I push her away cause she was in my face yelling FU and stuff. I guess I pushed her so hard she thought it was a punch bc that's what she keeps telling everybody. Anyway I said to our mutual friend I won. (Our mutual friend wasn't there) I tackled the girl onto the concrete which marked up my knees and elbows. However I didn't get any marks on me from the girl so I don't know if that counts. When this big guy bystander rip me off of her it made those scars deeper because I was pinning her down. She was able to roll on top of me for one second as I got up but I got back on top of of her however my friend who wasn't there gets mad when I say I won the fight and keep me saying she thinks it was a tie and my question is how do you know you won a fight? |

It's not fun, and everyone ends up getting upset at the end. When I was a high schooler, lots of my friends turned out fake. There was so much constant drama and crying. I recently had a 15 year old pretend to be my friend because she knew I was a part time model. She was using me to gain popularity at school and so she can get free stuff from me. Then I found out she started talking bad about me to her classmates. I stopped talking to her and honestly I don't care about teenage girl drama anymore. I have all these random teenage girls bashing on me on social media. I don't even know who they are but they said they're from several different high schools in our city. I literally laughed so hard because they're hating on me for being a virgin. Seriously, they're the kind of kids who brag about having sex and losing their virginity at such a young age. The worst part is that they have sex with strangers. (I couldn't believe they were even exposing that kind of information to me, lol..). Sounds like high school, gross! They think they're so cool because they're old enough to have sex in our province in Canada? Lol. |

The biggest thing is making friends. Right now,there are about 90 kids in the 5th grade and more than half are going to the middle school I'm going to. I know that's a lot but there are more kids from other schools. I'm really worried about making friends and also losing my old friends. Not all of them have phones yet so I can't keep contact with much of them. Some of them have social media but not all of them do. I want to make new friends but it sucks for me to make them. Until she would be in a conversation with me and then just totally talk to more popular people and be all interested in them. She s totally super fake!!! Every time someone says like I love anthropology I ll be like cool!! What s it like? And she ll be like I don t know. She literally laughs at everything and she s so stuck up about popularity. Today we had to answer questions in class and one said what s more important being in a popular group or being an individual like unique. And she said obviously being in the group because it s unhealthy to be individual and not have friends. She acts like a know it all and when she thinks I have something wrong I ll ask the teacher and the teacher will say its right and I ll be like i told you and she says and I quote: "I m only human" she s such a hypocrite!!! Lately I have made an extra special effort in clearing my skin, I've been doing detoxing and lots of facial masks so my skin is a bit better condition than it was before. My boyfriend likes me (he doesn't complain about my looks yet) and on social media I don't even wear makeup just the filter and it looks good to me. Anyhow she suggested out of nowhere that I need to start putting more foundation on my skin(which clogs my pores) and all this makeup, then said she needs to give me a makeover? I was blindsighted because I think I look fine and I don't really have pimples or anything and I've been doing detox face creams and masks, so I really didn't needs it. Mind you, no one has complained that I need to, even my complexion has become brighter. Was my friend being rude or just trying to helpful? I feel sometimes she's insecure with herself because she said her boyfriend doesn't compliment her with or without makeup. |

I'm in the school jazz band, and I've already signed up to go (if you're in the ensemble there's a separate trip), since we compete there, and you get to roam the park later. Personally, I am more of a sit down and read a book kind of guy, and I have never been on a roller coaster, nor do I find any pleasure in going down water slides. Since I'm already going to this even for band, is it okay if I opt out of going to the graduation one? Other view this trip as a fun time to spend with friends and go on rides. Though, I'm more of an introvert with friends that have been with me for 9+ years, so it's not like I am a complete shutout. So is it okay if I do not go a second time? P.S. I have never been to a theme park, and the closest I have been to one, is a public swimming pool. |

This all happened in my high school years and now that I look back on it, I feel stupid and immature about the whole thing. I would like to somehow talk with him and try to resolve the matter that tore us apart. I don't really have any ideas because when this situation occurred he blocked me from all of his social media accounts so that I couldn't contact him. He has a different number now and I don't really have a way to talk to him unless I went over to his house. Posted: 28 Mar 2017 02:37 PM PDT It all started about a month ago in the car with my dad, he was commenting on how prominent my freckles were today and then a lyric in a song on the radio said freckles straight after he mentioned it. Literally about 20 seconds after he started humming a tune and as if by magic the next song on the radio was the tune he was humming. This I just brushed off but then the coincidences started getting more and more odd. Exactly a year after my dad had heart surgery I was dissecting a heart on science and learning about triple bypasses, freaky huh? They re beginning to happen everyday. My friend and I were talking about how we hate pictures of holes and then the next day in the same hour (11am) my other friend was scrolling through Instagram and up pops the exact photo my other friend and I were talking about. The ones I ve had today was how: in the morning it was windy and cold and I said to my friend I bet you the fire alarm will sound right now and it did in that very second, I was watching a vine about a little girl saying I m a bad b*tch you can t kill me and talking to my bff about how I have a cold and exactly an hour after my boyfriend sent me a meme with the exact same line in it with a reference to having a cold!! I m really starting to get scared because these are getting too real to be coincidences anymore they re happening everyday please help |

I'm naturally quiet and a bit socially anxious, but for the past few years, I've had a very close group of two girl friends, and some guy friends who hang out with us sometimes too. Recently, my two girl friends have started hanging out with this other group of kids. Technically I'm invited to most of the hang outs with my friends and this new group, but I generally don't enjoy them—I don' really know anyone in the new group, and I find that even after a month of trying to get to know them, I'm not very compatible with most of them. Another issue I have with this new group is that they're all fairly into weed and drinking, and although I'm not morally opposed to alcohol and drugs, I'm not into them at all. In general, I'm not a huge fan of this new group, and I really miss hanging out with just my two close girl friends, which we rarely do anymore since they're so immersed in this new group. Now I'm not sure what to do. I feel like I have essentially no one to hang out with outside of school, aside from my boyfriend of a couple months. What do I do? I don't want to completely pull away from my two girl friends, because we've been so close for so long. But, I kind of hate hanging out with the new group, which is the only way I can see them outside of school these days. I know that this is the sort of circumstance under which I should try to make new friends, but I'm two months away from graduation and very shy. Thanks for any advice! |

I friended him on Facebook a few years ago and ever since this past summer he's seemed to like a lot of my posts and pictures. His first message to me was "so have we ever communicated at at a game before?" The first game we spoke and he wanted a picture taken with me which I thought was okay since he always seems to take pictures with fans. I always catch him staring at me even if it's clear across the stadium. He also always wants to know where I'm sitting when I'm at the games. He sometimes messages on Facebook messenger whether it be he's commenting on a post that I had posted or just wants to tell me something he usually does it through messenger. One time I got my haircut and he commented on Facebook saying new hair=new picture at the next game. It's in the SPHL rule book I checked 😉 On one occasion I wished him a happy birthday and his response was "why thank you I hear you're popping out of a cake at a secret party for me? Can't wait 😉 He almost always seems to be hanging around young women. One time the game was over and I was about to the door to leave and he hollered to wait and that he wanted another picture with me. It's like he was waiting and watching for me in particular in the crowd of many people. He's not married or has no kids that I'm aware of. This last game I attended my mom and I went down a different escalator to leave and as I was going down I seen him just staring at me. |

They are really mean behind my back. They try to be sneaky, but they are really bad at it. I only have a few close friends but I'm not even sure that I can trust them. I don't trust my parents. They look at my phone, my ipad, my computer while I'm at school. They always lie to me all the time. They always need to know what I'm doing and when I'm doing it, but instead of just asking they are sneaky and look through my phone to try to find out information. I feel that there is no one in this world who I can trust anymore. How do I know someone is not lying to me? Now my mom just told me to back up my iphone to the cloud. I'm suspicious of this. Is this another way to spy on me? Is it bad that I have to question everyone's motives? Is it bad that I can do nothing without wondering what their reason is? I never done anything bad in my life that I would try to cover up. And, while it is annoying that my mom always needs to know what I'm doing, I'd be fine if she just asked. Why does she try to be sneaky? I have difficulty sleeping at night too. I always need to be awake, or at least pretending to be asleep, because I can't trust that people will just leave me alone while I am sleeping. | Question: How to handle my loud, obnoxious friend? All answers welcome, HELP ME.? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 09:09 AM PDT So this year was my first year starting college and so far it s been very pleasant and has lived up to the expectations I had for it. Even this one single expectation..I ve gained a friend who happens to be 30 years old, but she acts like a high school kid. She is EXTREMELY loud. I m so embarassed to be with her I cringe and wince when she s talking because she is so loud. Here s all of the things I have noticed/dealt with. -Once I caught someone taking either a photo or video of us in the school cafeteria because she is so loud. -People have got up and left because of her voice ( I try to take her to the library hoping it ll quiet her down but she s still just as loud ). -I tried just sitting outside with her to study but her voice LITERALLY ECHOED through out the school campus. So that wasn t productive.. -People stare at us all of the time. -She cuts me off when I m talking, she s insensitive, and the advice she gives me about anything just comes across as rude. She doesn t think about how she says things. -On top of all of this she talks forever and ever.. Almost every time we are together she talks for an hour sometimes 2 hours straight about the constant dreams she has of marrying Matt Damon. She talks for so long I forget what she s talking about and I don t have to respond to her because she s having a convo with herself. I can sigh and shrug and she keeps going on. What in the heck can I do people? I don t want to hurt her feelings but I want to stab myself tbh. |

Posted: 28 Mar 2017 08:49 AM PDT So today I went to my friends house and she got a new nail polish that was silver and I asked her to trade for it for a REAL PLASTIC coat hanger that I found in her closet but she didn't know I did and her nail polish was only 27.99 dollars but she said no and I started screaming and I pulled her hair and I ripped her clothes and broke her mirror because she is such a MEANIE BEANIE!!!! Then her mommy came and she made me go home and I told my teacher on my friend for telling her mommy and the teacher said it was my fault so now I am sitting in time out writing this!! I am so mad at my friend and I came up with a plan that I will sneak in her room that she shares with her mommy after preschool and try on her Dora makeup that she never lets anyone use and I will NEVER EVER NEVER be her best friend AGAIN!!!!! Oh yeah and my daddy said I'm very good at spelling so can u tell me if I am??? Bye everyone and have a nice day!! |

Posted: 28 Mar 2017 08:44 AM PDT if you had a disagreement with someone over the phone and they told you that they cried themselves to sleep over it but then later fessed up and said they lied and did not cry but just said that to get you to feel sorry for them and they apologized to you for that. | Question: I miss my best friend? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 07:38 AM PDT we we're both doing medical school abroad, I met her during our first year of school, and that was it. We became inseparable, I love her more than I love myself, I feel like I won't ever love anyone as much as her and she's my person, we're soulmates. Anyways I passed the first year of med school, she didn't, so she had to retake the exams and would join the class, but she failed the retakes too. Because she failed, she'll have to retake the exams again in August and rejoin the freshmen of 2016 instead of our 2015 class, so she went back home. And I'm here, going to school everyday, is been 2 months, 2 unbearable months, I miss her everyday but she's so far away and idk what to do. Yes we talk and video chat but it's just not the same. I see her everywhere at school, and everytime I go somewhere I find myself wishing she was there with me instead of whoever I'm with. I know she'll be back but I just miss her so much it hurts. I thought with all my heart she'd be back here with me after round 2 of exams, I'm devastated and I know she's even more devasted having to be held back a year. Idk what the question even is tbh, but yea I just really miss her :( |

I was there with my friend who was yelling at her, but I did not say a word. And also "Skipping class"? I was late to class, yes, but like only 3 minutes late! How is that skipping? Suddenly they didnt reply to my messages or say hi. We usually occasionally said hi but never spoke in public. He asked why and i told him that i was shy and he understood. After a month of not texting, i asked why are you not talking with me. He told me since we dont talk in public whats the use of texting. He did this to my other friend too. Posted: 28 Mar 2017 03:48 AM PDT So whenever me and my bestie arrange for me to come to hers for the day or to stay, that's alright but when we plan on her coming to mine she bales last minute. she was suppose to come round yeaterday but she didn't and she didn't even bother to let me know either. We agreed she would come college with me tonight and she just messaged me that she can't. When it's something for her or me walking to her that's fine but when I need something or she's suppose to come mine she dosent bother. We both have depression but she uses hers as a constant excuse and it pisses me of. I have spoken to her about this multiple times and she just says oh I was just too depressed to go sorry. She cancels last minute as well when I could had made other plans. I told my mum I am not going college tonight because she has cancled and I needed her. Now my mums annoyed because she had to plan her day around me going college. I don't know what to do anymore people say walk away because it's a one sided friendship but I don't want to but I don't know what else to do anymore it's gone on for a few years now and I'm always having to talk to her about it but nothing changes. |

He calls me all the time, he sends me pictures(shirtless), we hang out outside of work, asks my opinion, and he legit cares for me. Few nights ago at work, my phone was up on the counter next to us because we were working together, and I had a few notifications pop up on my phone, and I cleared them, he came over and aggressively started clearing my phone and swishing the screen to see what was on it. Last night at work, I took the store phone and called my number to see how he'd react with my phone ringing randomly. He knows my ringtone, and immediately he came over to see who had called and he asked me if it was one of the guys I used to talk to then said "Or is it one your "side hoes" He tries to make me jealous by talking about other girls that I know he doesn't care about.. if we're just 'cousins' why should it matter who I talk to? |

She ruins the conversation and makes you feel uncomfortable. Theres more but ill stop there. Ive already talked to her about the personal space thing several times, no improvement. Last year i knew she liked me, i told her nicely that i didnt like her and she was making me uncomfortable. PLEASE HELP US MAKE HER GO AWAY! Sometimes I may hold on to something just because I don't want to make a big drama or pay attention to stuff that shouldn't bother me, but that doesn't mean I'm fake. Yet people that say mean things, I see people all the time liking them because "they're genuine", they tell it like it is. I don't get it. That's just being mean and hurtful. Somebody said horrible things about me which had me really down, and people side the other person because that person is "honest" and "straightfoward"... why are people like this? |

After a few beers, end up right next to each other on the couch shirtless, wearing only gym shorts, with their arms around each others shoulders. They don't make out or anything but they do rub each other's shoulders. It goes on for probably 20 minutes or so with a lot of drunken bro-talk calling each other "dude" like every sentence. These guys both identify as straight but are known for doing this kind of thing from time to time. Do these guys sound like they are gay/bi or is this normal for drunk guys in a bromance? |
