Some backstory: we live by my father in law and a neighbor, when our father in law had his internet service he let the neighbor use it. He has had it turned off, so now the only wi fi hotspot is mine and my husband's. For a while my husband let the neighbor use our wi fi till it got to where we were hardly able to use it because it became so slow. So my husband (who doesn't like any type of conflict or confrontation) just set up a new wi fi name and password. The other day the neighbor came beating on our door only after he tried to get our father in law to get in touch with us , saying his internet wasn't working.
