My wife cries when we make love. Why does she do this ? How can I comfort her ?

i have shared custody of our 12 year old son and my ex is trying very hard coming up with false allegations to try to decrease my parenting time....i live with my parents / sister/brother in a large house and he is very comfortable..her most recent allegation involves my brother...she is saying my son is in danger because my brother has mental issues..my brother is a college graduate and very healthy and gets along with him very well..she told the family relation guy that she wants my son to come to court and talk with someone in family relations...my son told me is very happy with my brother and never ever said any of those allegations to his mother about him...I dont want my sons foot to step inside the court building, he is only 12 years old and he also told me to dont want to get involved by coming to court etc... since she brought up the word danger about my brother to the family relation officer they said that they will have a quick chat with m son about this and will have to bring him in....do i have any right or does he have any right if he does NOT want to come to court and get involved etc??? my ex does not give a hell about our son and wants to put him in center of all these false allegations...he is only 12 years old...

My wife is upset because her ex keeps texting her asking if he can see his daughter she keeps saying no he keeps texting her back and threatening her. I took her phone and wrote back to him to go kill himself or leave us alone or I'll call the cops he'll never see us again. No point in changing our numbers or moving he'll just find another way to contact her or get her number. She blocked him once but he got her number back from one of her friends. She's really upset and scared right now. He knows where we live too he came to see his daughter once before she called him daddy last time she said she made her do that. She told me she wished she knew how bad he was before she got pregnant by him she was 19 she had her at 20. He treated her like crap he still does. It's like Teen Mom drams around here. How can I comfort her ?

I had watched a video, in it is Joel osteen he starts out talking about a story about a mayor, the mayor says to his wife if you were still married to that guy you wouldn t be married to the mayor. She responded, if I was married to him he would be the mayor.

So I was able to sit down and talk with my wife about the violence order and the state of our marriage recently. She explained that she has decided to change after 10 years and no longer hit me. I guess the intervention involving the courts and the psychologists visits are working. But she explained that recently she has been thinking a lot and pulling away from our marriage because she wants to be happy. Thinking about herself and saying that it's no point in staying for our 6 month old son if we aren't happy She explained the reasons she cut off my phone and blocked me on her social media was because she was tired of hearing that I had complained about her and her mother's care of our baby. Their cultural differences were really upsetting me. I have begun the process of researching divorce agreements as I cannot see a way forward or to improve from this. I also feel like it wasn't warranted to block my calls and treat me like a stranger. People have mentioned hanging in there. I can try but something really needs to change or we are going to end up living apart. She already spoke about moving out... So I'm faced with this situation where everything is turned on me again. It's not the first time she has said things like you need to do x,y,z to save our marriage. Whilst I understand her frustrations, part of me feels like I'm being manipulated. There was no need for her to just decide to make distance between us out of the blue like that. Normal healthy couples don't treat each other like that. I don't think she realised how close I was to serving an agreement to separate. I cannot understand how my simple complaints on and off are worthy of her trying to cut me out and go her own way out of the marriage! Her exact words today were: I don't like you anymore....wtf. Then she talked about moving out. Yeah the question: is it worth trying to stick it out and wait and see if she stops the nonsense of blocking me off? Or should I hold myself to more value than that kind of treatment and just dissolve our marriage? What's the most sensible thing to do when your wife is behaving like she doesn't want to communicate with you anymore? Originally I was considering divorce as I couldn't take her hitting me anymore. Her anger management issues brought me to the brink. The interventions with the court were the only way for her to change. But now the tables turned and she is the one considering divorcing me.

I pay child support for my 15 year old daughter monthly. My ex uses the money to support my daughter and the other 2 kids because their dads are not on court mandated child support. They are self-employed and barely give her anything. Since the child support I'm paying is supporting 4 people, my daughter did not have money to participate in an extra curricular activity at school; her mom didn't have the money. So now, my 15-year old has a parttime job after school and is missing some of her school homework. 1) Can the courts require her to get support from the 2 dads? 2) Can I reduce my child support by sending money to the school for xtra curricular activities. 3) Can I send a portion of the child support directly to my daughter?

by dark history I mean, the bad things that happened in your life. He noticed that my mom is very over protective and was asking if I was "okay" when I was with my boyfriend. So I told him my ex traumatized her but i didn't tell him what happened. I can honestly say that I have been taken for a idiot. I have been married for just under 6 years. Shortly after the honeymoon (and I mean on the drive home from the airport) she revealed to me that she had roughly $30k in credit card debt that she needed to pay off and wouldn't be able to save. While my expectation of her has never been for her to take care of me, I've always wanted her to be responsible with money, so I took on the living expenses and her earnings went towards this debt. The short of it is that, well, after she paid the credit cards off she began to spend again, frivolously. Our apartment became cluttered. We didn't live together before marriage, but it turns out that she hoards things she buys with these cards. We were evicted from the apartment because of the hoarding. I was embareassed, and also at this point desperate to help her with this problem, and she told me that the size of the apartment was small and it contributed to the anxiety that led to the hoarding.... So...I used my life savings to buy a house. Shortly thereafter, she went behind my back and got 13 credit cards and maxed them out. We both make excellent money, but because so much goes towards credit cards, "we" have not been able to save money for emergencies or anything. She did pay for a vacation with her friends. And the house is once again littered with stuff that she buys and trash that she refuses to take out. I think I'm done.

Yesterday I got home from school early while my mom was downstairs and I heard her from upstairs talking on the phone. She was talking to her sister about how this guy who's a manager at her gym has been flirting with her and trying to take her out. On top of that he is a black guy so I already know this guy will not give up. She said she never told my dad about him yet and doesn't think she's going to because then he will tell her to stop going to that gym. Further into it she said to my aunt "you know it sucks because he's so fine, and dad never let us date black guys when we were younger." This is complicated but my family is middle eastern and migrated here in the 90s, so they are very fixed on staying within their culture. My grandpa would have killed my mom had she ever dated outside her race with a black man, but he's dead now. And honestly I can see why this guy is hitting on her, she's a gorgeous woman and keeps her figure nice. So then she kept going on about how this guy is soo irresistable and that he reminded her how much she found black men attractive growing up but couldn't do anything about it. This is the part where I almost threw up, she said something about "king sized chocolate" that I didn't fully understand. The conversation ended with her saying she might just let him take her out once to see if she "made a mistake" now wtf does she mean by that?? My parents have been married for 16 years and she's just now feeling like this all of a sudden?

He's slobbery and open mouthed, and won't use chapstick when he has rough lips. I told him that I would like to show him what I like and help him be better, and this is what he said: "I guess that I'm more of the type who likes to improve by myself without anyone helping me when it comes to this type of stuff. But because I love you I'll try to kiss better." Is this a male pride thing or did I come across too strong or what?

My wife left me a year ago (cheated) but I haven't been able to afford a divorce because the debt I acquired with 2 incomes (hers and mine) was more than manageable. But once she left she hasn't paid for anything from the cars to the house. Now(a year later) she wants half the equity now. A year ago the equity was 30k now its almost 90k. Married in New York, bought the house and live in Hawaii. Will she get half from when she left or half from now? What do you guys think? Thanks!

She has a history of abusing me. I posted just recently about her being all over the place, the court matters thanks to her smashing the home, hitting me and her mother. She has a court order to see a psychiatrist to deal with her ager issues. So I am trying to be supportive and make sure that my son is cared for. I m on the night shift duty so my wife and I are like ships in the night. I think she prefers it that way. She came at me fighting just three days ago and once again said not to talk to her except abut the baby. We are virtually separated under the same roof already because we aren t talking, she has my phone number blocked and has blocked me off her social media. I cannot continue to support her living under my roof. We both work full time and she earns more money than me. Her mother looks after our son and we share the care between the three of us. Right now she is continuing to treat me like I m not even in her circle of friendship or within her family. I am rteally worried that I m being played. She really is trying to cut me out of her life but continue to live under the same roof as me. I plan to confront her tomorrow to find out why she is trying to live like this way. I m getting so angry but I m going to control myself to try and have a rational discussion to figure out what is going on for her. Last time she was angry at me, she mentioned speaking to a guy and was saying future Chinese husband which she has since denied... I can't figure out if she is doing this on purpose as another form of abuse because she knows she cannot abuse me by speaking badly or hitting me. I think she has found the way that upsets me. I am really confused and hurting right at this moment. It's 2am and I'm at work... Also, if anything happens to our son I won't be able to contact her. We are still sleeping in the same bed but I feel physically ill at this moment that she might be cheating on me or worse?? None of this is normal! Also, after cutting me off completely like this she is continuing to only contact me about access to the car that we share. She is also looking through my phone to try and see if I'm cheating. But hello? If we are going to act like we are separated under the same roof then surely I deserve the right to start moving on?? I'm married but not married right now. I'm in serious limbo. Should I take a stand and kick her out?

i cant pay for it myself and i have no parental support. i'd otherwise have to wait an additional 3 years. i'm 21 and nothing is changing. i want a career. however... i am one of those awful people that feel things so deeply and has such a sense of right and wrong, and i think it would be wrong of me not to marry for love. i think i'd feel like i was marrying for money.

My ex keeps leaving my kids in the care of a friend who drinks heavily and I am not comfortable with it. She is not his significant other, just a friend. I have sole legal custody but am unsure of my rights in this situation. My attorney wasn't very helpful with this question. Does anyone have experience with this kind of thing?
