Question: Wives would you do this? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 07:43 PM PDT I have to leave at 11pm to go pick up my husband up at work. I am now at home in my bare feet so since it is warm out and I do not have to get out of my car and we are coming right back home I am just going to drive in my bare feet and leave my shoes at home. |
Question: Why are most unattractive women married? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 07:25 PM PDT I rarely see beautiful married women. The majority are plane Jane or just ugly. Why are all the hot pretty women and the career women majority of the time the ones who have difficulty finding a man? All my married friends grew up poor and aren't attractive and my other single friends are all registered nurses and single... I'm confused on this. |
Question: What happens to personal loans owed to a couple that is getting a divorce? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 06:00 PM PDT I have a couple of loans that my wife and I were paying back to her parents. One loan was signed by her only and the other one was signed by me only. My wife recently passed away and her parents are getting divorced. I have been paying for each of the loans monthly. What is likely going to happen to the loans after the divorce goes through? |
Question: Do most women feel their lives are not complete without a man? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 05:36 PM PDT do most women desire a boyfriend/husband? why? |
Question: Question about having sex with my husband.? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 05:15 PM PDT My husband and I have been married for almost 3 months and together almost 2 years. He's 37 and I'm 27. He has 2 little kids from his previous marriage. We keep them in the morning, they go with their mom around 4 and then my husband goes to work until 10 pm. I work mostly in the day time. I feel bad because we hardly ever feel like having sex, especially when he comes home. The only time we have any alone time is on Sundays. Is it bad not having sex all the time? We are both still affectionate towards one another and say we love each other. We may have sex once every 2 weeks and sometimes once a week. Is once every 2 weeks bad? |
Question: If someone cheats and is forgiven, do they deserve to get cheated back? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 04:32 PM PDT My cousin cheated on her then bf (now husband) long ago in 2003. She was 19 at the time and he was 20. He caught her in his house cheating with his friend but then forgave. They worked it for years, he promised he wasn't going to bring back her cheating anymore and got married in 2009. They got two kids; a 9 year-old son and 6 year-old daughter. Her current issue with her husband: He has been creating random arguments, has brought back her past cheating from 2003, has insulted her in front of the kids (calls her the C and W words), goes out clubbing and comes home at 3am drunk, has his cell set on private and even said that if he cheated, it would be even. At the time, my cousin was super remorseful and did everything to make things right. I know they were to counseling for a long while and supposedly things were worked out when he proposed by early Jan 2009...then they got married in July 2009. From what I'm getting base on what she's telling me; she believes he's cheating this time and feels it's deserved. That's why she's not acting so defensively but wishes he would stop with the clubbing and coming home drunk all of the sudden. |

Posted: 06 Aug 2019 03:00 PM PDT I've had a female friend for a very long time. Contact is on and off over the last nearly 20 years. Suddenly I'm single and he's starting to text me over the last week. I've ignored him recently because I am not comfortable. Should I tell her? If so, how do I go about it without rising tensions between her and her husband or me and her as friends? |

Question: How to pull my relationship out of resentment/pain and move it back to admiration/love? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 01:33 PM PDT At the root of all my years on Y!A all I've ever wanted was a happy marriage with my wife. Talking about the past only makes it worse, planning for the future seems impossible, so all I have is today and whatever moodiness my wife has that day for me to avoid like the plague since talking things out is not something she's ever interested in (it's her way or the highway - she has very little empathy or patience for people in her life right now including me). But even with that considered, I still want to be here with her. WE have a life built together and WE need to work on getting it healthy again; but how do I get her on my side and rebuild what she so clearly wants to destroy? A part of me thinks it's impossible, even with family counseling she won't open up and talk about things with me or compromise; she sees compromising as a loss since she doesn't want to get anything less than her entire way. She sees things as winners vs losers instead of seeing it like I do which is working together to improve a bad situation. She's very rigid and she refuses to try new things, but maybe some of your advice could help me get her to stop being so unsupportive of the relationship and get her instead to work with me and get things back the way it needs to be. 18 years ago my wife fell for me because I was a bit of a womanizer; two kids later and after adopting feminist values, my wife no longer finds it suave and sees the usefulness of using intimacy/romance/sex as a tool to use me. |
Question: Is it bad I want to say yes to sleeping with a friends wife?? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 12:58 PM PDT Since I've known her I've been attracted to her and I think she notice even though I have never been flirty with her. So her husband is on a business trip and she has been texting me to come over and the language is sexual, know its wrong but if no finds out, no one gets hurt. |
Question: Is it normal to feel jealous? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 12:43 PM PDT I'm 46 my husbands 41 and we've been married for fifteen years, we also have a young son. So many times I know my husband is looking at younger girls and it makes me really self conscious and not like them even thou they're nice young girls. I don't know how to tell him or if I even should. For example this girl down the road just got her first car and my husbands always looking at her and it just makes me depressed and feel old. she's a really nice girl and stopped and talked to us once and he told her she looks good in that car and I know he probably just meant to be nice but I got really sad about that. |
Posted: 06 Aug 2019 11:57 AM PDT I just received my ex wife's federal tax refund for back child support. However, I did not receive my regular weekly payment which should have come in today. At the beginning of last month when I received her state tax refund I also did not get my regular weekly payment. I did get an additional payment at the end of July which I am assuming was the missed payment from the beginning of the month. She is still several thousand dollars in the arrears. Are child support enforcement agencies holding payments when additional money comes in? |
Posted: 06 Aug 2019 11:01 AM PDT She has a friend she is thrilled he spending time with. He and his wife are separated and I'd say a 50-50 chance as to whether they divorce or not. We live in Maine and divorce is pretty common here. |
Posted: 06 Aug 2019 10:34 AM PDT I often feel so angry at my husband. So look. Something will happen, he will nag at me (like I let the dog leash too long and the dog will tangle with the other dog, in our walks) then he will get upset and complain about me. So then I tell him: why do you get so upset, just take it easy, theres no reason. This then turns into me nagging, and he says i nag and nag so much. So if it were the other way around, I wouldnt have complained. Then I just have so much built anger from all the other things. I feel i cant tell him alot of things because he gets upset at me. Like if I say I want to buy some makeup he will get angry at me and say that we are not on the same page about saving. But I have a great job and get paid well. He lets me get my hair done, but I just feel so tied up. Also, apparently I am the one to always make mistakes. How can I test him? I feel I am not all that bad, like he describes me? How can I prove to myself that it is not me? How can I prove that I am not the one with the problem? HE tells me I cause all our problems, but noone else tell me I cause problems, actually people tell me i am very sweet and kind. I just dont know what to do. Also i converted to his religion and became friends with his friends and go to his church. |

Question: I dont understand rape within marriage.? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 07:49 AM PDT Dont get me wrong but how is it rape when a wife says no? He is your husband & u had sex before. Why is it a rape when he wants to get laid for a second time? |
Posted: 06 Aug 2019 07:42 AM PDT Let's say she's faithful to her husband, but has some self-esteem issues such as being a little overweight, thus her need to get clarification from other men [she's not interested in] that she's attractive. Therefore, she flirts with them, but shoots them down as soon as they ask her out. Is it rude for her to tell him that he's not her type? The fact that she's married is already enough of an explanation, and it's bad enough that she was treating him like a "big brother" by flirting with him only to help boost her confidence. So is she deliberately trying to make him feel like a loser instead of leaving him with a little pride? |
Posted: 06 Aug 2019 06:54 AM PDT She has no emotional bonds with anyone in the house or the extended family; every connection she has with everyone is a cognitive one (one that she puts effort into because she believes in her duty to these people via roles - daughter, mother, friend, cousin, sister, etc) with the exception of the "wife" role which she feels she is satisfying without any of the other stuff I'm going to mention in this post. She hates romance too. She has no physical bonds with anyone either. She will occasionally hug someone but you can tell that it isn't an emotional or empathetic hug, it's almost like she was told hugs make people feel better so she hugs people for what it is supposed to give people and not as a way to express her feelings. They are never firm or tight, they are always loose grapples and then a quick release. She isn't into cuddling, holding hands, or anything else physical; and yes she's always been this way, I was a womanizer in the past so I did all the work. I would still womanize her but she's a feminist now and she doesn't want to be touched unless by consent.... Which is a perfect segue into sex; she won't do anything with her consent now. Back when we first met it was a playful no with no resistance; now it's a firm no with full resistance (so I don't even bother attempting any more because no means no). She has no interest to have a sexual bond with me. Someone told her that men use women for sex and ever since then she's rejected me. All holes are off limits. LOL! That's the second time I asked a question and meant to type a / and I didn't. That was supposed to say her/me. |
