My sister taught my 2, 3, and 4 yr old siblings to swear at me and say things like they are going to punch/hit/kick me. If they have anything that could possibly be used against me, they will. We used to be really close, and I loved spending time with them, but now I obviously don't like being around them. I have no one close to my age in my family, and my 20 something year old brothers don't want to hang around me. My friends are always busy, so I looking forward to having siblings to play with. Now that won't happen. My parents know about the situation. How can I do something about this? Please help! Thank you :-)

Hi, I'm 15 and for as long as I can remember my parents would argue ALL THE TIME. They've always argued like from 5 to 6 times a week but recently it happens every time they're in the house together. And when one isn't in the house my mom/dad will just talk bad about the other to me and my brothers. All the time, I find myself crying or being angry and texting my friends about it so they can comfort me. Although, I'm used to them arguing I have always felt depressed and stressed about it. My Dad discussed on leaving er after another argument. I have two brothers and I'm sure they also feel little by their constant yelling but in contrast to me, they don't want them to separate. When I told my Dad how I felt, my older brother started arguing with me saying that I should just be quiet. It made me angry because he ALWAYS stops me from saying anything negative especially about our parents relationship because he thinks it'll ruin everything even though their relationship is already ruined. I can't just keep quiet all the time and not have a say in this because my feelings matter; being their daughter. My parents always told us that they're staying together just so we can be happy but it's just doing the exact opposite for me. I know my brothers' feeling matter too and I do care about the both of them but what about myself? and my parents.. What do you think is best for my family?

my dads always been negative a lot of the times. he does it to me, my mom, and my sister. but lately its just been so annoying, not even.. its plain rude. ive already been depressed for months now. none of my friends want to hang out. if we do get the chance, something always goes wrong. and also i havent left my house for days. everyday when im in a room with him while hes talking to my mom, he always says that im lazy, pathetic, unmotivated, and all this other stuff. like he wants me to do something, but its what he wants me to do. he wants me to be athletic and stuff but im more into music and cooking. also a few weeks ago i was at olive garden with him and my mom and both of them out of no where start getting mad at me because i dont wanna do sports. i used to be anorexic but now i cant eat at all. im too skinny and my dads is always questioning it. like he forces me to eat but i can barely eat without getting cramps. i just really want him stop being so negative to me.

i m a 21 year old girl and i shaved my head today, because i wanted to try this hairstyle or more like lack of hair.... i think i look pretty good this way, but my mother went absolutely crazy. i still live with her and i am always helping her around the house, i don t drink or smoke or do drugs, but she just can t calm down because I AM BALD.... we re living in a small town and she told me i am only embarrassing her and she won t even listen to me trying to explain everything to her. i kept telling her that i am going to shave my head soon, but she kept laughing at it like it was just a silly joke. any ideas how to approach her on this?? or should i just give her time?

Ok so I'm 14 and both my parents said it was alright if I watch the rocky horror picture show because my mom went to see it when she was my age and I'm going to turn 15 in two months so they figured I was mature enough to watch it and I was thinking about watching it with my dad because he also saw it at the theater when he was a teen and he thought it would be fun if we both watched it together but I'm not so sure because I've heard some people say it's embarrassing to watch with your parents due to the sexual themes in it and I don't want to feel embarrassed while watching it with him or him to feel embarrassed. The sexual content in it is really nothing I can't handle and my dad actually watches south park with me and my twin brother and we all love that show but that's a cartoon and rocky horror has live actors throughout the entire film. For about 2 years my dad has been constantly calling me names. Lately, however, I've noticed that it's more frequent and the things he says are so hurtful. Yesterday he asked me a math question and I didn't know the answer; he started calling me stupid, saying I'm going to fail at school and college. Just then he called me a lazy b*stard because I've been ill in bed all day. The other day he called me fat, an idiot and many more offensive names. I've contronted him about it, he'll apologise but then call me something else later on. I've told my mum and she told me to ignore him. My brother knows what he's like and just told me to look on the bright side; I'll be moving out in two years when I go to university. I just don't understand what he gains from it. I have very little self esteem anyway and with his constant hurtful words I'm basically just coming home and crying every night because I hate being at home. What can I do?

Im 19 years old, I've been with my boyfriend for about three months. My parents have met him. I live with my parents, i do pay rent and have my own car which i bought with my money, i have a job, i dont drink or smoke. I would say I behave good. One time i casually told my mom, my boyfriend and i wanted to go camping, she called me crazy and said i just wanted to go to have sex. I'm 16 and a guy. I like my sis' ex; I think he's cool. He's 21. My sis is controlling so it's no wonder they broke up. He's like, listening to what I say, asking about school, or what I'd like to do in the future, offering some tips without being overbearing. My mom is a vegetarian and I respect her decisions and deal with them, but I can only use "Always" pads. But she won't buy them and I have to use CVS brand and it's so big and uncomfortable, it feels like a diaper and I can't stand it. My dad buys normal things but I am NOT asking HIM to buy my feminine products, my grandmother said she would but how will she get them to me if I don't see her all the time? The only reason I got used to them is because by accident she bought Always, and anything else is uncomfortable because I am very involved in Jujitsu. The other day my family and I looked at a house. We removed our shoes (as often required at open houses). I was barefoot as I had worn sandals (not uncommon) and everyone else wore socks. When the realtor showed us the different rooms and asked us questions about what we thought, she often asked me "Oksana, how does that carpet feel?" Or "Oksana, how does that floor feel?" I later asked her why she kept asking me that, and she said that it was because I had bare feet, thus it was easier to feel the carpets/floors than those wearing socks, and said that my opinion on the carpets/floors was especially important. Does anyone else find this odd?

I sold my broken iPad 2 to get a new one iPad Air 2.im like kinda obsessed or in love with my iPad.everyday my father said that my iPad will come tomorrow but it never did.finally it came after almost one month.now a day before I gave my brother all my pocket money so did my sis to get Samsung Galaxy s6.but when i opened the apple box it was iPad 4. My dad has been really rude and mean to me lately. I don't even do anything wrong it's not like I sneak out and I'm in juvenile all the time, no my room is spotless and I work very hard at school and I try hard to please him. My brother and I were with my grandma the other day, and she told my dad we were being rude when we were with her, we didn't even do anything!!, in the car we stared out the window or played on our phones, and I laughed a couple times at a picture that my brother showed me and she told us we were being rude, so I decided to just be quiet and not talk, so I did then she got mad at me because I wasn't talking to her, but I didn't want to talk because I was just going to get yelled at. Then she told my dad we were like that. So he screamed at my brother and I for no reason so I try to hold back my tears, but I couldn't so I ran up to my room and say in my room to calm down, I couldn't calm down though and I'm tired of dealing with that stuff so I just wanted to kill myself (I was very very sad) so I told him it would be better off if I just killed myself and he said that I should do I said I will and he said good. I can't do it anymore. I decided I just wanted to call the cops so I could get some help, but I didn't because I was to afraid. So I just waited for my mom to get home from work so she could help me some. She did a little. But my dad will not stop, when my mom isn't around he is even worse! Please please help me!!

What kind of abuse is this? And what can happen as the children age? My parents constantly argued about money and pretty much everything. My dad has been a drug (painkillers) addict. He used to come home drunk. He cheats on my mom. He used to yell at me all the time and tell me I'm never gonna be anything. He yells at all of us kids. He used to hit my brothers a lot. He would get tree branches an leave marks on them. He used to hit me a bit as well. My mom rarely stopped him. He is basically a part time dad. My mom is just sad and over it.

Ok so today I found out my brother is most likely doing drugs. Earlier today, he said he needed to upload his photos onto something from his camera. He asked if he could use my computer so I told him he could. About an hour later, he said to not look through the photos. I agreed. But when he left to go to the skate park, I was just so curious and looked through his photos and videos. The video I clicked on, the only thing I looked at, contained footage of my brother and some of his friends at a dirty river, and my brother was filming his friend about to go into the water. Then, for just a split second my brother's hand waved into the shot and in his fingers was a half-smoked cigarette. I immediately paused the video to try and see if it was really a cigarette. And sure enough, it was. And I knew it was his hand because there was a cut on it and I know my brother has a cut on that hand. But the thing is, this isn't the first time I've encountered some kind of drugs associated with him. Once, I was playing XBox (which is in his room) and he would always tell me to not look through his things. But one day I did and I saw an empty bag in one of his old backpacks containing empty medicine containers (like the orange ones with prescription drugs in them). On the container there was a label that said "Blue Dream" on it. When he came home earlier that day, I asked him was Blue Dream was, and he said it was a type of drug, then asked me if I heard it in school. I said no. (cont.) (continued) Speaking of this situation, I literally just went into his room and looked in one of his backpacks, and there was a mason jar that had packs of cigarettes in it. I love my brother to death, but I guess he's been acting weird, staying out with his friends until late. Should I tell my parents? My brother has a rough relationship with them, but I feel like things would get bad either way, if I tell them or if I don't tell them. I'm really worried about him, and I want him to be ok.

I'm 17 and I stay with my mom and so does my oldest brother who is 25. He is continuously putting his hands on my stuff. I've tried talking to him, hiding my stuff, telling my mom, even beating his ***. WE BOTH GOT JOBS, as a matter of fact I've been out of work for about a month due to the business closing down and yet he still touches my stuff. He wears me and my other brother's clothes who's 18. He wears my brother shoes. He doesn't have any clothes or choose not to wear his own. I'm at my wit's end with him. The worst part is he'll wear our good expensive stuff and FCK IT UP!! He doesn't have a car so he walks everywhere. But to go walk up the street and sweat he'll put on my $80 Polo Ralph Lauren shirt , my watch, and leave with it for a few days and come back my shirt faded. He'll take something of mine and sometimes I'll never see it again. Doesn't ask, doesn't let me know. I've just had it with him. He really gon make me hurt him. I bout a pack of cheap Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs from Walmart and a pair of $21 Polo Ralph Lauren boxers. I found out he put on my underwear I lost it.Then to find out he wore my Polo's. I don't know what to do. I go to sleep NY phone charging, I wake up my watch and charge's gone. Remember he's got a job. Where's all his money going?? "I let Paris(an ex-gf) hold $60." but can't afford a pack of draws. He spend s it on alcohol, scratch-offs, and weed. I've just had it.

I just have this huge hatred of older adults, especially those who are parents, who all have this sense of entitlement to be treated above everyone else, believing that only their beliefs matter (as if their opinions are more valuable), that they're never wrong and expect younger adults, teens and children to respect them and treat them nicely yet never does the same for them in return. My hatred towards these type of adults are so big, I just want to stomp their heads on a curb.

So I'll start with what happened.. I have to babysit my baby brother til my mom gets home, and while I try to get him to sleep I can't have my 7 month old dog out or else she will get my brother all hyped up. And since she has cries and whines when I have to leave her in my room, my brother started to yell at me (he is 22 years old). I gave him attitude because I let her out every day to play and shes out in the house with me all the time. I went to my room and he threw a big jar of peanut butter at me and it busted. While I was closing the door he said he was going to punch me in the face and break down my door. So the thing about my brother is he's like 6'4 and has been to jail multiple times for doing drugs. He has threatened to even stab his own girlfriend that he has a child with, He has gotten into fights and put someone in the hospital. I'm pretty sure he has mental problems too. Of course I'm afraid of him because if he punched me I would probably end up in the hospital. I just don't want to seem like an idiot to call the police while crying and having a panic attack. I forgot to mention I'm 15 years old. I also forgot to mention that he actually has two daughters. and he told me to watch his daughter (about 2 years ago) and I said no because I was hanging out with my friend. He broke down the door and forced me to watch and her. I literally cried in front of my friend because I was scared.. I was only like 12-13 years old. He always calls me a brat and a douchebag, even though he acts the same way, and whenever my mom yells at him, he brings up stuff like how my moms cheating on her bf And slams the door. He's 22 years old and he still lives with my mom, and acts like I'm a brat and immature(and yea, I can kind of admit that because of how I grew up, but he grew up the same way and always blames his "jail time" and problems because our dad wasn't in our life). He has made me cry so much in the past because of his threats, and if I fought back and yelled back I know he would actually do something and hurt me. I just don't want to seem stupid because my sister actually called the cops a year or so ago on him and my sister was talking to the police (and I guess she had attitude towards my mother or something and interrupted her, and the police turned it on my sister and made her feel worse). I just feel like I would be stupid calling them because im quite shy, and I feel like they wouldn't care that much and feel like I wasted their time calling them & feel embarrassed.

So, I come from an asian background, the only daughter, with 3 brothers, both my parents are born in Pakistan, neither of their English is very good either. I am British, born and bred. They don't seem to understand that my way of thinking is different to theirs and that is when it gets annoying, I'm 15 and slightly over-weight, I exercise regularly and I tend to do it in private like in my bedroom or when both my parents aren't at home. Once my mother saw me exercising and she started to laugh saying "you're not going to lose weight" etc, yet she's the one who always "bullies" me calling me fat, it really pisses me off, like which mother calls their daughter fat. Not only that but she's always comparing me to my cousins who have amazing figures and beautiful skin. She wants me to wear make up and look beautiful, I mean I understand it may be a mother thing as I am her only daughter. But it makes me feel like am I not enough? Sometimes I feel like saying "get another daughter who will make you happy" but I tend to hold myself back because I do want to have a wonderful relationship with my mum but she makes it so hard! My father on the other hand is very loving and actually shows me he loves me. I mean he is quite protective over me, sometimes over protective and also does make fun of my weight but at least he shows me he loves me. I just can't wait to move out - thats only if they let me ugh

We have about a five year difference and my sister HATES ME. My oldest sister is nice to me, but my other sister snaps at me when I talk to her. I ve never done anything to her.

So I've always wanted to go to a college/university out of state . The thought Of me staying in my current state for the rest of my life drives me crazy and I just get depressed thinking about it . But every time I tell a family member about it , they bring up how I would be leaving family behind and how I have nieces , nephews , a brother and sisters , aunts and uncles etc here . When ever they do bring it up , I can't help but feel bad and think I'm being selfish and inconsiderate to their feelings, even though this is something I've wanted to do for a while . We gave our child a dog for Christmas 2013. Our daughter (now 7) takes great care of her pet however the dog is naughty. No matter how much she is taken outside or put into cage she still uses bathroom on floor at least once a week, eats food off of table, darts out door everytime its opened. She has been trained but nothing works. My husband and I now fight everyday over this dog, I told him we need to talk to our child about getting rid of the dog however he says our daughter's feelings do not matter and wants me to give the dog away (in turn making me the "bad guy"). I do the disciplining in the house and am not afraid of my daughter being mad at me however this one is tricky as I also still want the dog. My husband knows I want the dog but says that I am being disrespectful and unapprecitive of him by not doing as his told me. Would like some advice on this situation

Getting straight to the point. I have known this man for 8 months now and we use to talk about somewhat personal things and exchanged banter. He would give me advice when I was in a serious mood. But when I'm playful he becomes playful and mushy slightly nervous. But if I'm not in the mood he reflects that too. But He was walking being me and then stopped to avoid getting to close to me. And he will act like he doesn't talk to me in front of others. But he still tries to be around me and the people I talk to..? He is very aware of my presence compared to others. I don't know what to think or feel it's all confusing. Especially when he mirrors my mood. And sings when he sees me? Lol. What is he acting like a confused child for?

This may seem ungrateful or whiny but my mom is very emotionally unstable and I can't take it anymore. She will be fine for a day or so and then suddenly she will do a total 180 and yell at me and tell me how much of a ***** I am and refuse to talk to me for days...I'm almost 18 but I know there is no way I can move out until my 20s...she makes me feel bad about myself and guilts me for hanging out or talking to my boyfriend of a year. She also treats my dad this way. I just don't think I can handle it anymore, her behavior towards me makes me want to die and I don't know what to do. I have confronted her many times and she always makes it about what I do wrong, and I know this sounds like a typical teenager response but I'm genuinely not doing anything wrong. My dad won't speak up for me either because he says it's not worth the repercussions it will bring. I agree to a point but I don't know if I can handle this anymore. If my parents were both financially capable, I wish they could get their own individual places so I could live with my dad, but that's not going to happen. This isn't really a question, I'm sorry to bother you if you took the time to read this, I just feel kind of lost right now.

My sister is not allowed outside alone and she is only 10. Like in 7:00 in the morning she keeps waking me up and telling me she wants to go outside and I'm sick of it. My Mom lost her job. She has trouble keeping them. She quit because of drama at work. She was extremely depressed for 3 days after. Not eating. Not talking. Nothing. She didn't want to look for a job. She says there's no jobs around here. Then talk about moving started up. Moving onto my grandparents property down south. In a very large town. I want to go to school here. I love this town. I've always wanted to graduate with the people I went to kindergarten with. I have friends who I don't want to leave. I love my two and a half acres. I'm 14 years old and have been living here all my life. I'm an only child, so I became attached fairly easily to my surroundings. I've also been in karate for 7 years. So if I moved, my dream of completing the belt ranking of HCK is crushed. My mom interviewed for a job but a lady that hates her told the manager not to hire her. Even though my mom did nothing wrong. She's completely crused. Now shes talking about her leaving my dad and I to go live with her parents. I wish she would just look for a job for more than 2 days and give up. She says there's no point in family anymore. If we did move I don't think I could handle it. I have depression and it would kill me. I would really like some help.

I've been feeling really depressed for a while and it's becoming impossible to deal with. I'm not 17 until next month but it just feels like my life isn't worth living. My girlfriend cheated on me with my best friend, my other friends are self centered, I've never had a father figure, everyone is only out for themselves and overall I have lost happiness for life and living. My mum and sisters are the only people in my life who matter and they are the only reason why I haven't ended it all. It's hard to explain how I feel but I feel empty inside.

So I'm going to a party today and my IPad will be at home. I know my brother will try to snoop and go on my apps while I'm gone. I'm not allowed to change the password or hide my IPad or anything like that. If i tell my mom to make sure he doesn't go on, my mom will let him anyways. Is there some kind of app you can download for free that gives you a text Everytime somebody logs on your IPad? I do have a password, but my mom & brother both know it and I'm not allowed to change it. Help!!

Ever since my Daughter was old enough to eat people food other than baby food I put foods like mashed potatoes, carrots and other good stuff (I never backed out of giving in to her) I had her try each and every food on her plate didn't have to eat the whole thing. I'm still that way and she's 3 years old she eats Brussel Sprouts, onions straight off subway, pretty much ALL veggies and fruits even carrot juice cranberries I sometimes give her treats like donuts, hotdogs, Mac N Cheese ice cream etc but I just didn't want a picky eater and hopefully my next baby is like her or I just got super lucky?? I didn't make her eat some of those foods she just choose to I think because she doesn't know what junk food really is I don't really buy her McDonalds or Burger King if I do take her out it's usually Subway.

So for a couple of years now me and my family, mostly my mom, haven't gotten along very well. One time when we were coming back from Florida she got mad at me because I didn't help her back out of the parking deck. I didn't know she needed help so I was just listening to music on my phone. She got mad at me and said I'm so absorbed in my phone, but whenever she comes home from work around 3:00 she in on the phone till 10:00 sometimes. She talks to different people of course, but it's mainly people that make her mad which makes it worse for me and the rest of my family. My sister and nephew recently came down from New York and have been living with us. I can't stand either of them and my sister always says means things to me, but I'm the one who gets in trouble for saying something back. My dad is always in a bad mood because he always brings home work from work. I literally can't spend time with my family because they are always doing something and last night my mom wouldn't let me get a subscription for Funimation to watch anime. She said it would just keep me in my room even more, but she never spends time with the family because she is always on her phone. How can I make things better? I seriously need help.

My mum and dad divorced about 7 years ago, and my dad has been seeing his girlfriend for 5 years. For the first year or two I thought she was amazing. She was fun, she looked after us and for the 2 nights a week we stayed with my dad she came over and always knew how to cheer me up. Then her and my dad moved in together. After a year or so I noticed she had such bad OCD. She cleaned EVERYTHING. Everything in our house is in place. I can't have friends round without her hovering round cleaning up after our every move. She's always nagging me. Not like the way your mum nags you, but 10 times worse. Shes never had children so she doesn't know how to treat me and my little brother, she treats us like adults and doesn't let us have any fun in our house because it might make a mess. My niece is 15 years ol and she has a seven months old baby. They both reside in my home. Her mom is in Philadelphia in a rehabilitation center. My niece needs help for her and the baby. I can't get her in school or get her social security number or and I.D.because I don't have custody.

I'm 17 years old with a child I'm no longer with her father but since she's been born I've been at my parents house.I believe that its not a good enviorment to raise her in for the fact that there very mentally abusive.I'm taking more responsibility for my daughter than her dad does.I really don't want to be at my house no more I'm still in school and work. But my parents always argue with me before I leave the house to the time that I get home . my mom is the main one that loves to argue with me and my dad. I recently moved in with my father who lives one state away and am starting at a new school where I know no body and I was forced to move in with my father who is as up tight as people can be and as school gets closer I am beginning to have second thoughts and panic attacks about what to do. I don't know where to start but she has anxiety and is depressed, she doesn't take pills anynore(her medical got cut)she's been very unaware of her mind for a few months. All of my siblings (and the majority of my family) have or have had mental disorders, even i, but at 16 I figured it out, I had to learn about my self and what I had going on to start fixing my self so I'm okay now! I still have GAD but I know how to handle it. I didn't get it nearly twice as bad as my siblings iam aware! I stopped going to family events and I separated my self from my family for my own good and I have gotten soooo much better! My mother is not okay, she blames so much on me, even though iam in my own world, I mind my own business and distract my self from her, I have a sister who's always on my moms side she's worse than my mom, yesterday she was yelling at me (load of bonkers to just press the right buttons) I finally just popped after so long of being the bigger person and ignoring them and walking away and I fought my sister, I was arrested in my own house! I have a brother I can possibly move In with but first what advice can you guys please give me? I'm holding my ground because I know iam a ******* diamond but this family is slowly dragging me.

My mother said that we would go to Florida on Friday and when Friday came she lied, She won't stop doing this, and it's effing annoying. She Won't Stop. PLZ HELP

I'm not saying when I leave the house let me go without asking where I mean like in my room. Like what does he think I even do in there. So I'm a teen I have developed parts on my body and I don't have a bathroom in my room too get dressed in. My dad always bangs on the door and barges in (idk why he has to bang on the door that's a little obnoxious) like what if I'm trying too get dressed? I wouldn't want that to happen... Opinions?

I need opinions. My sister in law came to visit from Florida and is staying with my other sister in law. My husband and I told one sister not to bring up a certain subject in front of my 12 yr old son who has Autism. We forgot to tell the sister who was visiting and she brought it up in front of everyone. The sister who knew immediately said to me " I knew not to bring it up because you told me not to" the sister who brought it up overheard her and snapped at the sister saying "What do you want from me? "the other sister said "you didn t do anything wrong". Now I am wondering if the sister who brought it up was being malicious, because they tell each other everything and I can t believe she did not know to keep quite about the subject. I know this is hard to follow, sorry. Am I being naive thinking she really didn t know? My husband insists she had to have known because they are so close. They have always been trouble in the past but I thought we were really getting along now. well... We think it would have come up because it was regarding a family member that is astranged, the sister that asked might have already know because she never asked us ahead of time if that person was going to be there as well, that in its self tells us that she must have already known ,didn't ask over the phone how that person was or if that person was going to be there. In the past the person asked about was always invited.

Ok so me and my sister have been really close our whole lives. We went through foster care, our parents' divorce, and years of childhood abuse. For a long time she was the only real family I had, but then we both moved in with our grandmother. Life has been great since. I've messed around with a few girls and I've "dabbled" in drugs and alcohol. I'm not saying this makes me sound like a grown up but this is vital to the story. Btw me and my sis are under eighteen. Last night after I finished smoking my bowl, I told my sister goodnight and went in my room to sleep. A little later (while I was still high) she texts me saying that she has a question for me. I ask her what it was but but she said never mind. I asked again and she asked me that if she blew me would I eat her out. I said not of course but now I feel really awkward around my sister. What do I do? Should I act normal around her? A little guidance would be very much appreciated. Later I asked her why did she want that and she said that she didn't want it because she felt a special way for me, but that she was curious how getting eaten out felt and she heard that I was good. I need help.

okay so heres the situation. My two parents are divorced. My mom and dad live close to eachother though. I live most of the time with my mom and on the weekends i come over to my dads. My mom has a two bedroom home. I share a room with my mom (and bed) and my brother has his own. He comes over occasionally and for three months in the summer. So that leaves me to share a room with my mom. When he's gone i get the room but its so annoying having to give him the room constantly. And if i wanted to move in my dads house i would have to take the family room and guests would constantly be takimg my room. I have a step mom and step sister. MY STEP SISTER GETS A ROOM. I find that completely unfair. What should i do? I cant even have friends over!

She's 23 and I'm 18. I know she's older and she's always been stronger than me but I always hoped when I got older that would change. Now I'm supposed to be a man but my sister is still stronger than me. I'm kind of tall and thin but she's short and pretty athletic. She teased me when she beat me last night and said 'still a boy, I see', even though she was kidding, it bothered me

Okay so I'm 21 and my stepdad has lived with us since I've been about 10. I have one sister and a half brother. I like spending time on my own when I am at home, like having the curtains and windows closed, cause that's what I feel comfortable with. When we have dinner I don't really speak cause I don't really have anything to say so I just listen. My stepdad keeps going on about how it's unhealthy for me to live like that, I should ask any doctor or person who knows what they're talking about and they'll tell me the same thing. Today when he got home the door was locked and I was in my room listening to music and my mom in the shower, and he called for a few minutes to open the door, but I thought my mom was on her way, I didn't know she was busy. When he got in, he just opened my door and shat on me for ignoring them. I said I'm sorry but he wouldn't let it go and started on what I previously mentioned again. He won't ever listen, why can't he just leave me and let me live my life the way I want? I'm almost 22 for crying out loud and next year I'm moving out and starting with a new job after my studies. I got mad and shouted and then ran out of the door and lay down in an empty group of bushes for about half an hour.

So, I'm 16. Every year I somehow make it to the honor roll, and I just wish that I'm dead. My parents hate me, (they even told me once), I've got zits, and I come home with bruises all around my head. The pressure's on to get good grades, so I can be semi- successful like my parents. I do my homework all the time, and I can't go out right now... but I want to. My "friends" aren't friends at all. They suck me dry and tease me every chance they get. They yell at me when I **** up and party when I cry. I look so big on paper, but I feel so ******* tiny. I wanna die, and nobody cares. They just stroll on down the hallways of our school. I'm sure when I was born, my mother cried and picked me up with gloves. The girls at our school kick me in the eye, and then they turn around and go "Hey, can you risk your academic career, the only thing you have left in life, by giving me test answers? 'Kay, thanks! Byyyyye!", and when they get them, they drive off and leave me home to rest. When I do die, nobody will remember me, except for some stupid picture on the wall. "He was such a bright boy, the future in his hands.", or a spineless human pinball shot around by your school?!

My parents have been married for 20 years. They've hit some bumps in the road, and managed to get past it. I think this time is different, They always tell us (my siblings too) that we are so lucky to have parents so in love. Lately they have been fighting, but making up. My father is occasionally in a bad mood, and I'm afraid that is all I'm going to remember. My father offered to go stay by my uncle for a few days. But what do they expect me to think? He's away on business? They think I'm clueless. I hate it. My heart shatters from the thought of divorce, and I can't handle the pain. My mom told my father that he is lucky to have a wife like her, because the way he acts, another woman would have thrown him out sooner. My sister tries to reassure me that they are love (she knows they are) but after hearing what my mom said, I can't handle it. I need help, or I don't know what I'm going to do. My mom told my dad that they have to pretend that nothing is going on, so how am I supposed to approach them?

I'm 16 years old turning 17 next month, I'm going to become a senior in highschool. I have a 4.7 gpa all honors and advanced placement classes. I would say I'm a pretty good kid. Every day (Monday-Friday) I have to wake up at 5 in the morning to catch the bus to go to school, and everyday after school I have to catch the bus back home then walk 1 hr to pick up my little sister from elementary school , bring her back home feed her , make sure she eats, showers etc. on weekends I have to watch her as well (my mom works 6 days a week) sometimes I want to spend a day that she has off to hang out with my friends! she asks my I want to go out so badly, and I respond saying sometimes I want a break & to hangout. & she immediately starts to tell and call me ungrateful and says "want a break?! You don't do **** you ungrateful piece of ****" I really don't understand because I take care of my sister keep my grades up really high , clean the house (her room , sisters room , my room , bathrooms , kitchen , patio? Takes out garbage) because she doesn't have time. I just don't understand why she won't let me.

Hello I'm 14 years old these past few days have been the worst of my entire life all my life I have bottled up all of my hate, and negativity I finnaly had it and explode with anger, and have to punch things and hyper ventilate. I'm now completely honest with out regarding being rude. My whole life so far has been horrible like you would see it in a movie horrible. We are poor no one works we live off the goverment my dad left with a affair he is also a junkie and constantly lies. My mom is on the slow side and says the right things to get me angry. My sister is cool but what ever. They make me do everything physical even if it's simple we just moved to basically the hood from a nice house because my dad's parents kicked us out to give him a home when he returns I never want to speak to them again. i have to leave my school friends and gf. Going to a horrible school with gangs and I'm bad with first impressions involving school it took me 5 years to make decent friends. We are currently moving we have to get rid of my stuff because it doesnt fit in the house. I'm just sick of everthing and want to break stuff all my life I have bottled up this crap Now it just got a hell of a lot worse the school I want to go to is just as close but it's not in the same county district. I hate my life the only thing that distracts me is youtube what can I do I'm right now shaking with rage.

Selling stuff for drugs always having friends and her family there and ripping him off to keeps trying to kick her out but always stays on the porch beating on the door coming up with some reason that she's innocent I keep telling its her and showing him its her and bring his stuff back when I find out who has it and saying she sold it to them she always on meth has him on it bad to what can I do to get her out

I overheard my father and a good family friend of ours talking in the room next to mine. He said something like the stakes are high and we need him whacked. Wtf does that mean I only know one whack and that's whacking off. so what are they talking about?

I'm currently 17 years old and I will be turning 18 this September and will be a senior in high school. I do extremely well academically, with a 4.3 GPA and good reviews from teachers. With my good GPA and ACT score, I'd like to go to an Ivy League School but my mother would never let me, since she argues "there are good schools here in Chicago" but I want to get out of the house. I'm very grateful for my mother she has done so much for me and my siblings, but she's raised me to be dependent on her and my dad but I don't want to be. Not once in my life have I hung out with my friends in public (unless it was for school). I'm not allowed to join any sports, go to parties or to the mall or the beach like everyone else. She's even known my friends for years (we've been best buds for 10 years) and still doesn't trust me to go with them across the street even though I've never given her a reason not to trust me. I'm not allowed to stay home alone for more than 30 minutes (my moms paranoid I might be kidnapped). I don't do drugs I don't drink and neither do my friends. She's the same way with my two sisters and now they are both in their 30s and still won't leave home because my mother never let them be independent. When I try to sit her down and ask her to see a movie with my friend she says no you can see the movie when it comes on DVD and you can see your friends at school. I don't even have my drivers license because she told me I have no need for one I need advice please

I'm getting seriously worried about her. Yesterday, she went to school late, eyes swollen with tears streaming down her face and sobbing. I was so scared! I've known since 7th Grade that her parents beat her. She would come to school with bruises and gets bullied for it. I was there but only to give encouraging messages. She told me a lot of times that her mother hates her and was always on her siblings' side. She told me that her siblings would tell lies about her which makes their pathetic excuse of parents 'discipline' her by beating her up. Her father, was the one to do the beating though it seems ironic to me that she says she is a 'Daddy's Girl'. She told me that day that her dick of a 'dad' hit her head 6 times. That would have caused injury. These doesn't happen to her siblings. Her mother often humiliates her in front of us. She also said that she doesn't want to go back home. We had a field trip today and though she paid for it, she never made an appearance. My problem is that she calls it 'discipline' and that is just fxxking wrong. Violence is never the answer. I was frustrated so I told her that I'm calling the cops or authority but she begs me not to. She wants to keep it a secret and be a quiet victim. She's ashamed. I should probably do something but what? In some cases, people would say that it's not my business or I don't know the whole story but I was thrilled enough to be in beast mode, after hearing her story.

well.. my mother thinks I'm jealous of her.. I don't know why? whatever I do she says I'm jealous of her many people say I look like my mother. and when we have to dress up n go out they usually compliment her and say my mom is prettier and I'm totally fine with that. yet she think I'm jealous of her? we went to a salon and they spoiled her hair.. mine too.. so she was like because of me they spoiled her hair and again she said I'm jealous of her...? it hurts a lot when she says that I mean I'm not jealous of her why would I be? she is my mother for God sake.. So my mom called me and asked me to tell the maid the grocery to buy today because she is stuck in traffic. .. she asked me to note then the phone call was cut then I waited for her call then I decided to call myself the phone is ringing but she is not picking up .... I scared and crying ..... and the phone is not off because its ringing

My parents have divorced when I was about 9 years old. I didn't like my mom's new husband and I thought it was my moms fault (the divorce), so I moved to my dad's. But as I'm getting older (now 17 y.o.) I'm realizing I've done the worst mistake in my life by going to my dad. I realize it was the best think she could do when she divorced him. This isn't a functioning house hold and I basically hate everything about living with my dad. I feel like he doesn't care about me as much as my mom. I miss her every day and I miss my small brother and to not think about it I'm watching TV and I think I'm becoming addicted to it, because if I don't watch it, I cry. I can't bear this anymore, I miss her so much. I see her just a couple of times a year and I regret every moment I'm not with her. I'm the most unhappy I've ever been.
