So I messaged her on our instant messaging tool at work and asked her if she wanted to get a drink with our team after work and she ignored my message even though she is one of the heaviest users in the company. Also on a different occasion I tried to message her to make general conversation and she didn't respond. So I decided not to chase her and move on. Now she seems to be coming into my area more frequently and I've caught her looking at me, but I already gave her the opening to start something if she wanted to, so I'm not trying to initiate conversation with her, and she seems upset about it. The other thing is that I think she was involved with someone else at work, who just hooked up with her and they don't talk anymore. The guys friend is my coworker, and I think he tried to help out his friend getting with her.
