn't do anything. But I texted the other one saying hey is everything ok? I noticed we haven't been talking like we used to always and we haven't hung out. She's like "things are just crazy" like um ok? How do I just move on? I've just been there for her through everything and she never once reciprocated. She said "I think we just grew apart" |
Question: Why would a guy treat his female friends this way? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 03:40 PM PDT Why would a 16 year old guy who used to be kind to everyone now care deeply about his guy friends but manipulate, mock, lie about, insult, and even ditch female friends and girls that flirt with him, saying "girls are confusing"? |
Question: Is she being a true fiend? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 03:38 PM PDT Apparently to my friend Sam I m her best friend , which in my view point I don t consider. I think of her as a good friend and that s it. Anyways, about 5 months ago I met my true best friend Molly. :) She s so nice and we have a lot in common. Molly will talk to Sam, but Molly really doesn t think thy have a lot in common (Sam has different likes from people that other would think is creepy), but regardless she ll still talk to her. Anyways, Molly and would always hangout and occasionally we d invite Sam, too. Which everyone got along. I talk to Sam the same way I ve always talked to her before Molly. Sam can be really sensitive, especially if I m not constantly taking to her. Anyways, unfortunately Molly had to move and I still keep in touch with her. But now that Molly is gone, Sam really hasn t talked to me unless I do...which is messed up. Her bday coming up and I m suppose to come over her house. Which she apparently keeps saying I m and one other girl are her only friends. If we re still cool, why hasn t she bothered to text me? Are we even friends? Don t say she s busy because she s not. Literally all she does is stay home. |
Posted: 19 Jul 2016 03:30 PM PDT hi, I am 15, a guy. whenever we go to Lake Tahoe, we always go to the Condo Complex my parents bought as the vacation house.(4 bedroom 3.5 bath). it is facing the beach and a outstanding view of the lake and the Fireworks on the Fourth. anyway, when we go there in the Summer, the neighbors next door stay at their place all summer long. the neighbors know about me (since my dad is friends with their parents). they have a 22yo old daughter who is really pretty. I looked up her name on Instagram and I found it. so I was like I'll send a follow request since we are technically neighbors. but I want to know if its weird since I found her Instagram. I see them every Summer and they hangout at our Condo as well (since they are connected to each other. I do talk to her sometimes but is it weird if I found her Instagram? I would've asked in person but I was too shy lol. |
Question: How do you make friends as an adult? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 03:07 PM PDT I'm long-term unemployed and lost contact with all my friends as a result, I've thus sunk into depression. As I don't work I can't make friends that way, and with little money for hobbies (I go to a gym but no friends made there) or social activities that makes it harder too - on top of that I'm Autistic, and I'm a woman who prefers male friends (tricky to make friends without people initially thinking you're trying to get a date). |
Question: How to cover the smell of weed off your clothes? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:47 PM PDT my best friend & i are smoking this week. my dad is gonna pick us up because we wanna stay at my house. how do i cover up the smell so when i get in the car, he doesn't smell anything? & how do i act normal? 😂 |
Question: Was I Sexually Assaulted By My Partner? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:37 PM PDT I am a ballet dancer from the UK and my partner I have been practising dancing for the upcoming show of Romeo and Juliet. We will both dance the leads. We have known each other for about 2 years and this is our first first time dancing together. We have both heard criticisms from our teacher that we are not projecting enough on stage chemistry so to try and fix that, last week I invited my partner to the studio so we can practise some of the scenes and the kiss. Everything was going well until he suggested we do the kiss one last time. This time he kissed me harder than before and he started kissing me on my neck and trying to touch me. I was crying and trying to push him off and he kept saying "You're my partner love and this is good for our chemistry". I finally was able to push him off and I ran to the locker room crying. I am feeling so many mixed emotions. I feel it was my fault because I am the one who invited him to practise the kiss and kept nagging him about how our chemistry needs to be better. I just feel so disgusting, and I want to tell someone but my partner is quite popualar throughout the academy and the other girls keep telling me how lucky I am to dance with him and how "hot and attractive" he is. Before we were partners, one of my friends was his partner for Swan Lake and she said they slept together and it helped their chemistry and on stage presence immensely. I want to tell someone, but I feel like everyone is going to tell me it's my fault. |
Question: Why do girls shake/wiggle their hips when they pull up their pants? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:37 PM PDT Whenever I see a girl/woman pull up their pants they always shake/wiggle their hips. Why do they do that? I'm a guy and whenever I pull my shorts up I just pull them up lol. Why the shaking and wiggling of the hips? Lol. |
Question: Friends are constantly trash talking.? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:12 PM PDT I need help! I am good friends with a couple girls in my school. They're great people, they listen, and are overall good friends. However, recently I had noticed that my friends trash talk a lot! It drives me insane! they point out the flaws in people, and although they may not tell the person, they will discuss it amongst themselves. I find this quality absolutely disgusting, as I believe that there is beauty from within. I've tried telling them multiple times to stop, but they won't listen. Everybody knows that these girls have that type of a quality, and because I hang out with them I have a bad reputation as well. I know I'm not that type of a person, but I don't know what to do. Should I leave them? Should I still talk to them? Please help! And sorry if this post is all over the place. |
Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:12 PM PDT I have a very good friend and from the first time we met, we just really clicked. We have never held anything back from each other and our bond seems to be very deep. We ve agreed that we are closer than best friends or sister and we know each other better than ourselves. I don t have a crush on her, but is there a word for this type of friendship besides best friends? |
Question: I am really scared and nervous about leaving to college. Tips? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:07 PM PDT Okay I am about to go to college. Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:06 PM PDT Just recently, my friend s mother dropped her 3DS, causing it to crack, and didn t even try to console her, yet alone apologize. This has gotten my friend to fall into a kind of depression, and I don t want her to feel that way. Help |
Posted: 19 Jul 2016 02:03 PM PDT my classmates used to make fun of me.....and there was always a complain statement on my diary that "she urinates in the class" I am 20 yrs old now but I still feel so embarrassed right now when I think over it again |
Question: Who should my best friend like more? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:38 PM PDT So my best friend likes this one guy like so much, but she has started to fall for another person. And now she wont stop talking about how she is going to choose between them. What advice should I give her? Or what can I tell her? |
Question: Why does my friend keep talking about my hair? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:30 PM PDT So I've noticed that almost every time I meet up with my friend she keeps making comments about my hair. Sometimes she says 'your hair is getting so long' and she will touch it Then other times she will say 'have you had a hair cut?' And when I say no there is an awkward silence and she will say 'it's getting long' and will roll her eyes Then sometiems when she comments on how my hair is growing I will say 'it's taking ages to grow' and then she says 'my hair grows really fast' and start flicking her hair Sometimes when she's sitting next to me she will up her hair in front of me and flick it near my face and keep playing with her hair Another time we were in our friendship group and she started touching my hair and said 'Alice's hair is long, but not as long as mine' whilst flicking my hair Why does she act like this? |

Question: How do I deal with a flaky friend? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:21 PM PDT I love my friends so much but it s so hard to make plans with them. I m usually the one to say hey we should go somewhere this weekend, to try and keep our friendship alive. Ever since we changed schools it has been this way. Everyone agrees to the plans, and bam, 30 minutes before we planned to meet up they say they can t make it for whatever reason. I really don t want to be pushy but I m getting so tired of it. I get you have a life and you have things to do. BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME WE AGREE TO MAKE PLANS SOMEONE HAS TO FLAKE. But when it comes to other friends, they are always there. They can come through with plans with other friends besides me. And it s hurts me because I feel like I m the lesser priority, like if I matter less than their other friends. I feel horrible saying this we ve been friends for a while ( 3 years) but idk what to feel now. Please help with advice on how to deal. Don t say to tell them how I feel or tostop being friends with them. i know it s not my fault they re like this and they just agree to plans when they can t actually fulfill them, but how do I convince myself that it isn t my fault/that I m not the reason they flake so much on me. Thanks |
Question: My parents are always trying to make me feel bad. How do I get them off my back? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:16 PM PDT I Do Not wish to shave, go out much, take pictures, buy new clothes, get a year book for school, perm/relax/straighten my hair, etc., but they always got to bring the **** up. I wish to put money to college rather than spend it on High School senior pictures, dances, etc. I am sick and tired of them trying to tell me what I need to do. Why can't they be happy that I am going to college early, I volunteer, I am healthy, I have a few good friends, I am looking for a job, and I am happy with how I am. |
Question: Is there a way to find if an internet friend has passed? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:12 PM PDT My internet friend, Mersid, age 24, who lives in Fribourg, Switzerland said goodbye to me sometime in early July this year. I have no way of contacting his family for information, otherwise I wouldn't be asking on here. And please don't claim he is fake. I would just like to figure out if there is a free way to find if he is deceased or alive. It would be fantastic if anyone could provide me with a link to a website that can guide me in the right direction. Thank you :) |
Question: What's the best thing you can do to deal with difficult people in your family? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:06 PM PDT The kind of people who just don't want to shut up even right after you tell them that you don't want to talk about something anymore because it's stressing you out. People who get way to involved in your personal life, people who are late to almost everything, even important things, stubborn people who are overly opinionated beyond what you can take, they take so much offense over simple explanation as to how you feel about them, complain about small things that others do,never learns from their mistakes, gets mad when people don't invite them to places most likely because they annoy everyone around them. |
Question: Friend can't go to concert with me and I'm all by myself? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:02 PM PDT I'm considering going to this rock concert alone, but does anyone have advice or tips on how to deal with going to a concert by yourself? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 12:50 PM PDT So last night two of my friends wanted to hang out and they showed up randomly at my house to pick me up. I finally caved and decided to go hang out with them but I noticed my friend who was going to be driving was acting strange. I hesitated and said if he was intoxicated because I did not want to get in the car with them if he was. They both swore that they were sober and fine and I believed them. We were going to the park and I noticed on the way there he was driving kind of odd and making weird faces. When we finally got to the park I found out they had both been drinking before they picked me up and were very high. I feel betrayed and upset that they would be selfish and lie to me and put my life in danger. What do you guys think? Am I overreacting? |
Question: :( What does this message mean? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 12:47 PM PDT There's this guy I used to speak to him sometimes, and was one of my friends crushes. I had a feeling he didn't like me, no clue to as why. His mom and sister was killed, and I tried to send my condolences to him on Facebook, so I added him as a friend and he declined it, and blocked his add friend button from me. Then I asked my friend to send this super long paragraph, and all he said was "yeah word" ? Like he didn't say thanks or anything. What does this mean? |

"Even I'm not sexy, I am a loving and caring woman." "You can still be beautiful even you're fat." (she posted a quote.) "One day I'm going to find a man who will like me." "No need for surgeries, all you need is fair and clear skin." (with attached photo of her) "My boyfriends!" (she posted a photo with 2 boys) |
Question: Is it normal to feel jealous of the jocks? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 12:34 PM PDT I'm about to start my senior year and to be honest I feel really jealous of them. They seem to have it made. I mean in school they get away with a bunch of **** that the rest of us don't, Most of them come from families with money, the girls drool over them, they get laid, and there parents all seem cool as hell like letting them throw drinking parties and stuff. I know the real world isn't fair or anything but I can't help but feel jealous of them sometimes. Is this normal? Be honest @ Anonymous I'm sorry but your answer doesn't really help lol |
Question: Would this be a term of of endearment? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 12:31 PM PDT So one of my cowokers called me spoiled and a brat. Here's the context of the brat word in which it was used. *walks past* *looks up* Him:brat (slight smile on his face) Me: how? Him:*no response* Here's the context of the spoiled word Coworker(not him): hi! Me: eating my cup o soup Coworker(him): she's spoiled. Is it because whenever I ask him for an override he does it? I ask politely! Is it because last time he volunteered to buy me something with his momey,I didn't ask him too The other day he told me he missed me he's always giving me high fives and stuff |

Question: Am i selfish for believing that i deserve friends that care as much as me? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 12:16 PM PDT I have a few really good friends that i love a lot. I'm trying to always be there when they need me and brighten up their days when they are sad...I'm trying to make a fool out of myself so i'd make them smile at least and i try to make them feel good by telling them honest compliments about them and i'm telling them that i love them and that i believe that they are amazing and wonderful people and they shouldn't be sad for something irrelevant. It hurts me when they are rude to me or they insult me constantly (it's not a joke anymore when they do that all the time)... I tried to talk to them about this and i told them to stop but they said "Gosh..we can't even make jokes with you"... Well i mean they like me but i don't know if they care as much as i do and it hurts me when we usually argue... They always doubt everything i say and do and they accuse me of lying even though I've never lied to them... I don't know what i should do... I feel like I'm selfish for having these thoughts. Half of the time i am so grateful to have them as my friends but the other half of the time i wish my friends would've cared for me.. |

Question: How do I make it up to her? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 11:48 AM PDT So my friends mom takes us EVERYWHERE. To the movies, the arcade, laser tag, stuff like that. She always pays for me even if I offer to pay. The thing is is that she doesn't often come to my house because of my dogs and my mom never wants to take us anywhere, and if she does she has to pay. I feel like I need to do something with my friend and we pay for her because it doesn't seem fair. I feel really bad that they've done so much for me but we've done barley anything. The same with one of my other friend who always drives my friend and I places to take photos. It sucks because my mom doesn't want to take us anywhere so I feel like a bad friend, I know it's not really my fault but you know? |

Question: What to do when people irrationally think I hate them? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 11:44 AM PDT Okay I may have resting ***** face and I may be quiet but that doesn t automatically mean I hate someone. Maybe it s that I don t look approachable but it especially bothers me when people I m somewhat close to think I hate them. For instance, this dude that hangs out with my friends thinks I hate him. I don t necessarily LIKE him but I don t HATE him you know? Should I just not care what people think or should I reassure them? This happens way too often. |

Question: Will my buddies get the wrong idea? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 11:22 AM PDT I am a high school senior guy with a 14 year old sister Lisa that I really like. My high school buddies like to hang out at my house and they also like Lisa a lot. Lisa has a lot of homework and she often ask my buddies to help her with her homework. They are happy to help as they enjoy helping her. Since they have started helping her, her grades are much better. Lisa is a very affectionate person so after her homework is finished she thanks the guys for their help, hugs them and gives them a kiss. THEY LOVE IT. It is not a romantic thing with her. It is just her way of saying thank you. My buddies just like being kissed by a beautiful girl. They act like they are just helping their little sister. I have told my buddies over and over that Lisa is NOT FLIRTING WITH THEM. Even so, I am afraid my buddies will get the wrong idea of Lisa's intentions. Do you think they will? Should I tell her to stop the hugging and kissing? |

Question: Does this seem unusual to you? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 11:08 AM PDT My daughter Kathy is a senior in high school and has a lot of difficult homework. She often ask for homework help from anybody that is convenient. For example, I had a ladies club meeting at my house and she ask some of the ladies for homework help. They gladly helped her. When my son had some of his friends over, she ask them for homework help and they helped her and were happy to do it. When her sister's date came to pick her up, Kathy ask him to help her with her homework and he did until her sister was ready to go on her date. What seems so unusual to me is that EVERYONE that helped her told her if she needed more help to call them which she sometimes but not very often did. With all the help she has received she has an A average grade and has a choice of the college she wants to attend. Kathy and I and her dad are very grateful for all the people that have helped her and we have told them so. Do you find it unusual that so many people are willing to give of their time to help someone and do not expect to get paid for their time? It kind of renews my faith in the goodness of people. |
Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:52 AM PDT Hi, I m 16 and I ve been saving for my first car. I bought one but it had an engine problem and one of my mom s friends fixed it for me for free. I want to give him something - kind of a silly question, but what do middle aged men like?? When i want to do something nice for a woman i just bake brownies or get her a candle or fancy soap or some ****. Would a guy even appreciate that sort of thing? sorry haha, i just feel really guilty and want to repay this dude |
Question: Do you know how I can be more social and known in high school? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:49 AM PDT I go to a large high school with about 3000 students and I used to live in a neighborhood with some of my friends but I've since moved to a wealthier neighborhood and their aren't many people in that place. Also I'm alot smarter than my old friends so I'm in classes with so called "nerds" but they're are a few cool people but none of them live near me. Basically my problem is that I find it almost impossible to be social when my classes are full of nerds and my neighborhood is dry. I used to know alot of the cool people but none of them talk to me in the halls anymore since I moved and upgraded classes. How I can I make friends with the more social kids and possibly get a cool girlfriend (I'm a virgin). Btw I just finished my freshman year of high school. I don't even have many close friends so I spend most of my days at home alone. This isn't on my nature though, I'd much rather he out and about with friends. |
Question: How can i make up with my former best friend? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:48 AM PDT I broke his heart and im now sorry. A guy at our school claimed to be hurt physically by my friend and everyone believed him and i didnt stand by my friend either. Then it was revealed the guy was lying. |
Question: Please answer as soon as possible? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:39 AM PDT I'm currently a tween, I would say, and I used to be diagnosed with depression by a online Doctor. I got over That stage, thankfully, but lately as I kept making my self happier, everything seems to drag me down. My best friend and I are slowly slipping away from eachother, so I have nobody to really talk to. Before you tell me a Counseler, or my mom, my mom kinda ignores it and changes the subject while councelers (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong but I'm kinda lazy) tell me the same thing over and over again. Along with my friend, my sister says no wonder I have no friends and nobody's gonna come to my birthday cause I'm disgusting. (My bday is tommorow) when I tell my mom, my sister calls me a tattle tell though she's 17. She also throws stuff at me she threatened to whip me with a shirt (who cares about that it's a shirt lol) but she threw, water bottles, tv remotes, cereal boxes, and stuff like that at me lots of times. today it was just because I was talking to my mom about the cake and she told me to feed the guinie pig she's babysitting. I told her I was busy, and she kept yelling at me to do it. I did it and she started trash talking me and calling me lazy, and saying no wonder I have no friends and again, when I told my mom, she called me a tattle tell and a bully. Sorry if this is long but what do I do about my best friend and my sister? Thanks so much! |

Question: Am I overreacting? I'm quite upset...? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:27 AM PDT So before you answer, understand that about a month ago I ate weed brownies with my boyfriend best friend and another friend, and my boyfriend ended up acting very sexually inappropriately towards my best friend. I didn't feel comfortable with this and spoke to him about it afterwards, and asked him to abstain from contacting her for a while. He went overseas on holiday and of course got me a gift, but he also got the said best female friend a gift as well - it was only a CD but I can't help but feel a bit upset because of what happened. He showed me the CD and said he got it for me but then asked if I want it and I said yes. Later on he asked me if I'm upset that he got her a gift and I said no because it's mine now but it did upset me. Am I overreacting? |
Question: How to find which rehab someone is at? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:20 AM PDT If someone could help me or give me any advice with this, I would greatly appreciate it. I have not spoken to my ex in over a year. From what I know from others, he went off the rails, became addicted to drugs, was in a plethora of legal issues this year. One of our old buddies the other day told me that he hadn t been in contact since early June. The night he allegedly disappeared, he had bought and taken 4 Xanax bars, drank a bunch of alcohol, and smoked a bunch of weed. NEVER a good mix. Was looking to buy cocaine from people. After that night he was unreachable. People were running around looking for him, going to his house, knocking on the door, place was seemingly empty. People can t get into contact with his parents. I did some fishing around and we found out from a friend that my ex is in ann inpatient rehab facility, and has been there for 10 weeks. Friend does not know the name of the facility, parents will not disclose, and speculates that he isn t doing well, otherwise he would ve been let out in a month. We want to find the rehab center he s at to visit him, see if he s okay. Voice concerns. How would we go about doing this? I ve been told that you cannot call a center to find out if someone is there as that is a violation of privacy. |
Question: Why do people try to involve me in my best friend's drama? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 10:18 AM PDT My best friend has been being stalked online for quite some time because he was involved with some girl who was a bit younger than him, he's been being harassed by these creeps and they tried going through my social media to get ahold of me. I have nothing to do with what he does online or in real life, we are both adults and we not glued to the hip. I'm worried these people will start harassing me just for associating with him and it's kind of scary. |
Question: Best Friend is Mad. Haven't talked for 2 weeks.? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 09:49 AM PDT My best friend is mad at me because I told her how she treated some other friends we know was wrong and rude. I also told her how I don't like how she treats me sometimes. I've always let it slide all these years when she was rude to me or hurt my feelings so I finally told her. She never thinks of other peoples feelings and is really inconsiderate at times. Now it's been 2 weeks and we haven't talked. I feel bad about telling her but it's not right how she doesn't care about anyone else. |
Question: Why do people think players are insecure? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 09:49 AM PDT I hear women say all the time that players are just insecure because they don't want to stay in a relationship. However if they were not confident then they would not be screwing multiple girls at the same time. What I really find funny is that the very women that complain about players are the ones that end up with players. |
Question: Why are there so many feminists movies out there that degrade men? Posted: 19 Jul 2016 09:37 AM PDT For example one of those movies are John Tucker must die. |
