Also he receives SSI and SSDI and only works through federal workstudy at the local college so he claims that none of those can be used for child support. Is that true. I currently am not working I was a stay at home mom and full time student who also home schooled her kids for the last 3 years and now i will start working in 2 weeks with a great job. Will i have to pay him child support even if i have the kids 4-5 days a week and he only 2-3 days a week?
