I am 23 not many girl friends but I desperately need a girl best friend. How do i go about doing that?

About a year ago, my gf's now best friend moved back to our state from up north. She has openly admitted that she finds her about as attractive as she finds me, and she's been spending all of her time with her lately. Most of the time she doesn't even want to do anything with me unless I actively prompt her to do something, she doesn't have to do it right that minute, and she doesn't think she'll be doing anything with her friend around that same time. okay so, i'm currently in middle school (about to go to high school) and I've been with this group for about two years now. I've never really felt like i've fit in with them because when im with them I always feel left out. Im very introverted and they're very open and easy going. Im a 17 year old girl and my life is feeling pretty tragic right. Ever since i started high school i have only lost friends and my ability to make friends. I live in an apartment with my best friend. He's a great guy, but his siblings are not. Every time they are over, they are just the worst. First of all, I am nice enough to let them over when I really don't want them over. Next, they always order my roommate around, in our own apartment. then, if they see something they I do that they don't like, they freak out and accuse me of controlling him. Whether that be if I ask him to do chores (as I am doing chores as well), if he owes me money (I just let him know as a reminder), or even if they just don't like a rule I have here. They are also very loud obnoxious people, and basically do everything they can to tell me that I'm a horrible person My roommate allows them to boss him around because he says "It's just not worth it." My roommate won't understand that I am very uncomfortable about this. Everytime I talk to him, he just gets defensive about them. I am not just uncomfortable because they treat me horribly, but also because they treat him horribly. What should I do? How do I get my roommate to understand this?!!!!!!

I don't think my mother Will last as a friend of this woman's but I know this woman's cousin who is accurate and he said she has hardships in life but cautioned when she is mad she spreads awful lies about others. She falsely accused an old boss of attempted rape, falsely accused her brother of adultery to get him back (and the couple divorced partly cause of her actions), and among other things accused an old friend of allowing the friend's husband to molest her daughter (the abuse had never happened). So how do I get my mother to see this before the woman tries to either convince her I or my family have done some horrible thing or before she lies about my mother. I know this woman's cousin and he is accurate and honest. He said the woman is a narcissist but has never gotten help but that in her defense she was bullied at school and very sensitive as a child especially after her father committed suicide.

weekends, so my schedule is pretty busy. I noticed that ever since I became busy, my friend had become too clingy and overbearing. I live with my grandfather(it's cheaper then having my own place for now) and my friend would just invite himself over without asking. Normally, I would love to have people over but it's not even my house. It's my grandfathers and I like to ask beforehand, just to be polite. My grandfather works from home so I don't want to distract him from his work or anything. My friend would call me 20 times in about 10 minutes. If I didn't answer he would send me a text saying, "I'm going to keep calling until you answer." One time I didn't answer my phone for two days. I was in class most of the day and life just happened and I forgot to call him back. So he just showed up at my house and barged into my room while I was sleeping to "make sure I was ok." Sometimes he would refuse to leave when I would ask him too and we've gotten into a physical altercation. He also interrogates me whenever I do answer the phone, asking me where I am, who I'm with, why am I with that person. And then saying that I need to leave to go hang out with him. Sometimes he'll trick me and say it's an emergency just to get me to show up. I finally had a talk with him. I explained to him as nicely as I could, that he couldn't just come over whenever he wanted and that I have my own life, and he can't keep calling me whenever I'm with friends or in school or at work. He gets extremely jealous whenever I hang out with other friends. The thing is, the other day he called me. I hadn't answered his calls in about a week because I was busy and I because I was trying to ween him out of my life. He kept calling me so much that I finally just answered and when I picked up I became really confused because he started talking like nothing ever happened. He asked me if I wanted to hang out and then he kept bringing up all the different reasons why he was calling me. He kept saying stuff like, "well I got a ps4 and was calling to see if you wanted to play but you didn't answer so...." And he would just keep saying stuff like that, like he was trying to make me feel guilty or something. He then asked me if I wanted to move in with him, because he's looking for an apartment since he left his brothers. I was just really surprised and so I asked him if he remembered what we talked about last week and how he needs to stop calling me so much and he was just silent He didn't say anything and then he just hung up on me. A few minutes later he called me and then asked why I hung up on him. I explained that I didn't and then he tried arguing with me to change the subject. When I asked him again if he remembered our conversation from last week, he got silent again and hung up again. Every time he's called since, I just haven't answered. I know he's been through a lot and he doesn't have any friends left. I want to help him but I'm not sure who to go to Or how to go about it. I know he's under a lot of stress and he just needs help. But I don't know how to help him. I think he might be stalking me at this point. I've seen him drive past my house multiple times throughout the week. Im a 17 year old girl end ever since i entered high school when i was 15, ive been losing my social skills. I cant remember the last time i made a new friend. I try to make friends but no one seems to want me although they are nice to my face but then do things that upset me like choose not to sit next to me or something. 6 of us who came to a bachelor party. We decided to all fly down to Florida for a dinner/drinks cruise in Miami on Friday, and the rest of the weekend to be spend in the Keys. All of us except one guy (Dan) got to Miami early (he lives in Tampa, so his plan was to drive there, while the rest of us flew in from different locations). Dan got stuck at the office and met us Saturday. When he arrived on Saturday, he seemed unaware that we were going to the Keys. I said "the reservations were made months ago, and you agreed to this." He said he thought the Keys were "lame" and decided to head back to Tampa to finish up his work. He said that if he's going to take this weekend off, he wants to make it count, and the keys wouldn't cut it. I told him that we are here for the BACHELOR, not just to get drunk in Miami. I told him that if he wants to leave, he can, but that he still owes me the money for the dinner cruise and for his portion of the hotel. He resisted, since he wasn't going to be coming. I told him "You agreed to this trip months ago, and were made aware of the plans." He said "I didn't read the whole email. I assumed we were just staying in Miami, that's why I decided to come." I said "Well that's your fault for not reading the email. I got a large suite assuming we'd have 6 people" He paid me back, but was PISSED. Did I handle this correctly?

So I was sitting in class, and my friend tells me about this anime I should watch, and I said okay. After watching a couple of episodes, my friend told me she had the manga for it, and I was really excited. The next day, the brings the book to me, and I thank her, and go off to my next class. This girl Taylor sits next to me in my next class. She is very gothic, doesn't talk much, has had a past of self harming, and recently just got back to school after being hit by a car. Her personality is very nice, and she likes to make everyone happy. I have my school supplies (Binder, books, ect.) out laying on my desk when my teacher says we're going to take a walk around outside. Taylor walks outside of the classroom in the line, and my friend Megan and I were the last ones out because she had to put her stuff away. I remember seeing the book on my desk when I walked out for sure. Mid-walk, I hear Taylor walk over to our teacher and says she needs to go home. The class turns around and we walk back inside. She had already grabbed her stuff and left, and by the time I had walked into the classroom, my book was gone, along with her. I asked my friends if they had seen where my book was but they replied with no. I don't know how to ask her if she took my book without getting the truth/seeming rude...? I feel like my "friends" are against me or something and I don't know why.. there was this girl a grade below me, and she knows that I hate popsicles, so she licked her popsicle and put it on my shirt, which left a stain. I got her back by putting soup on the back of her shirt. Also, I don't even know if they are my friends, because we barely hang out, I just sit with them during lunch. When I try to talk to them, it's like I'm not even apart of their group. What do I do? sometimes, they say I smell really bad and start telling other people too... Also, when we have to be put in groups, they will leave me out and let other people be in their group instead of me.

People keep on calling my name then when I answer them they look away and make me look like a dumb idiot. Sometimes they whisper about me right in my face or when I walked away. Some people insult me everyday and make comments. I want to be able to deal with this myself because the teachers are no capable of helping me deal with these problems, in fact they made it worse :/ when I tell them a problem they tell and then everyone knows about it. So please what can I do to look tough and what sort of thing should I respond to people doing this?

I have school tomorrow and I don't know what to do I thought I lost it but I never lose anything and after it went missing I went to look for it straight away. When I was looking for it I saw some mean girls pass so I was thinking they took it.. it had an expensive pocket watch on it... help I don't know how to get my books tomorrow :(

Hi I had this friends some time ago, and I recently discovered she was the one insulting me on my (now closed) Ask.fm. She knows I have severe self esteem issues, and she was the one who insulted me anonymously, calling me ugly, fat, worthless, etc. How do I know about it? She bragged about it... I am tired of just being awkward. I can't hold conversations and usaully when talking with friends there will be just an awkward silence. I hang out with close friends I have and they invite me to sleepovers, but its like I feel I can't be close to them or afraid to talk about stuff with them. One of my friends cancels plans every time she makes them. For about a year now, she has been asking me to go shopping with her and telling me when we're leaving and everything. I spend time getting ready and then she just doesn't contact me again. I ask if we're going and there's no response, sometimes she just says no. This hasn't happened a few times, but at least 20 (not exaggerating) she did it again today, called and said we're going somewhere and it's two hours past the time we were supposed to go and she is completely ignoring me, I sent a text asking if we are still going and no response. Why do you think she's doing this? I don't think I should bother getting ready if she makes plans again. This is ridiculous..
