Question: How to do heal a sense of fear from someone of me? Please help me!? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 05:13 PM PST They're scared of me, and I don't know how to get them not to be anymore, I know it's their choice but how would one encourage it if its possible? |
Question: Help: This woman won’t text me anymore.? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 05:07 PM PST So this woman who told me she's interested in hanging out but not dating doesn't text me back anymore. She told me the only way to get to know someone is by hanging out with them. She said she doesn't like friendship being confined to texting in so many words. I can understand her not liking texting but now she doesn't text back at all. Last week i asked her if she had a good Christmas and she never replied. I know texting isnt as personal as face to face communication but it's convenient |

Question: Should I stop talking to this guy? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 03:58 PM PST This man sent me a friend request a few days ago on Facebook. I accepted it because he's in a Massage Therapist group that I'm in. He's a Massage Therapist and I'll be finished with Massage Therapy school next month. We've been talking about Massage Therapy and about things that go on in the field. Then he asked me how old I was and asked me if I were married. He said that he wants to get married. But that no one ever wants anything serious. He said he loves black women (he's Caucasian) and asked me if I would marry a white guy. He said that we should get to know each other. |
Question: How to deal with being your best friend's boss? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 03:54 PM PST So me and my best friend have been working together for about a year now and I am her boss. We were friends for about 5 years before we started working together. It went really well at first but now I'm having real problems with her. She is consistently disrespectful to me when I ask her to do something, often telling me "no" or ignores my request. She thinks she has the authority to tell ME what to do. She has swooped in and tried to do my job as if it were hers. She has negleted her responsibilities, expecting me to "have her back" (such as showing up late and expecting me to cover for her). And lastly she has thrown fits about how many hours she had to work while I was on vacation and complaining that she never gets days off but fails to put in any sort of request for vacation time. I am pretty much fed up with this behavior and am seriously considering quitting over it before our friendship is ruined. Any suggestions on how to work with her effectively and solve this problem would be great |
Question: I need closure to move on? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 03:49 PM PST Hey guys, my name is Roman and i used to have a besfriend named Celina. Me and Celina met back in 2013 and we became besfriends right away, everything in our friendship was great. Celina cared so much about me and she helped me with so much in my life. My family loved her alot because she was an amazing person. But in March of 2017 we had a big fight and she blocked me out of her life. I lied to her because i wanted to protect her, so i destroyed her trust. Its been almost 2 years since we last talked, and its still killing me inside. She meant the world to me but i really feel like i need closure so that i can move on. But im scared to contsct her. Can i have advice please. Im 25 |

Question: Poem for a depressed friend. Is this ok? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 02:17 PM PST Side Note: I have a friend (guy) who recently had a bad breakup and is very depressed. I want to text him something to help brighten his day. What do you think of this short poem?: "May today bring you more peace of mind and may the sun warm your heart with happiness." Any suggestions how I can make it better? I would very much appreciate any help for my friend. Serious answers only, please. |
Posted: 02 Jan 2019 01:24 PM PST The keyboardist of my choir is friends with everyone basically from my choir. When I requested him it got ignored. His friends list is growing. He have male and females so I don't get it even members who have left. I was embarrassed so I blocked him.Now I see another page with his exact name which is not common with no profile pic or friends. I have no idea what to do. |
Question: Deciding to go on a long trip to a foreign country with a friend? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 01:17 PM PST One of my family friends (we're not necessarily close, but I like her a lot and we have pretty good chemistry) is taking a month-long trip to Vietnam. I actually hadn't seen her for a couple years until the holidays, so it was just something that came up in conversation. She said nobody was able to go with her when she made the plans, and actually asked me if I wanted to go. I took this mainly as a joke since she's leaving in a couple weeks. At the time I was strongly considering the financial implications of a trip like this and didn't think it would be a possibility. We talked about traveling, etc. for a while, and she was encouraging, since that was my plan after college, but that was about it. Anyway, I recently came into some money and have been strongly considering actually going. I'm a bit nervous about the destination (safety mainly I guess), but it's also somewhere I've wanted to go to for a long time. My main concern though is that I'm not sure if she was genuinely asking if I wanted to go, since it seemed a silly question at the time. She was very excited about traveling alone, and I'm also not sure I'd be the most fun person to travel with since I'm pretty shy and don't like drinking or partying, etc. If anyone can offer any advice on how to maybe bring up the question again that would be great. And if we decide it wouldn't work out, I'd like to know how to not be weird about bringing it up all of the sudden and then deciding it wouldn't... you know? Thanks. |
Question: I accidentally told my friend’s secret. What do I do? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 12:08 PM PST So my friend told me a secret (I don't want to say what it is just for the sake of confidentiality but trust me it wasn't anything bad. She is just embarrassed about it even though there's no reason to be). I am usually very trustworthy when it comes to secrets but for some reason I totally forgot that she didn't want me to tell anyone about it and I brought it up in a conversation with her and our other friends. Our other friends were surprised but they didn't judge her at all. We all support her in this situation. Obviously she freaked out though. I apologized many times and explained that I totally forgot that i wasn't supposed to tell anyone. I haven't seen her in two weeks because of winter break but I'm scared that she's mad at me and that she won't want to be friends with me anymore. I feel so bad about it and I'm so so sorry. What should I do? |
Question: What do you think of this situation and what should I do? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 12:04 PM PST Ok so at school today there was a black African girl and she was sitting with a girl that wasn't black and African. Then the black African girl said that there is something wrong with my mind and brain mentally and she called me to come over from where I was sitting while she was sitting with the girl that wasn't black and African. I'm in high school. What do you think of this situation and what should I do? |
Posted: 02 Jan 2019 11:29 AM PST So i used to be frinds with this person and we ended on bad terms, some reason I always check their account on Instagram or other sites, kinda like a stalk, i also think about if certain situations happened with them, or we somehow met again. Do i miss them? I also get like little panic attacks if i see them somewhere I wouldnt expect them to be, or i see someone like them. Theyve been in a dream, is it because we ended suddenly on bad terms?, its happened once before but it wasnt as bad.(we became friends about a month after) but i dont think me and this person will become friends again, any tips to get this to stop? I tried erasing them from my memory almost, and I barelly remeber what they sound like or look like or what it was like to hang out, but this still happened, we stopped being friends about 2 or 3 months ago. I always want to make them mad, or miss me. Do I miss them? Any tips to get this to stop? Is there any good reason on why this is happening? What happened exactly was I told someone what they did and that person told them I said it, which caused him to get really mad. |
Question: Why do i think about this? i dont care, but why does it come to my mind? Posted: 02 Jan 2019 09:35 AM PST hi! so back in may drama occurred where I had no part in but i lost a friend because i wouldnt get involved or tell her anything because it wasn't my place to say anything and i just didnt want to pick sides with anyone.the drama is over with were in the new year now. but it always comes into my mind, "I wonder if she talks bad about me? I wonder what she thinks of me?" and just questions in my head. I dont miss her as a friend nor do i want to be friends either (I am at peace with who is in my life) but why do i think this?? i dont owe her an apology for anything and theres nothing to talk about that has happened in the past. so im confused? i told myself 2019 i will be drama free and not let negativity get to my mind. |
Posted: 02 Jan 2019 09:32 AM PST I'm nice to a lot of people i meet but there's always an ulterior motive. Be it i'm attracted to them or they can benefit me in another way (social status, money) i'm always aware of the reason i'm acting nice to them and know exactly how i'm going to act to get the situation into the place i want it to be... But these people always seem to like how i treat them so is this an issue? I get what i want and they feel good... I just realised i have no friends because i like them as a person, there's more to every relationship i have that isn't necessarily mutual and it got me thinking... Am i a bad person? |

Posted: 01 Jan 2019 04:25 AM PST this friend of mine that I had a falling out with signed a message he sent to me tonight like this.. Question: Why does he look at me when I talk to other guys? Posted: 01 Jan 2019 12:25 AM PST I'm friends with a guy (Joe) whom I work with, and I've always liked him but he doesn't feel the same since he knows but refuses to do anything about it. The thing is, I always catch him looking my way whenever I'm talking to another guy or even just staring off blankly into the distant. I complimented a male coworker of mine saying he was the best at doing a certain job right when Joe comes out and overheard me. He asked me "What job is that?" Or the other day, he made a comment about me blocking him on Facebook but I kind of brush that aside and started talking to the male coworker. The whole time Joe is just standing there watching us. Which was weird. I don't think he's interested because if he wanted to, he could get me. I just think it's interesting why I'm noticing him looking at me a lot when I talk to guys. |
