After a while it all stopped and I realized she probably gave up cause I waited too long even if she Did like me. I dm'd her on instagram and started up a conversation like 4 days ago. We have texted alot over those days. Usually I have to start it off, but she texts me back every time pretty quick and keeps the conversation going. Today at my high schools football playoff game, we kept exchanging glances and by the end, we were standing next to each other, and me and her, and her friend who I know we'll were all talking. She says hi and smiles when we see each other at school. What is the next step? (Im pretty shy and don't want to ruin what we have going, but I also want to make a move eventually. I've had guys interested in me but it was never someone I felt the same about. I never seem to get past the "talking" stage with someone I actually am interested in. They either randomly drop off the face of the earth and stop contacting me after weeks-months or they choose someone else. It's just starting to get very frustrating. I'm one of the most loyal people I know, I'm always there for other people, I actually have my life together and know what I want. I'm currently in school studying to become a teacher. I absolutely love sports. I've been told I'm "wifey material" all my life yet no one acts on it. Guys ask me how I'm still single all the time yet once again.. do nothing to change it. I just don't understand. I'm not clingy.. I'm a go with the flow type of person. I am not into the whole hookup culture, just looking for something real. But nothing ever seems to go right. He thinks he has a brain tumor when he got a cold, a literal cold. He thinks a literal gaming laptop isn't meant to run games which is kind of a huge sign if you ask me. He doesn't know many things that he should know at his age which I'm not giving out but he's in high school. He will want to play sports he has no idea about like football and not be able to play in any of the games because he is not committed to it. When he answered health questions on this site he would constantly get answers wrong or a answer that could kill someone like telling someone to eat nutella even when they are allergic to tree nuts as if you think he said it as a joke i assure you he didn't. When we see each other we do sexual things but when we don t see each other we Skype like 24/7 but we don t do sexual things over the phone anymore and my boyfriend gets frustrated. I can t help it. I used to have a sex drive but now cause of the meds I don t. My boyfriend knows this too and we both don t know what to do. I don t want to do sexual things over the phone usually because I m just not into it and it won t be fun or whatever for me but I also want to please him but not over making me uncomfortable. There's this guy who I likes me and I like him but we're both too afraid to start a convo. He began liking me about a year ago and he asked me out then but I said no. So today, him, my best friend and his squad were hanging out at lunch but I wasn't there (I prefer to work in the library during lunch) and they were playing truth or dare and they asked him if he likes me and he said he did. They made him march to the library but no one told me they were coming so as I was arranging books happily, I saw a crowd of kids walk in, sit down and stare at me. He didn't come in at first because he was so nervous he nearly had an anxiety attack but his best friend made him come in. He came up to the front desk where I was then asked for a reference book. Those are located at the far end corners of the library so we went to get it and his friends followed secretly. When we got to the corner, he said "Hey, look here, I'll ask this question one last time and you will say yes. Claire, do you want to date?" I said, "uuurrgghh, you're not all that." "Oh yeah? I know you like me" I rolled my eyes, said "I'm leaving" then turned to leave but as I did, he grabbed my arm, spun me around and planted one huge one on my lips. i froze and he said, "Now you can go" I turned and started running then I saw his friends recording the whole thing. It's official. We're dating. Most awesome day of this year. |

But the way he's been acting lately is ridiculous. Lately he's been getting mad and upset with me for no reason. He know i hate being ignored with a passion. i mean really who likes being ignored??? He's the closest thing to family that i have (he knows). We dont see each other romantically but im attached bc he's very dear to me. So, today i texted him telling him how much i appreciated him and how much he means to me. He never responded all day. so i asked was he upset with me? he immediately texts and says "Nope" then sends another text saying something like "Those type of messages dont need a response" ...in my eyes that was really ignorant, rude, and selfish to say. So now he's mad at me and wont respond to anything ive said. but what did i do wrong?? we're to the point where all we do is argue now. and its never me or nothing bad. we get back on track then fall back off. im not the type to hold grudges, i always forgive and move on. He's so hurtful now. I wish it was easy to let go. smh. Why does he do this? |
