Question: What exactly is an ASMR massage? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 04:38 PM PDT I'm 15, and I have a guy friend who's 16. He wants to give me an ASMR massage. I didn't know what that is, so he told me it's basically just playing with my hair and scratching my back. That sounds lovely, but I just wanted to know if there's any more to it than just that. |

Question: How do I get my best friend to stop feeling sorry for herself ALL the time?? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 04:20 PM PDT She's my best friend since forever but recently she found out her crush doesn't like her back and a couple other little things happened to her (like having a B in one of her classes and little stuff like that) and now all she does is tell everyone how much her life sucks. I get that she's upset but it's kinda getting on everyone's nerves. Please help me help my friend! Thanks :) |
Question: Who is in the wrong? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 04:18 PM PDT My best friend never wants to do anything with me unless it is something she wants to do, if I ask for her to do anything she won't.. I was going to pay her way to go out to eat, plus pay her way to go to the movies, yet she wouldn't. She does this all the time so I have found a new friend and she messaged me wanting to know why I was mad. it is like she thinks I can only have one friend and it must be HER. ...... she doesn't want anything to do with me, yet doesn't want anyone else to have anything to do with me. I tried to talk to her and she said "I don't feel like talking" I felt like I was in her way so I just left her alone, now she won't say anything..... what do I do??? |
Question: Is my friend les, and if so what do I do (please answer thx)? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 04:13 PM PDT My best friends sit right by me in choir. Today, I was wearing a dress with black lace sleeves. Apparently, my bra strap had fallen, and so one of my friends nudged at my sleeve and tried to get it up. After a while of trying, my other friend just stuck her hands into my dress and pulled it back onto my shoulder. It's not the first time she's went under my clothes to fix something. One time she sat on my lap until I told her something. Not to mention EVERY morning before school, she gives me hugs frequently. Sometimes she'll steal my stuff and make me chase her for it. Idk if she is les, and if she is, I'd accept that just fine! But I just don't know. What do you guys think Just to add, during sleepovers with her, I'll wake up and she'll be cuddling me... I don't care and usually just cuddle back. Okay that just made things weird, but I do. |

Question: What to do in awkward situations in school? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 03:50 PM PDT People in my school act really weird. When I'm drinking from the water fountain they say hurry the **** up. Or when I'm just walking by they say really inappropriate things. I'm already a socially awkward guy, and yet I'm put in these situations. Question: I got taken advantage of cause I was too drunk? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 03:48 PM PDT Okay so I'm 16 and I went drinking with my friends 3 days ago. I really needed to pee and there was this 20 year old guy who said he would take me to the toilet. Everyone was suspicious he would do something but he convinced them he wouldn't so that gave me reassurance I was safe. All of a sudden when I come out of the toilet he starts kissing me and asks me to go upstairs for a "talk" I don't remember saying yes I just remember walking up the stairs and stripping and having sex. I was so drunk. I'm in Ireland the age of consent is 17. I feel filthy I feel ashamed I don't know what to do, should I tell my family? He completely took advantage of me, I'm angry I don't know who to tell or what to do. I feel like my reputation is bad now, everyone is talking about it. I feel so guilty and disgusting and I don't know what to do about it. Please help asap, thanks. |

Question: Do you think My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic teaches negative traits? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 03:23 PM PDT I am a loyal brony and a big fan of MLP:FIM, but despite how much I love the show, I've learned some negative traits from the show. 1. The show taught me to distrust human beings, it taught me that humans are bad and can't be trusted, and that I should only trust ponies, now if there was a human boy in the show, I probably would have learned differently, but since there isn't, and I see ponies being friends with other ponies, I have learned to only trust ponies and never trust humans. 2. The show also taught me that there is no friendship in this world, it taught me that friendship only exists in Equestria and not in the real world, and I truly believe that from real life experience, I've seen broken friendships, betrayals, friends becoming enemies etc. Friendship may be magic in Equestria, but not in the real world, point is in this world, friendship isn't magic, friendship doesn't exist in this world. 3. The show also taught me that only good things happen in Equestria, and only bad things happen in the real world, I know Equestria isn't perfect, it has it's ups and downs, but it has a hell of a lot better things than the real world, look at what happens in the real world: Politics, Terrorism, Greed, Bullying, Disrespect, Violence, Shootings, Suffering, People going homeless, Extremely low minimum wage, nothing good happens in the real world, only good things happen in Equestria, so basically the show taught me to be pessimistic in life. |
Question: Possibly a gay sleepover? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 03:12 PM PDT So, me and my friend are having a sleepover, we are both 13 and willing to do ANYTHING! Noone else is home and we have the whole night to play some games. However, its just me and him - any ideas? |

Question: How would you feel in this situation? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 02:28 PM PDT Your crush accepted your best friend Facebook request. But you and your crush aren't Facebook friends which doesn't bother you. The way your best friend was acting about him accepting her Facebook request (negative way) made you uncomfortable her and your crush being Facebook friends so you got on your best friend Facebook account and deleted him. Instead of her moving on and not do anything about it. She took advantage of it and made stuff up what's on his Facebook account, made stuff up to make him look bad, she created drama, kept changing her story, refused to talk about him if you continued to talk about him she would ignore the messages, acted like she didn't want him in the picture, annoying you on purpose. She doesn't act like this with your other friends. She's very welcoming and nice to your other friends. How would you feel in this situation? |
Question: My best friend is acting mean? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 02:23 PM PDT Okay everyone I know this may sound a beat not-important but please I need advice. My best friend of 6 years has been acting weird and mean to me. Last year she applied to this school and came here and she really encouraged me to do the same, so this year I am here, we share an apartment and everything was going good until I told her I think one of her guy friends like me and I think I may like him back. Since then she is paying MUCH more attention to this guy, being nice and flirty and attentive to him and trying to tell me I have to keep my distance and not share my feelings with that guy. She already has a boyfriend and so that is odd. She tries to belittle me and mock me in front of them and tries to always remember the last years' good memories with them when I wasn't here, she even tells me that "well YOU don't know how it was, we all just connected". And the times when she needs me she is nice to me and calls me her "bestie", but when we are with her friends she acts so possessive and jealous. I don't know what to do, I can not share anything with her any most of the times I am trying to keep everything in and be nice to her and her friends because I am enjoying my time with them most of the time. and I kinda do like the guy and my other new friends and I get hurt when she mocks me in front of them. I don't know if I should stand up to her because they were all her friends before they knew me and so I may lose them all over nothing. |

Question: My friend drew in her notebook with her blood? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 02:02 PM PDT Okay so yesterday I was in science class and my friend went to the bathroom, my other friend and I saw that she left a little drawing book on her seat. Being the mischievous middle schoolers we are, we looked in it. We saw a page with some lines that looked almost like self inflicted cuts, and a thumb print. It was all done in a red ink that looked exactly like dried blood. It looked very realistic. So today in school, we asked her about this. She was a little hesitant, but she did admit that it was hers. My other friend and I have no idea what to do . Help! |

Posted: 03 Nov 2016 01:42 PM PDT There is a girl in my class and she just keeps asking questions like "What's your mum's name?" and stuff like that. And when I say "Why do I need to tell you that?"She says that I am very rude. Question: Was this a compliment or an insult? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 01:31 PM PDT I am the only girl in my High School AP Physics class. My classmates are my friends and we like to gather at my home and jointly do on our homework. It is a very hard class with lots of homework. Some of the problems we have a hard time solving. One of my classmates said let's ask you mom Jill for help. He did and mom instantly came up with the answer. They did this several times and mom always came up with the answer. This was amazing to my classmates. One of them said to me "How is it possible that your mom is so beautiful and so smart? That does not compute". Is that a compliment for my mom or an insult to all women? YOUR OPINION PLEASE. |

Question: How do I tell my buddy I can never back to his house? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 01:27 PM PDT I was failing high school math and my buddy John invited me to have his non married mom who is an engineer tutor me for free. I gladly accepted his offer. At his house he introduced his mom. WOW. She was gorgeous. I think she was the best looking woman I had ever seen in my life. She had a figure to die for. 36 G I guess. She was showing a lot and I mean A LOT of cleavage. After a few minutes of tutoring I suddenly had a problem. I got a b0ner the size of Texas. Lucky of me I was seated at a table and she could not see it. After it went down, I told her I had do leave. She said "So soon. Did something come up"? OH MY GOD. Did it ever but I didn't think she knew about it. How did she know? Could she tell it on my face OR was it just an innocent remark? I know I can NEVER go back to John's house and see his mother. I would get a b0ner immediately and I would be totally embarrassed. I wish I knew how to tell him the real reason I can't come back. Would a guy be offended if I told him his mom is the most beautiful, hot, and sexy woman on earth? |
Question: Why do immature people not realise that they are immature? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 01:11 PM PDT This girl recently started an argument with me, over literally nothing. She then proceeded to say I have to grow up and get a grip and various people have told her i need to grow up. I've never been told I need to grow up except from this girl recently, but what I will say is I HAVE been told I'm actually quite mature for my age. She's the one who I've heard quite a few people comment on her immaturity, and how she thinks she is better than most. I always overthink things in my head and it's getting me really down so my question is, how do I ignore her? How do I prove she's the immature one? And will she ever realise that she isn't better than other people. Note; I don't think I'm better than anyone. Id never say that's. I also don't believe I am more mature, or more immature than anyone. I don't really know what I am. |

Question: Why do some people look down upon people who abstain from gossip? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 12:44 PM PDT I've always encountered this at everyone place I have ever worked. People may not look down on me per se, but they do say that I am snobby or think I am better. Why are people who avoid gossip and hanging out with their outside of work looked down upon. I just want to go to work, do my job, and go home. I am cordial, but don't talk about personal things! |
Posted: 03 Nov 2016 12:29 PM PDT So here's what's happening, I go to a site where you play online games with others and all of us know each other since we all interact everyday, so one of them actually lives in my country and he's just as old as I am. He's the only person on that site that's from my country so I thought that we don't know each other. Last night, I posted a pic of myself and I found out that he knows who I am and he said that I'll find out soon who he is. He goes to my school because he already confirmed that when I asked him and he knows a lot of stuff about me (I've opened up to him and now I'm afraid that he might tell everyone, I don't even know who he is, he could be literally anyone). I've been suspecting this guy for a really long time, he's been staring at me all the time for a 2 years (around the time I found the site, and I actually told my online friend my name) and I have a strong feeling that it might be him. I don't wanna point finger and he could have nothing to do with this but why has he besn staring at me all this time? It's not like we ever talk, he's a popular guy while I'm irrelevant. I really need to know how to find out who my stalker is |
Question: How to tell someone not to sit with us at lunch(school)? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 12:10 PM PDT There's this girl that sits with me and my best friend. She doesn't talk with us. She just listens to the conversations and follows us around like a pet or something. She asked us if she could sit with us and we agreed because we were trying to be polite. How do we tell her not to sit with us in a polite way? |
Question: Why do I have no friends and everybody avoids me? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 12:08 PM PDT I am 19 years old in collage somewhat fit not ugly (been told many times) I have had friendships in the past but they never last usually ending with them avoiding me or just stop talking to me in general. I have done nothing wrong, I'm very kind and alot of people like me I get along easy. Now I'm in collage and yet things have not changed, keeping online friends is easy but keeping friends In real life is impossible for me. Again I do nothing to destroy the friendship in many cases I try and hold it together. I feel naturally people avoid my location like some natural force. I have had many close relationships with people but I have never been able to do things outside of classes. But it seems they enjoy my company. What do I do? things I have thought about are possibly the cause are -self conscience -posture -not always in a talkative mood I shave I put on Deodorant have nice hair (Long for being a guy) I can be quiet shy when they leave I have literally done nothing to upset or damage the friendship. They just don't talk to me anymore without even a hint as to why |

Question: What should I do about the pay I receive for babysitting? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 11:05 AM PDT I babysit for my boyfriend's sister. She gets paid ever 2-3 weeks but usually gets around 800 - 1000 ever paycheck. She still lives with her parents and doesn't have any bills to pay and uses her parents' car. So my question is why I get paid 100 for watching her 1 year old every 2 weeks. Is she paying me fairly or is she beong greedy? Should I talk with her or leave it as is? |
Question: Is it normal to be this attached to someone else's kid? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 11:02 AM PDT So I'm a gay 18 year old male, and my best female friend in the whole world is almost 19. She had a baby nine or ten months ago, and I've seen him a few times. Her son seems to really love me, laughing every time he saw me and reaching his arms out for me to hold him any time I'm close. I was so surprised he actually liked me. The weekend that just passed, my friend's boyfriend and the father to her son was not home. He was at work on a boat and won't be down for some time. So my friend let me sleep at her house all weekend and on Halloween. And I helped her and her grandma take care of her son. I went trick-or-treating with them for her son's first Halloween. I loved spending time with them. They're like my family. When I left the day after Halloween, it was so hard to go back home. Of course I would miss my best friend like crazy, but I was especially sad to have to leave her son. I almost cried when I said goodbye to him. In just four days I had grown so attached to the little guy, almost like he was my own son or my own nephew or whatever. Is that normal? |
Question: Could this be a mental disorder? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 10:32 AM PDT There is a friend of mine that I've been hanging out with for a few years. He's really socially awkward and talks too much. I have other friends that talk to much but with him it's cringy and can be rude at times. It's like you will be talking to him about something serious and he will interrupt you in the middle of a sentence and change the topic. All this can be annoying but for the most part tolerable. The bad thing is he is always criticizing people and needs to point out obvious things people's flaws and stuff. I've been watching him close lately and it's like he's very passive aggressive with everything. For example if he met someone with a scar on their face he would constantly talk about clear his own face is. I also noticed how hypocritical he could be because he always brags about how he "tells it how it is" but gets very offended with any sort of criticism. Actually he gets offended over everything. One time he asked me told something in the car and I was driving so I set it in the cup holder and he picked it up and put it in my face to hold again as he rolled his eyes. I almost made him get out on the middle of the high way. Is this some sort of disorder? I also forgot to add that he will start a conversation like for example politics. You will flat out tell him you don't wanna talk about it but he will keep nagging you about it until you put your 2 cents in and if he doesn't agree with your view he will insult you, your religion, and the way you think. This actually happened once and after he said " this is why friends shouldn't discuss politics" I wanted to strangle him because he started first. |
Question: I always have to initiate contact with my friends. Help? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 09:54 AM PDT So, I have a best friend who I've known since like 7th grade and we are 23 now. After graduating high school, I noticed we go periods of time without talking to each other (typically because I don't call/text her) and when we do see each other again or talk again everything is laughs and what not. However, my definition of a true friend is someone you can count on, someone who goes out of their way to reach out to you and check on you, etc. She recently moved to NY. I texted her the other day asking her "So, how's NY treating you?" NO RESPONSE. 3 days later, we were talking in a group chat about a concert we a were all planning on going together. She messaged me separately stating she wasn't sure if she wanted to go anymore. I was obviously genuinely interested as to why she'd say that and we texted about it for a few minutes. Once that conversation was done, I asked her about NY again and how she was liking it...NO RESPONSE. It's funny though, cause I remember a few months ago we were drinking and she told me how she's a bad friend, that she never reaches out to me yet she talks to her other friend all day. I'm just seriously considering not trying anymore. I've tried communicating to her how I feel but I truly believe she does not respect me or my feelings. She's literally on her phone all day, as with most people nowadays. So saying she is "busy" and **** like that is simply false. What should I do? |
Question: I need advice. please help??? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 09:39 AM PDT here is the situation: I am in high school and part of a school club. there are members of this club that have a leadership position. i am one of them. The president of the club divided the leaders into groups for each thing we have to plan. i am partners with three other people. the president only got in touch with my partners to do the event, and now they are acting like I didn't do my fair share and that I let everyone do my work for me. This isn't true. I was ready to do anything, but no one told me the information. now they are all being rude to me. I explained to the advisor of the club that I was sick on the day of the event, and she said its fine. but then the president got mad at me and says to come to the meetings and do my part for the remainder of tasks. but they won't tell me anything else. i am so confused. I could text my partner (who is being rude to me) and say sorry and swallow my pride. or I could wait until the next time i see her at school and explain in person. I have no clue what to do. please help? thanks :) |

Question: These girls kept looking at me and my friend? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 09:37 AM PDT After school, me and my friend were at the bus stop and these two girls were there, on many occasions (5+ times) they looked at us directly and spoke to each other (about us) Is it a bad thing or good thing? why did they do it? |
Question: How to get over an extremely embarrassing moment? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 09:30 AM PDT So this happened in 2013, we were coming back from school picnic in our school bus, one of the students tried to put something sharp in my arm so i jumped to the front of the bus and one of my good friends put his hand through my *** and did it 3 times consecutively in front of everyone, i was so embarrassed that i couldn t even talk. This all happend in 5 second. Everyone mocked me for the next hour until i went home, I got mocked for the next month but it suddenly started to die down. He apologised for a week and i pretended that it was okay. It gets brought up rarely in a joke matter and i laugh to it. But i haven t recovered from it since, it makes me depressed everytime and it ruined my reputation and self confidence, as it was the reason i got bullied extremely for 2 years. I was 12 at the time now I m 15. Iam also a boy in a boys school. i didnt know that it censored a$$ he basically put his hand through my a$$. |
Question: I get talked about in school? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 09:28 AM PDT I'm a 17 year old girl and everyone at school in the past couple weeks has been talking bad about me. The reason why: I came out as bisexual on Twitter. I had support from friends but these two girls in particular have been talking so much about me, calling me disgusting, saying I'm a disease, all because of my sexuality. Today I was walking down the hall and one of them said loud enough for me to hear, "there goes ___ the disgusting Lesbian!" (Even though I'm bi...) I don't understand why they care so much. I deactivated my Twitter but before I did they took screenshots and are threatening to send them to my parents (who are extremely conservative and would throw me out of the house) I feel lost. I don't understand why this is happened . What did I do to them? How do I stop this? |
Question: I'm torn for helping my friend? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 09:17 AM PDT My friend recently approached me in taking her kids to school since she helped me. I am more than happy to help her with the kids but I'm worried because she got me a job with her and I have to be there at 8 am she'll be going in an hour early. The problem is that the kids fight her to wake up one is 9 and the other is 11. They take forever and she lets them sleep in late. Yesterday they went to sleep at 10:40. I told her I would help but should I make some guidelines, like if they don't I won't take them? She has helped me a lot but I don't want to be late for work because the kids are still in bed. And they take forever. What can I tell her to not make it awkward? |

Question: Did I make the right descision by putting my friendship with my best friend on hold? Posted: 03 Nov 2016 08:27 AM PDT A few days ago I decided, at long last, to cut off / put on hold my friendship with my best friend. We've know each other for a long time and he has always been very inconsistent with our friendship. But all the cancellations or sometimes weeks without contact were always worth it, because he was/is literally my only real friend. However, the past 6 weeks were horrible: my mental illness was acting up and I could have really used a friend by my side. Every time I tried to make plans, he always had an excuse for not being able to make it. From being asleep at 3 in the afternoon to having the night shift at work. Of course I told him I miss him and how I felt very easily replaced. Everything would change and from now on he would have more time for me, or so he told me. Nothing changed and now I decided to let him go. Did I do the right thing? Because today I ignored him and it felt like I my hart stepped on lego. |
