Question: Confused on how to handle something my wife said.? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 09:38 PM PDT My wife and I have been married for almost 6 years and we have 2 children 1 and 3 years old. We really have a crappy sex life every once in a while we have some good nights but mostly she keeps me on these loong droughts that can go over a month. Today we were talking and she said " I can't say I've never looked at s good looking guy and thought what it would be like to have sex with him " now how can my WIFE who never wants to have sex say that she can look at a guy and wonder what having sex with him would be like. What should I do. |

Posted: 25 Jul 2016 09:11 PM PDT I'll be financially secure at age 22 because I have mapped out my life to that point, I only want to marry a guy who is financially secure as well. Not bc I'm a gold digger but bc to me, it indicates intelligence/willingness to succeed and those are qualities I like. Ideally I'd be married by 26, and have 2 kids by 30. Men these days don't want to be tied down but I crave tradition and I believe the best child-bearing age in modern western society is 22-29, and 30-34 is pushing it. i want to have the energy to keep up with young kids, and be an active mom. Are there men out there who also wish to tie the knot sooner than later? Like do they exist or do all guys these days just want to fool around until their mid-30's before getting married? |
Question: Why do married couples fight/argue so much? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 09:10 PM PDT So I've been dealing with my parents arguing for a couple of days now. The arguing was triggered out of thin air. Nothing really worth arguing about but in the heat of the moment, it drifted towards another issue. Take in mind, these are arguments between my parents, not me. Sometimes my parents have what I call "5 minute fights". It basically means a couple will argue, whether a light or serious issue and will make up soon. Sometimes I wonder why there is so much tension and arguing, especially about things that really have no purpose in causing an argument. One partner does not like something, the same person expects them to brush it off and not fight back but who wouldn't want to scream and yell at someone knowing they are wrong. As I mature, I start to understand why some arguments happen, whether it be miscommunication, misinterpretation, money, jealousy or infidelity suspicions. I just know that if I was married, I would not want to start an argument with my future wife. I would instead want to motivate her and myself to be better and lead a prosperous life and I would definitely not want to argue in public or in front of children. It leaves a very traumatizing or tainted image of a loved one. As for arguing in public, I would hold my thoughts until everyone is gone and only me and my SO are alone to discuss the issue. Maybe it is just me thinking through the eyes of a son but arguing takes a toll on people. It is not healthy and it leads to serious issues (divorce, depression, suicide). What do you think? |
Question: My Family (in laws) want to have a intervention for my husband and I.? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 08:51 PM PDT My Family (in laws) want to have a intervention for my husband and me. We have had a lot of marital issues over the last few years due to his past infidelity and unresponsibility with finances. When I finally got fed up last year and wanted to divorce, my husband became suicidal. He was then diagnosed with a borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. How do I handle this? I know that he has manipulatedone the situation and made up lies but I am not sure what to do at this point. |

Question: Am I wrong to expect my partner to want to look good for me? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 05:47 PM PDT I love my husband - I was attracted to him because of who he is, not just how he looks - but he has really let himself go, he looks far older than he is and he looks kind of scruffy. It bothers me, I find it hard to feel attracted to him physically/sexually sometimes because his grooming is almost nonexistent. I put effort into looking good, I'd hope he'd love me no matter what but I feel under pressure (as a woman) to keep myself looking a certain way - slim, young, soft skin, makeup, hair done, etc. If I wanted to look good for HIM I'd go to a salon, buy new lingerie, etc. to make an extra special effort. It's frustrating there's less expectation for men to make this effort, but it bothers me my husband won't do even the basics for me. To me grooming yourself is something you do for your partner, like buying a gift or doing the dishes, it's done to show them that you don't take them for granted. People seem to think I'm a horrible person for this, or that I should leave him... ...is this my choice, tolerate his poor grooming and lose physical attraction to him, or leave him? Just to be clear I do NOT want to leave him, I'm saying this is what people say to me. |
Question: Do you tell a wife her husband is cheating? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 05:00 PM PDT I was engaged to a man who I had a child with. I caught him cheating multiple times and had to break it off. Well shortly after our son was born and we broke up, he got into another relationship and got her pregnant and married her. Well continually he flirts with me, sends me nudes, and the other day when I brought my son to see him (he works out of town and lives in a different town than me and his wife) he tried to have sec with me and if I wouldn t have stopped him he would have slept with me, cheating on his wife. My question is, do I tell his wife, I know how hard it is to be cheated on and no one deserves that. I just don t know if I should say something to her, or what I should do? Any suggestions? |
Question: My wife of 2 years made a pass at my bestfriend but she's denying it. What to do? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 04:49 PM PDT We were at my friend's house just hanging out. I don't really know what happened but eventually, my best friends girlfriend went home. I left to make a phone call and when I came back, they were arguing. They were both drunk so I can't tell who is at fault. Accordingly, my wife grabbed my bestfriend's crotch and she kissed him. My bestfriend always had my back since we were 11 years old. Plus I know he loves his girl and always has been loyal. My question is should I let it go? My wife grabbed my crotch and tried to kiss me when we were dating so I know this is something she would do. |
Question: My wife flirted in front of me. How can I tell her it makes me feel weird? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 04:38 PM PDT I was with her at Costco. A guy came up to her and they hugged one another. The conversation turned into complimenting one another's look in which she touched his chest and arms saying Oh My! Those are hard and huge! I gave her this look and she pretended she didn't hear me. The other guy backed off and said goodbye. I know she met the guy at the gym. How to confront? |

Question: If a married couple dies in a fire, are they exes? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:52 PM PDT If, let's say, the husband died, he would be his former wife's ex-husband. But if they both died on the same day, would they be each other's exes? |
Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:43 PM PDT My husband of ten years recently was laid off, and has been home for a couple of weeks. I've been working double shifts so we don't fall behind, but the house has become a mess. Normally I do all the cooking and cleaning (only female in a house full of males), but I've been too exhausted that I'm falling behind. Today before I left for work, I asked him to run an errand and wash the dishes, nothing else, I felt like something possessed him, he got so angry. Have I allowed him to become spoiled, how do I change it, and I feel I've turned my boys into the same way. I don't want them to think wife=maid, but it's just easier not to argue with any of them, they can be mean. |
Question: My ex wife and child support? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:38 PM PDT My ex wife told me not to remove her from my bank account or else she will go for child support and I will lose all contact with my son who is 14 I currently live in Texas and she lives in rector Arkansas I work on oil rigs so I generally make large sums of money where every 6 months or so I go with little to no pay and she is draining me what can I do to cut her off but my son is currently with me and he wants to live with me but my ex has not told him about his a ability to choose she is not giving him the quality of life I can what can I do I'm also ex army during Desert storm |
Question: Can anyone help please? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:29 PM PDT I have been really close with my friend for years. We talked at least once a week but it seemed to become less and less frequent after I got married. Once a week turned into once every six weeks, then once every six months. Out of nowhere yesterday I noticed she deleted me on Facebook. I know it sounds childish and silly but I m so hurt. I emailed her and asked her if I upset her or offended her in any way and she said "no you didn t. But I don t agree with the way you re living your life. You cheated on your husband with his friend while you were dating and you never told him. Then you tout on social media about how much you love him. I can t be friends with someone who is so two faced. Take care" I did NOT cheat on my husband while we were dating. He took me away for a weekend (we were just friends at this point) and I slept with his friend. Why is that HER business? Is that worth ending a friendship over? |
Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:27 PM PDT Long story short: Husband cheated, had a child outside of marriage, has nothing to do with them, made us stronger. Before when we first met, it was so heated romantically, we did everything together. Then had our child, cooled down. Has years went past, and struggles, we started to grow apart. I've always made more than my husband, I've always tried to further my education, where as my husband doesn't mind working the back breaking underpaid jobs. My husband said I make him feel like he's less than a man, I've always said he doesn't care enough about anything. Well anyways since that, we communicate about everything, do everything together, our son even happier (I feel like he was angry and depressed before over our problems), we even sit around and play board games now, hardly ever is there an argument anymore. My family and friends HATE him now, so much that they've started to exclude me and my son from parties, vacations, etc. I don't know what to do, I don't want my son to lose his family (his father only has a sister, and we rarely ever see her), but I still love my husband and feel like they want me to choose. |
Question: Hypothetical divorce scenario? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:24 PM PDT I know it's not nice to plan a divorce going into a marriage but I'd like to know what to expect if the situation arises. Married for 1~4 years, I work full time and my line of work requires traveling around every few years. During this time my spouse is in college and gets into medical school, her parents are covering the cost of tuition and housing 30k a year (hypothetical.) My spouse does not move in with me because she is attending college. We keep our financial situation separated and I send her 300~ a month just to help pay the bills. If we were to divorce no kids and the following scenario should I expect to pay Alimony or lose my assets? Thank you for answering! Thank you vivienne, what would happen in a marriage that lasts 1-4 years? Let's be honest people should not go into a marriage expecting to be together forever, statistics have shown that divorces are common. I just want to learn what to expect of sh*t hits the fan. Thank you swbarnes2 I just followed the definition I got from google. |
Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:07 PM PDT I was floored when I heard this and my husband wanted to punch him in the face. I told my guy friend that's not true and you will never be more important. I tried to smooth things over between them but my husband can't stand him. My guy friend is over protective but I feel as though he crossed the line. He did later say sorry to my husband and it seemed it was smoothed over. However he invited us to a barbecue and I asked my husband if he wanted to go and said not a chance in hell. I only agreed to be civil to not cause a scene but **** that guy. I tried to tell him it will be ok but all he said was you go im not dealing with that crap. I didn't go out of respect for my husband, but was a bit disappointed and showed it. The look he gave me could kill so I cut it out. My husband is great with my other guy friends so he was never the jealous type. |
Question: I'm trying to get divorced but my wife won't sign papers !? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 03:04 PM PDT Trying to get a divorce from my wife. We have been separated for the past year. Question: I'm married to a gorgeous guy but I'm attracted and I fantasize about Latinos? What gives? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 02:28 PM PDT Is this normal? I've always found them attractive but a bad experience drove me in the arms of a green eyed European who is good looking in every standard. I know my friends envy me because he is a good husband, good dad, all around Mr Fix it, and makes good money. Why after 15 years of marriage am I still attracted to Latinos? Will I ever outgrow this? It doesn't help that Latinos love flirting with me. Will I ever outgtow this? |
Question: Help! I just found out my wife is checking out our neighbor. What to do? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 02:17 PM PDT I didn't have an idea until my neighbor confronted me about my wife always asking him for help on little things I could have easily done. Over the weekend, she's bern hanging around outdoors and doing yard work that I never thought she would do. There were even times that she'll secretly look out the window. Didn't know it then but my neighbor noticed it. It's kinda embarassing. We have two kids and it seems being a stay at home mom took its toll. What to do? |
Question: Should I tell to my wife? Or is it better if its a secret!!? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 02:03 PM PDT I am a guy married for 4 years now. I have a strange habit of dressing up in her clothes when she is away (like for 2-3days)and masturbating, when i wear it i feel some attachment to her clothes and feel its a part of me .once I am done masturbating I feel really guilty of doing it and also ashamed for wearing her clothes.! I don't have this urge or feeling on anyone else's clothes or when she is with me .she is really cute and caring! I love her more than I love myself and hiding this makes me feel awkward. I just want to know if its right to tell her?? |
Question: How can I find a husband who likes roughsex ? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 01:31 PM PDT Women are way to "sensitive" and call almost anything "abusive" or "rape" and that probably has toned down many men from being a bit rough in bed or out of it. I don't want to have to tell a guy I like it a bit rough, that would make it too scripted and not make it feel real to me. I'm actually quite introverted, so I could I have a husband like that ? |
Question: How to introduce pegging into the bedroom? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 01:05 PM PDT My wife and I are expecting our first baby and ever since we have been married I would say our sex life is sub par. I ve tried pegging with an ex before and enjoyed it but my ex was more open to trying new things. I do not feel like my wife would be open to trying this. Sometimes I will grab her butt and she doesn t even like when I touch her butt. With her being pregnant I know woman typically go through a period where they want it all the time so I thought that might be the best time to say something about it. Any insight on this would be very helpful! Has anyone else brought this up and how did you bring up the topic? |
Question: Is pushing someone onto a bed and holding them there abusive? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 12:32 PM PDT My husband did this while we were arguing. He went up to me yelling and pushed me on the bed, grabbed me by my hair. He said he was gentle and no, he did not hurt me but I thought he was going to. I feel like I'm overreacting because he acted like this was normal. What do I do? |

Question: Husband's and indefidelity? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 12:25 PM PDT I am always on defense with my husband because he was caught cheating with prostitute online and he was talking to another women when I was going through a addiction issue he says it was nothing but they sneak to talk and never have they had a conversation around me why do I feel like I am crazy to think he is going to do it again? |
Question: Is it normal to go to strip clubs with wife/husband? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 12:07 PM PDT I have never been in strip clubs. Is it normal? When you go to strip clubs, is it normal to see couples in the club? |
Question: Why is my child lying, how do I get him to stop? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 11:12 AM PDT I'm 34 and my child is 7. My child is constantly lying to me and my husband to get attention(such as claiming he has bad dreams). The latest example of this is the other day he came home claiming that a few kids from his school were bullying him, I didn't believe him since he didn't have any physical injuries to himself. Except I'm concerned because he just won't stop the false scenario( I think the other day he just gave himself bruises and cuts to try and make the lie more believable and today he came home with even more and started crying like a baby in his room to try and gain more attention) |
Posted: 25 Jul 2016 10:56 AM PDT Been married 30 years to a hard working, quiet man who keeps to himself. Never did I think he would "like" someone from work. He gave it away when I met this co worker one day and there was this awkwardness between them in front of me. When questioned what that was, there was a lot of stuttering and mumbling and now he's down playing it saying that yeah, he likes her but only because she's nice. I'm sure nothing happened but it still feels like a betrayal and he isn't doing a very good job at convincing me there weren't feelings. I am the type that pours myself into people and go out of my way to please him, feed him and take care of him. I take care of myself, don't spend crazy like some women do and focus more on him than I do myself. What more can a woman do? I'm only telling you what kind of wife I am because most may assume I am not there for him when I am. He tells me he loves me and I am good to him. That's why I am confused. |

Question: It seems like my wife's ex is attempting to contact her again...what can we do? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 10:20 AM PDT My wife and I have been together for 5 years, married for 3. We have two beautiful children together. I knew she was married previously. I've only seen photos of him that she threw away during a cleaning project. As long as I've been with my wife, we have never ran into her ex...until now. And at church, no less. I don't know what to make of this. I don't think he saw us, or maybe he didn't recognize my wife. She usually goes up for Communion every week with our daughter, except this time she didn't go. She only told me after Mass on the way home why she didn't go. He knows where she works; she's been at her job for several years now. She started working there the last year of their marriage. I thought he might be following her, but why now after all this time?. She said she saw a truck behind her on Friday coming home, making the same lane changes she was. She lost the vehicle when she diverted to avoid traffic at a construction site that is on her way home. They didn't have a good relationship. After it was over, he harassed her, contacted her continuously, but kept it to just enough that she wouldn't have any legal recourse. We're both concerned because of the kids. They're still young (our son is 2), but we have been teaching them about Stranger Danger. I spoke with a Detective friend of ours who said there's really nothing we can do right now since we have no evidence or any witnesses that he's been lurking. Other than driving her to and from work--which affect my own job--I can't think of anything that we could do. It may be purely coincidental, but nothing would surprise me with this guy. He attempted to collect spousal support from her after their divorce was final, since she had a better job. She threw everything away that was from him, or that he was in (photos). |
Question: Is he hinting that he wants to get married? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 09:53 AM PDT I've been seeing this guy for a couple of weeks now. Last night we had a conversation about marriage. I actually didn't bring it up - he did. He's 33 and I'm 25 by the way. He said that most of his friends his age were married and starting to have families. He also said that you needed to be picky and find the right match. He said a lot of people just get married for the fun of it and not for love. So he more or less stressed the importance of marrying for the right reason. Later on he said that a lot of his co-workers were single moms because they had made the wrong decision in their youth and that he didn't wanna marry someone unsuitable and then end up a single dad with kids. When I asked him if his parents wanted him to marry someone specifically from his own background, he said no. He said that he would be fine with marrying someone who took an interest in his culture and his customs/traditions. He then went on to say that it wasn't necessary for the person to convert to his religion. Finally, he turned to me and said that I was quite mature for my age considering the fact that I was only 25. Why would a guy start talking so much about marriage? Is he possibly hinting that he wants to get married sometime soon? |
Question: Why bother marrying if you are a cheater? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 09:17 AM PDT |
Question: I knew that there's affairs everywhere but why they cheat instead of break up? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 08:43 AM PDT Scrolling this site reading other's questions…really, it made me lose hope in finding a mate. I not even trust girls anymore. When girl cheat or wife having affair, why did they keep it secret? I heard that women desired attention or the feeling needed by someone or some compliments, then why don't they just tell their present boyfriend or husband after they cheat with another guy? Well they have nothing to gain by staying when they cheat because their hus/bf cannot give them what they want. So why? Didn't they have self control? Or maybe all gurls are like that. Those are not excuses for them to cheat really just because they did not get the attention they want. |

Question: Why does my husband get SO upset if I forget to put my rings back on? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 08:26 AM PDT My husband and I have been married for a year and a half. I rarely take my rings off. I do take them off when I shower, but put them back on after I dry off. I do take them off at work (convenience store) and put them in my pocket when I have to wash dishes/clean the roller grills/prepare food (yucky grease!), but I put them back on before I go home. I also take them off at home when I do dishes or prepare food for the same reason as I do at work. Sometimes, like once every 3-4 months, I forget to put them back on after I m done doing dishes at home. I NEVER leave home without them, it s usually just me relaxing in the living room, and he brings them out to me with a dirty look on his face. I m not forgetting on purpose and if I left the house, I always double check to make sure they re on. What s the big deal? |
Question: Is he more interested in her? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 08:25 AM PDT I have been this guy for the past couple of months. I went to his bday party was this weekend. He was with another woman and I completely lost it. I asked if they were there together and I told her to keep him at her house and don't let him come back to mine. Then I tried to start a fight with her and I threw a drink on him. They walked off together and he ended up spending the rest of the evening with her. I called and text him a few times and didn't get a response from him until the middle of the next day. When we talked he told me that I was crazy and he admitted that he is seeing her. Surprisingly, I want to keep seeing him Should I keep seeing him knowing he is seeing her too? Was I wrong to create a scene? Should I try to move on or keep my distance for a while? |

Question: Do people ever regret their choices? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 07:08 AM PDT My husband left me and my children 6 mo this ago for a women he met at a dive bar in town. He told me he was unhappy and didn't want to be married but eventually came clean and said he had found the one for him. He is 30 and she is 45. He has recently moved in with her. We go to court for divorce in two weeks. It's so hard for me because I didn't want this divorce and can't stand that he is playing family with someone else and not his own. I feel like he is in the affair fog still and I hope he comes out of it and realizes what he has done. And what he has lost. We had a pretty good marriage. Times got a little tough and I got pregnant and was really sick and in the hospital. I just can't understand why guys do this to women. |

Question: How do I go about taking the house from my spouse in a divorce? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 05:36 AM PDT We agree on everything besides who will take the house (in Indiana) We don't have money for a lawyer, we have 2 kids and I will have full custody. I have a job (and has been paying the mortgage since we got the house), he is looking for a job. I don't have money to buy him out, I only have enough money to pay for the bills and my kids daily needs. How can I get him to agree on it or should I leave it for the judge to decide? How can I go about this? |

Question: Let her know or let him go? Posted: 25 Jul 2016 04:58 AM PDT I got married in 2006 to my kids father and we ended up divorcing 3 yrs later because it just wasnt working. He was very insecure and didnt like me doing anything more than being at home with the kids and cleaning house. It was ugly between us for a few yrs after that becuz I initiated the divorce and got custody of the kids. 2 months before we divorced in 09 he got together with his sister in laws sister. Well this past yr me and him have been spending time together and hes been talking about working things out. He is still off n on with this other woman and tells me hes done with her but still seeing her on a reg basis. It absolutely infuriates me and he even tells me to go ahead and call her and tell her everytime I threaten it. My question is. .. should I call his bluff and tell her along with txting proof or take the high rd and just leave him alone only dealing with him as his ex wife/bbymama? Part of me wants to tell her cuz I feel like hes played me for a whole yr and some but the other part of me says its not going to do any good cuz she will do and accept anything just to have him. Advice please. Thank u |

And she rapes Nelson him with a dildo in front of their children, beats him, locks him in closets, calls him a failure, and she burns the kids with cigars. Nelson grabs the kids and takes them to his mother's house. Maria puts Nelson on child support. Nelson can't afford child support monthly and he's in court trying to gain custody of the kids. Question: Am I wrong for being this way?? (Marriage)? Posted: 24 Jul 2016 11:49 PM PDT I've been with my husband for 12 years now (married for 7). My husband has been acting very distant and cold with me for a couple of days now. The other day I noticed an artist I love is coming to town for a concert and well me being the crazy fan asked my husband to take me since he's taken me before. He completely blew me off, saying I was crazy and should stop acting like a psycho fan wanting to attend every concert when this artists comes into town. I was shocked and asked what was wrong and he said he didn't want to go and he wouldn't pay for my ticket :( I was upset at what he said, he acted so weird to me wanting to attend the concert. I mean am I doing something wrong, I know it's a stupid argument but to me it was something so small turning into something huge. He won't even speak to me right now? |
Posted: 24 Jul 2016 11:34 PM PDT At present, my husband of about 5 years is giving me the ultimate silent treatment. It has been over 30 days. He won't respond to any communication and I have no clue as to why he is giving this silent treatment. We are separated. He is very tempermental. Today, at church, I sat next to him. He was scooting away from me. I never have seen an adult act like that...paranoid. I have never seen an adult act like that. He even snuck out of church early and I think it is was because he didn't want to be by me. I just have never seen an adult resort to infantile tactics like this. I want my marriage, but I am not sure on how to proceed. |

Question: Would you let your wife go if she stop taking care of herself? Posted: 24 Jul 2016 10:29 PM PDT How important is looking good in your marriage? If she eats like a bacon morning noon and night and starts looking like one, would you keep her? Would you tell her off? Would you stray? Or would you go away? I know it is superficial but I know many people who give up on their signoficant other because of their looks and the fact that the marriagr has gone stale because of it. What says you? |
