Ever since I told him I feel so "naked". I just feel like exposed and weird and uncomfortable...does/did anyone else feel like this? Is this normal?? ((((I'm a fifteen year old girl))))) |
| Question: I am young and annoyed at the complications of my life? Posted: 15 Jul 2015 06:20 PM PDT I am just annoyed by what life has thrown at me. I am 18 years old and I have had two concussions (both involving stitches) which has left me at a higher risk for seizures, my grandfather (Who I idolized) died of cancer, my best friend (Who I grew up with) committed suicide, and my parents are constantly distancing themselves from me and each other (Although I don't think that bothers me as much anymore). I tried to salvage my excitement last year by getting a job, buying a car, and having a girlfriend. It all went down the drain once I ruptured three disc in my back at work. I fell from a ladder with a heavy load in my hands and knocked to the ground unconscious. I had to quit my job with a 9 month leave scheduled by my doctor (Only returning on a lighter duty job). I had to sell my car without a source of income. My girlfriend dumped me whenever all of this happened. The pain is unbearable too, the L4/L5 disc in my spine is bulging out and against the nerve running down my left leg. The first couple of months I had to crawl around because the pain was too much. I had 3 epidural shots, which only helped so much. I have to consider surgery which leaves me at risk of being paralyzed. The worst part is when my baby nephews run up to their uncle and beg me to throw them up in the air for an "airplane ride" and I have to tell them I can't. I wonder why life has been so hard for me. What can I possibly do now to make it "fun"? To feel generally happy once again? |

| Posted: 15 Jul 2015 06:04 PM PDT I went to work today and I felt like ****. I hate rejection and hating how I do not know how to deal with rejection. I was able to focus at work by my whole body did not want to be there but I went to work any way in the morning so that is is big accomplishment for the day. How do you deal with rejection in life? |

Posted: 15 Jul 2015 05:42 PM PDT i been in a relationship for a few months. while when we see each other we have a good time, and its fun. i met some of his friends and hes met mine.we used to text a lot, but i guess since we see each other so often now that kind of died down.Which is fine. Rarely i text him and wish him to have a good day at work. and he usually doesn't respond. i didn't think much of it before. but today i texted him and asked he he wanted me to bring him some lunch to his job since he says the food sucks. and once again i do not get a response. that was around 12pm. i called him like 4 hrs later and he didnt answer or call me back or anything.He also told me he still talks to his ex and sends her money. ( she in new jersey, another state) He says there's nothing going on, but im starting to think when he deosnt respond to me at all im starting to think hes talking to her. although im scared to get close to anyone, im having doubts already, and its only been a few months. Is this normal to doubt doubts in the beginning of a relationship. i want to be played like a fool putting effort into a relationship. im a pretty simple girl when it comes to relationships. ive been hurt alot in the past which has cause me to be somewhat overthink thing and be more cautious. i really just want someone that actually into me and thats honest. Also hes 26, and im 28. serious answers please. also might i add we dont really text or talk on the phone that much anymore, i believe mostly because we see eachtother in the morning workout. so no i do not bombard him with texts and calls all day lol. also we see each other every weekend he usually does initiate the conversation. like said before i dont reall care that we dont text much anymore. but the problem i have is when i text something like have a nice say at work or like bringing him lunch he deonst respond. |

There's still stuff about him I don't know yet like relationship wise that I'm curious about just so I can know him better. He is actually really comfortable with serious conversations. I'm really excited because I love the beach and I love the vibe of California. But I'm nervous about going to a new school. I have been to 4 different schools but I'm just really nervous about this one because it's a whole new state. I'm going into 7th grade, so yes it's an awkward year for everyone. I just need advice on what to wear for the first day, how to make friends the first day, etc. Thanks for reading, anything will help! |

| Question: Is it weird for my dad to send me a picture of him from when he was body building? Posted: 15 Jul 2015 03:34 PM PDT he told me that he would give me a pic of him when he was body building but that i have to promise not to show anybody. When I got it I thought it was fake and he was just joking, but he wasn't, it was actually him. He asked me if the pic scared me and i didn't want to admit it so i said no.You know how when your being judged by the judges during the show, the guy has to wear like a thong or a speedo? Well in the picture my dad's wearing one, that's the only thing he's wearing. and he has a painted on golden tan. I'm just curious because I only see my dad on occasions cause i live with my mom, and i'm just not sure if the pic was harmless or if it seems odd that he sent it to me his daughter. Does that seem weird to you? He said afterwards that he wanted me to have a pic so i knew that he wasnt just telling me that he did body building with no proof.I told him that i believed him, but then he said 'I know but atleast you have a pic now too, i'm gonna send you one more I have from basic training,(my dad was in the military), if you'd like'.
