Question: Can I Change My Life? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 10:15 PM PST My boyfriend is an alcoholic and sells weed. He bounces back n forth from his mothers house to his sisters house which he rents. I dont live there but pay half the rent because i had promised to move in. I dont want to because he can become abusive. He is also very flirtatious and is unemployed. He is sweet to his family but has kicked me out from visiting him and has left me stranded on the road after we argued because he told me to shut the eff up. His best friend runs a strip club. He can be funny at times but i find myself running out of money with him. Hes also very transient because he travels to fish and has a boat which he bought on credit. Sometimes he looks very handsome and sometimes he doesnt bath for days. He even forgot my birthday but can be sweet and cook my favorite meal. I fear he will have no future. He drinks a case a beer a night. |
Question: Does sleep over always mean sex? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 08:35 PM PST Guy that I'm dating for 4 months asked if I want to sleep over. He said to eat dinner and to watch movies. Does this mean also sex for sure? (We had sex last month) |
Question: Husband upset because I need to travel for work.? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 08:10 PM PST I just started a new position at the company I been working over 2 years. This year I will need to travel 2 times. One for 3 days and second one for a week. My husband said I don't want you go and got upset. I told him not to get mad and that this is work related but he said I am not ok with it. He has always had issues with my jobs, there is always something that bothers him. Do you think I am wrong for going or should he understand? |
Question: Why do husbands always cheat on their wives? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 06:35 PM PST What's the point of proposing if there will be infidelity? |

Question: I'm having an emotional affair, and I intend to end it. How to end it best? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 05:45 PM PST I had an emotional affair with a man I met online in 2014, while he was newly married to his wife and I was in a long-term relationship with my boyfriend. We were in contact for about 11 months before I was caught by my sister and had to face what I did. I ended things between Marshall and I back then, and confessed what I did to my boyfriend, John. By the time that happened, John and I were already in a strained relationship (part of the reason why I strayed) and Marshall and I had confessed that we loved each other and were entertaining starting a new life together. Marshall was disappointed, but understood what I was doing, and we wished each other the best. John and I then spent the next several months working on our relationship. John and I have been happily married for a couple of years. We are traveling in the near future, and just happened to be going to where Marshall lives. We booked our trip in August of 2019, and unable to resist the temptation, I reached out to Marshall in secret to let him know that I would be in the area. After reeling from the surprise of getting a message from me after 5 years, Marshall expressed he wanted very much to see me again, if even to catch up. I told my husband that I wanted to see Marshall again in order to truly bury and get over what happened between us and get closure. I say this because I truly fell in love with Marshall, but couldn't trust him due to the nature of our initial relationship and 8-year age gap. All I wanted to know is if Marshall genuinely cared for me back, as this was my first and only affair of any kind (and John and I have been together overall for 12 years). With that, I could gain closure and stop thinking of him. John heard me out on this, and reluctantly agreed that he would allow me to see Marshall for a short amount of time. John does not know that Marshall and I have been in contact since August. He also does not know that Marshall and I have fallen in love again and have been in an online relationship since October of 2019. He also does not know that Marshall and I are debating on whether we should leave our spouses for each other, as we have agreed that we are better suited for each other. Marshall has been married for 5 years, and has a 4 year old child with his wife. I have been married for 2, and do not have children, but I do want them in the near future with someone I love. Yes, I am in love with two men, and I know that may be hard for some to understand. I do not want to inflict more damage than I am going to, but my heart was broken when I left Marshall years ago, and now all I want to know is how he felt for me, so that I can let go. I love my husband, and want to continue a future with him because I trust him. Once my curiosity is gone, then so am I, and I am pretty sure that even though I love Marshall too, I will not leave John for him. My questions are as follows: Does Marshall actually care for me, in your opinion? Or does he see me as a gateway to escaping what he admits is not a great marriage? Am I kidding myself by staying with my husband, and should I actually consider being with Marshall? I don't want to cause harm for Marshall's child. I would be willing to love him like my own if Marshall and I were to be together. What is your opinion/experience with situations like this? How would you leave Marshall? Ty. |
Question: I met a girlfriend of my newly divorced uncle. Should I keep it a secret from everyone? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 05:43 PM PST His 13 year marriage just ended in divorce, 2nd divorce for him. Do I tell the family? My Dad and I met her and no one else. We met her at a reception with him. It is my Mom's brother and she does not even know (my Dad said he isn't going to bother telling her yet till the uncle wants to introduce the woman). My father said to feel free to tell people if I want, just not to tell my uncle's two kids from his 2nd marriage who are still minors. |
Question: Husband is into wifesharing and I’m not? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 05:39 PM PST So there's like 12 reasons I'm against it, but I want to ask about just one right now, which is that I feel like a loss of his protection. Of course he'd only pick people he knows and trusts, would use contraception/protection, and wouldn't do anything to hurt or trick or punish me, but even knowing all that I still feel heartbroken and like I've lost an important thing to me about my man protecting me from other men. I'm not so great at explaining this or fully understanding myself and why I feel this way, but I feel like I'm the only one protecting myself now because all I have to do is tell him I change my mind and give him consent to share me and he'll go ahead and make arrangements. It kind of makes me feel like cutting my hair and stop wearing makeup or dressing sexy and stop being so outgoing, whereas before I always felt comfortable doing that because I had my man to protect me from other men, now I just imagine my husband wanting it. So not a specific question but wanting to hear thoughts on this from others to see if anything resonates with me. Thank you. |

Question: Do you ever feel like your husband doesn’t fit the life you want anymore? ? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 04:05 PM PST I'm married with one child. We've been married for 3 years now. When we first met we always ate really good had lots of coffee, desserts, fatty dinners..etc.. but lately I've been feeling a change in my soul. I don't enjoy the same foods I use to and I've suddenly become lactose intolerant. Maybe it's a sign that I've been needing to change my diet all along. I hate to say it but my husband is a fat ***! It never bothered me before but now it irritates me. I'm trying to live this healthy clean lifestyle but he's raining on my parade by always wanting food that's bad for you. He's also the bread winner of the household. He tells me about the disgusting gas station burritos he gets. His farts smell ******* disgusting. Tired of his terrible meal ideas. I just don't think we really fit together anymore I'm so turned off by him. I don't know what to do? Somehow come up with a way to compromise? I've tried getting him to change his diet but he sneaks off and buys burgers, burritos, cokes. Trust me I can SMELL it. Ugh |
Question: Is it a good idea to take a weekend break away from marriage and the wife? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 04:01 PM PST I mean I'd tell her my plans and stay gone all weekend. This would be taking a day of work or mental health day. |
Question: Can you be raped by your own husband? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 03:52 PM PST |
Posted: 04 Feb 2020 02:59 PM PST A blank answer is not acceptable. There is nothing in life that is perfect. This is your chance to make it right. Go back in time and konk the guy in the noggin when he was drafting up the marriage rules. Then make your edit. I'll add mine too But of course you know mine already. Yearly side action allowance (for both) to satisfy the bold and adventurous spirit! Like a sabbatical! |
Question: My husband is a little on the small side at 6 3/4" so is it wrong to recommend toys? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 02:02 PM PST |
Question: How long should I allow my father to live at our house? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 01:41 PM PST My father was kicked out by my stepmother in November for a minor infraction that had nothing to do with cheating or anything terrible. He has been contributing $100 a week but he's only had three marriage counseling sessions with her in two and a half months and it's going absolutely nowhere. he's a sweet man and he's a great roommate he's very quiet and he picks up after himself however he hasn't contributed to any housework or even offer to cook dinner. We have a large house but it's beginning to take a toll on my husband and I. |
Posted: 04 Feb 2020 12:10 PM PST How awkward will be the situation for him(husband) when the best man will hold his wife on the wedding to the destination and may give a mocking smile to the husband to pull his leg? Also, what shoukd the best man do after the husband finds out and he sees him upset? Should he go near him and make fun of the husband as he(best man) has nothing to lose now and all will support him saying past is past? |
Question: Should I break up with my boyfriend? I can’t picture being married yet ? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 10:36 AM PST I'm new to the dating scene and would like to know what to look for in a man to eventually marry. My current boyfriend is nice and caring and good in the bedroom. I would almost want to marry him but think I would miss out if I don't have a few carefree flings. We've only been together for one year. Should I break up with him? |
Question: If you could commit to being married even in the next life, would you? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 09:50 AM PST Remember ladies, you own your dude till death. But what if you could also own him forever even in the afterlife? There would never be respite from marriage! I propose a new vow! Not only to the death, but for eternity! Would you take that bow ladies? Correction. Vow, not bow (before the English nuts get on my case) |
Question: Married women, we all make mistakes, why won’t you fess up? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 08:34 AM PST I've been trying to sugar coat the bold and adventurous past that women remember so fondly. But they couldn't have been all keepers, otherwise you would have married them all. So why pretend ladies, that these fellas that used you were fond memories. Why not admit that some of those were mistakes of bad judgement in your youth. |
Posted: 04 Feb 2020 08:28 AM PST And on asked by husband about this different treatment, she says that she kissed all her exes and did all other things with them because they were not very important for her and she did'nt care for them but she does'nt kiss her husband because she loves him and cares for him? Is this reason and excuse justified? If yes, then can the husband stop sleeping with her, and on asked he may say that he does'nt sleep with her because he loves her and does care for her? |
Posted: 04 Feb 2020 08:25 AM PST Seems like too soon to my mother and I but of course it shouldn't be our business. The girlfriend met us Friday. |
Question: My husband is irritated with me? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 07:24 AM PST I'm 27 and newly married to my husband. I'm a full time doctoral student and instructor at my university. Recently, my husband has been irritated about me finishing my doctoral program. I told him that I have the opportunity to travel out of state for two months for a research fellowship over the summer. He told me that I should just relax and stop straining myself. He asked me what I wanted from this degree. He asked me what I'm going to do once he can pay for everything. He said I should get a hobby instead of school. He said I've been in school too long and I should look outside the box. He asked if it would even be worth my efforts. I don't know where his frustration is coming from. My dad is really supportive of me and my husband knows it. It just seems that he's gotten to the point that he's irritated with me going to school. Why? What is his deal? He told me that once he gets a good job, he wants me to stay home. |
Question: If you were to marry, would you prefer to have kids immediately or wait for a while? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 06:40 AM PST I would relax with my wife for a few years at first. |
Question: Should your man still love you . . . . ? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 05:53 AM PST If you packed on a few lbs? Say you share no kids together but you gained weight. Not 5 or 10 lbs as you age but say 40 or 50 lbs. Would you still expect him to love you and want to have sex with you? My husband finds it hard to love me or want to have sex with me because I've gained weight in the past 10 years and he says I'm not trying to do anything about it. Isn't it his job / duty to encourage me to lose the weight instead of calling me fat? |
Posted: 04 Feb 2020 05:51 AM PST My RT Wife possible cheating with Coworker but she claims there is No time for that hospital in setting . |
Question: Does kissing come naturally? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 04:22 AM PST Sometimes when I kiss my husband, I feel like my lips aren't right on his. Is it normal to feel that way? Is there a wrong way? |

Question: Ladies, regarding your adventurous past vs your married life now? Posted: 03 Feb 2020 10:52 PM PST What switch flipped in your head that told you the time for pleasing many men was over and that you were ready to settle with just one man. Also, regarding sex, I've been told by many previously adventurous women on this board that married sex is the best sex and that sex as a single woman was mostly awkward. Can you confirm? Finally, this begs the question, why was it necessary to be so adventurous and free spirited to begin with if the end result is the same? |
Posted: 03 Feb 2020 10:47 PM PST Me and this married women didn't intentionally wanna have an affair but we had had a strong emotional deep passionate connection and then one thing led to another end we started hanging out and then it led us sleeping with each other and falling in love . It started off with me giving her a lot of meaningful advice about her husband who she said was toxic and controlling. She used to cry everyday to me about her husband. We started texting and calling each other constantly. We found out we have lots in common and we just click. She even bought me and my mother gifts. She knows I'm super close with my mom. My mom was in love with her gift and My mom said she wants to meet her but., married women said she was falling in love with me and she said we would be together but she needs time to get her license because she doesn't drive. She said give her 6 months and that should be enough time. I'm trying to be patient but I've been declining women left and right. I don't even hang out with my female friends anymore. My female friends said I been acting funny. I really been ignoring everyone to focus on her because I thought this was going to be something. But she still has pictures of her husband up on her Facebook and it still says she's married on her page. I have to be at work at 5 am everyday but I sacrifice sleep so I can be at her house unseen. She has me coming to her house at like 1 am. She said she waits till everybody is for sure asleep so that none of the neighbors sees I told her I wanted to meet her parents since she's going to meet my mom soon and she was like " I don't think that's a good idea. You can meet them when I'm divorced." And I was like " I guess I'm going to be a secret forever at this rate" We are both in our 30's |
Posted: 03 Feb 2020 10:15 PM PST I'm been Dating this man for a couple of months like 3 months. I've known him forever I've known him since I started college when I was 19 but I never found him attractive until he started we started having this deep conversations and we started to actually hang out. We can talk for hours and hours and hours we have a strong emotional connection. He has me laughing so hard sometimes I can't breathe. We share the same humor. However we had sex 3 times and it was lack luster. I mean it was in the car because neither of us have our own place and hotels are expensive but I was expecting to reach an orgasm. Anyways. I've only had two sexual partners my entire 28 years of life so I'm not a pro at this whole sex thing but I like to think I know something. I feel like he doesn't know how to put on a condom. First time we had sex the condom came completely off and we didn't even realize it until after the fact. I have anxiety and so I felt like I couldn't breathe when I realized this. I'm terrifying of having kids. I don't want kids and he said he doesn't want kids either. So I had to immediately buy and take plan b. So now I can't really get into sex because i feel like ima have a pregnancy scare again like last time. 2nd time we had sex the condom didn't come off but i looked down and it was almost bout to come off during the act. 3rd time same thing happened it was close to coming off during sex. This is so weird to me because I was with my ex boyfriend for 6 years And the condom never broke tire or slide up not even once |
Posted: 03 Feb 2020 09:54 PM PST My boyfriend started dating his ex after I broke up with him. He said he left her because she was a gold digger (he is very wealthy). I left him because he said he'd never get married. Why am I so sad that they are back together and having a lot of fun (it seems that way from the many trips they're taking together)? I know because we belong to the same circle of friends, and not because I'm snooping.. |
