His ex-lover is also my best friend and she divulged a large chunk of his history and the screwy things he's been through. This is how I learned the degree of his lies and troubled background. I have noticed he goes through phases of trying to be a better person to a mental spiral. The assanying thing is, is that he admits blatantly to me he is in a downward spiral, saying "I'll snap back later I just need time." I love him but realize I do not have the resources to help him. I am an aspiring psychologist so of course his predicament is interesting to me on a personal and a learning level. On another note before I found out all of the stuff he went through in recent months and lifetime I was lonely and decided to act upon my feelings. I do not like him as a lover but I know he does for me. I admitted I might have feelings for him, even though I don't. We made out and went to 2nd, but that's it. So the situation may be more complicated. On another note, he was in a relationship at the time but a few days later broke up with her without telling me he did so. This happened on vacation, however, so we were only able to text for a few weeks after meeting. Two weeks ago, he asked if we would ever meet up again and I suggested meeting halfway or talking on the phone, and he was into the idea. At that point, he was saying that he'd be around until July, when he'd head to NC for finance school. Then, a week ago, he said he's being sent to Japan. Would someone mind explaining to me how this might have changed? He's suddenly stopped talking and I totally understand that it must be overwhelming to think you're going to be around all year and then have your plans change, but I'm not quite sure what to say. We have a lot in common, and share similar imterests and can talk and talk for ages with one another even though we are both shy/socially awkward which isn't the case around each other. We hang out almost everyday at school and i notice her playing with her hair, necklace or bites on her nails whenever she is around me. She also catches quick glances during class since i can pretty much tell that she is staring at me. She also laughs a lot at all my jokes whether they are funny or not. We tease each other a lot and she tells me playfully that she "hates me" when i do. So I have asked her to the movies twice and she said she was busy with work, she works until midnight most days as well as having to go to school but never did she suggest an alternative time for us to hang out. Also over the past week she seems a little more serious around me and avoids eye contact if i look at her, she is fine around others though although i can still make her laugh from time to time. So two of my close friends think she likes or loves me but i don't know. They think I asked her just as a friend and i should have been upfront that i was asking her out on a date and not just as friends, which i kind of did sincei never said it was a date just that i wamted to go watch a movie with her. I just assumed that it would be obvious to her that I like her since i tease/touch her and have asked her to the movies but my friends think otherwise and want me to tell her how I feel. I'm 6'1, I have a good sense in fashion, I have style to my hair, I have pretty big muscles and toned abs, I have light blue eyes, I'm tan, I have a collection of cologne, I play the guitar, I speak fluent french, I'm confident but not cocky, I actually have respect for women, I like to make girls laugh, I have a sports car, I have a good job, I'm very social, etc. (not trying to sound self absorbed, just some of the things I think are good about me so you can get a picture) ( people often say I look like Liam Hemsworth or Hayes Grier) Is there something wrong with me? It seems that many girls aren't interested in me, but instead go for guys that are immature, drug addicts, strange, don't care about anything other than themselves, etc. I try to get myself out there but constantly get rejected. In my mind I seem like a fit, well rounded person with a lot of hobbies and good social skills. Is there something I'm missing? I am senior in high school but ever since our early adolescent years we have always flirted with each other, 2nd base kind of deal (we've never kissed though and that's the problem) earlier in our friendship he tried to make a move on me that I wasn't ready for and I didn't want to be used. So much so that she would always turn to the classroom entrance to see if I was coming. | Question: Sad love songs to get over someone, or cry about? Posted: 29 Feb 2016 07:14 PM PST So I've recently liked this guy who likes me, but all of a sudden since Ive shown interest he has sort of put me in the dark, and been ignoring me on text. We still talk in person the same and he still teases me, but he never texts me daily like he used to. I don't know, I just feel put in the dark. Any songs that are good to vent to or cry about? I just miss him so much and miss how he used to be and I just want some songs with lyrics I can relate to. I don't love hip hop, country, pop, or death metal. So anything thats like alternative or calm is nice. I like paramore and coldplay too. |

Posted: 29 Feb 2016 07:13 PM PST There s this guy who she likes a lot and he likes her but she recently told me the day we fought and ended things, I told her to go be with him and forget me but she said that she isn t sure if she s feeling him anymore bc things are boring and she hasn t hung with him. She was waiting for the dude to say he s moving or if he was staying in the state she was going to date him. I had a dream last night that he wasn t moving and they started going out and it broke me. Is this a sign that he isn t moving? |

Posted: 29 Feb 2016 07:12 PM PST so today at school i was with my bff and her boyfrend talking as we were walking in the halls and my bff was like "this summer we should go on a double date" (thats with my twin sister, her boyfrend my bff and her boyfrend) so then i sed "wot?! im gunna be left out" and then my bff's boyfrend sed i can fix that and he went to nathan this guy that i know that i know and sed i wanted to go out with him.... so after two classes my bff's boyfrend sed that nathan will ask me out. i felt rlly bad at this point becuz i have two frends that are twins and they rlly liked nathan. but im so excited at the same time becuz this is my first boyfrend! he might ask me out tomorrow but i feel rlly bad for the twins :c plz answer i need an answer rite away |

It seems to me that the young women of my generation are only interested in being "friends" with two or three guys, rather than looking for one boyfriend. For example, my cousin who is a girl has three very close male friends. None of them her boyfriend, but one of them she allows to have sex with her. I'm guessing its because he is good in bed or something. Then, there is this other guy who takes her out on weekends. Then, there is this other guy who sometimes chills at her place after work and they look at tv and maybe have a drink or two. She told me, that she has built herself the perfect boyfriend because the 3 of them form her idea of one perfect man. I am now in a situation where I go out on dates with girls, looking to find myself a girlfriend, but the dating only last about two or three dates the most because I later discover that she has a boyfriend. But they never say that up front when I ask them out. I have to force it out of them, What the hell is going on? Has anyone else noticed this? |
