When I first met my bf, he'd just been fired from his job so we hung out a lot more and then we started dating. After we started dating, he managed to find a assembly job, but the hours are late at night and long, and his commute is long too. This means he spends most of his time, asleep at home, or at his job, and is only awake for a few hours. When we do go on dates, I can see he's tired and I don't want to come off as clingy when I try to text him more etc. How can I focus more on myself so that I can be supportive of him w/o feeling sad and alone when I can't talk to him as much as I'd grown accustomed to? My only "distractions" currently are my few uni classes and studying, and I'm not sure how to give myself the attention I lack. |
