Posted: 09 Dec 2016 05:49 PM PST Recently a friend told a group of friends about a lottery for a chance to get a limited release beer. He was offering to take someone on the trip all expenses paid to get the beer (they keep the beer) As I do with most contests that look real, I entered and to my surprise I won! Now as soon as I found this out I mentioned it to my friend who took it almost as if he had won not taking into account if I even wanted the beer. He had already doled out the beers I won before I agreed. Turns out, I actually want these beer and can afford to go get them. Is it selfish of me to tell him that I will be keeping the keeps even though I wouldn't have known about it without him? I also feel taken advantage of as I when I asked if I get to keep a beer joking (assuming of course I get one, I won them!) he simple said no as if I had no say.. again, without me nobody gets it. Am I being selfish taking them for myself or is he assuming that they are his because he told us about it. |

At first it was ok, until he told me to eat more to grow my breasts. He literally compared me to another girl in our class who had them. She never studied, did any work, or passed any tests, but her grades were still high. In fact she had the highest grade in the class. The teacher always keeps her in the front of the class and looks at her. The other day, my friend was giving me something(she is big there), and the teacher suddenly grabbed her hand and she screamed. He was said relax I was only holding it. And he proceeded to rub it. I decided not to do well anymore in his classes and sports so that I wouldn't be harrassed, but that isn't the only problem anymore. I fractured my ankle and didn't come to practice. The next time when I came, I couldn't run and he constantly made me. My ankle is permanently popping in and out, so he decided to kick it. He. Role my thumb after telling me to set a ball that was coming down at what seemed like 50mph and made me keep doing it until now I can't even put my thumb up. At the end of practice, he always makes us do sit-ups in front of him with loose short and big neck holes clothing. I do try my best and do well in my sports, but he never acknowleges that I can do anything. He said that I'm not good enough even though I'm the best spiker and over-hand server on the team. |

When imeem was purchased by myspace in 2009, we both lost our friends and pur music play lists there. However,aome of our music was preserved, and we eventually found each other there Both of us didnt have any myspace friends, an we continued to contact via email. Around 2010, i established a facebook account, and i added my friend in 2011. We also established a friendship via skype, texting, and calling. Me and her had a petty fight circa May-July 2014, and we both parted ways. I apologized for my wrongdoings, and she allegedly forgave me. Afterwards, she disassociated herself from me, and we both lost touch. I recontacted her on new facebook account circa August-October 2015, only to find myself blocked by her. I created a fake profile and contacted her via messaging and public comments this December 2016, and she claimed to have never known me. She lster stated that our friendship was gone, and she would file a restrsining order if i continued contact. I apologized for my trouble, and asked her to not file it. I found out that I am pretty much the only one not invited due to limited space(could only invite a certain amount of people). This isn't the first time this girls excluded me from her parties. like over the summer she had a party with alcohol but claimed that I wasn't invited because she thought that I didn't drink(I do sometimes) but then me and my best friend ended up having a fight about it and he said(to be honest with me) that I cant be expected to be invited to parties just because I hang out with someone and all that crap and drama. Just before I had his text dumping me, I had one saying that my mum had been in a car crash (shes okay but i didn't know that at the time). So I sent Rhys (the ex) a horrible text back. I admit I was harsh but I was very stressed. I became ill with a cold and took some days off school. I still haven't been back in yet because he's shown everyone what I sent and apparently they all hate me. My best friend had backstabbed me and completely turned on me. I don't want to go to school because they all hate me. I did apologise to Rhys and he ignored me for a few days but replied yesterday and we kind of talked. My 'best friend' is texting me all the time and having a go but now I'm just ignoring her. I have people to go with at break time and lunch time that don't hate me. I don't have low self-esteem, I'm not naturally shy (though with lack of practice I'm starting go be) I can be even really funny and even empathetic. So I am me, I have acted and still act like me when I am with someone and at first I was fine. I didn't mind walking alone around the campus, I would use it to just take in the scenery, do homework, etc. But now that the semester is ending I notice how everyone is in a group with with someone, with friends, so I noticed, I'm never with someone, ever. during classes I laugh and spend with my classmates and all but, as soon as its over, it's over, I don't see them again 'till next class. So introspecting a bit I can pave a way for friendships and all but I no idea how to make friends, as in real one, like connections. Yes I know quality over quantity and all but still, not even one?? At the beginning of the semester it was great, but then I noticed it just stayed there, no relationship developed into anything else. Now I'm not saying I feel lonely because I really do have good self confidence, but makes me wonder what am I doing wrong? Made me question how do people make friends? |

Now it's freaking me out. She has posters of them all over our room she even has a big one over our bed I try not to look at it but it's right above us. Now it's giving me nightmares. I'm glad she's over her fear but now it's scaring me usually I don't get scared or think of stuff like that but its hard not to when I'm staring up at it. Posted: 09 Dec 2016 07:27 AM PST I m 23 and a female and about to be 24 in January and I still don t have many female friends. It s to the point it s unfair. The truth is is that I m unhappy with my life because all I ever do is go to online graduate school and work my part-time job at FedEx. I want a social life so badly. The only thing I ever do that is close to fun is taking pole dancing classes. I haven t had a strong social life since I was a teenager. I try and try to make female friends only for me to get snubbed or to have girls act mean and stuck up towards me. While I enjoyed college, a few females were either beaches towards me or not interested in a friendship. Only older men & guys my age at work are interested in me, but I find most of them to be needy and annoying. Also, I don t share interests with them. I lost count of all the failed attempts of making friends with girls. I did most of the writing and the other people just printed it out. Yesterday was the day to present it...which I didn t know that we were suppose to present. I wasn t there that day due to a doctors appointment. Now my friend texted me saying..."even though we presented it and u wrote all of it, you still have to present by yourself". Now I m so scared and mad because I m a really really shy person and I really do hate talking in front of people. I have really bad anxiety, and when I mean bad..it s bad. I start getting dizzy and nauseous and then I throw up and my heart beat gets out of control. I don t know what to do. This anxiety doesn t help. I don t know how to tell the teacher that I can t do it, otherwise she will drop my participation grade. Please help me. |

We hadn't seen each other for a while, so we were keeping in touch via social media. To keep a long story short, the last thing she sent me was a heart emoji, but then joked about it and said it was sent by accident. I sent a heart emoji back and followed it up with a smiley to acknowledge the joke. Well, since then she has gone dark on me. Over the next few weeks I sent another couple messages that she read but didn't reply to. Then I sent another couple of messages that she didn't even read. I've since stopped messaging her because I don't want to be a pest. I'm heart sick about this and I don't want to lose her as a friend. Any suggestions? Should I send her another message and apologize, even though I'm not sure what I'm apologizing for? Should I ask why she's not communicating with me anymore? Or, should I just let it go and try to move on? What would you do? What would make you want to resume the friendship? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

I have to fit in time to eat and may only get one meal a day. If one person is late then the entire team is punished. We often have to wake up around 4-5 in the morning. A few times my roommates have been late but after that we all just wake up and knock on people's doors even if they're awake just to make sure. I haven't been late before but I've saved my roommates plenty of times. Last night my roommate and I agreed to wake up at the same time. Almost 50 minutes later I get a call from a different roommate asking me where I'm at. I rush out of bed and get to the destination but I left behind a lot of things and it's an out of town trip. For those of you that say I should have set an alarm I did. But, it literally never went off. Why in the world would they leave and call me with only a few minutes to spare. They were awake for 40 minutes and just let me sleep. |

The "group" of friends I joined had about 7 other girls and they had all grown up together and known each other since kindergarten pretty much. I always tell him things but the one time i didn't tell him one thing I get ripped apart for it, was I wrong for not telling him even though I was trying to protect my friend?
